Beautiful resort with all of the amenities available! Excellent staff! Use of the spa (steam, pool, sauna) included in room price! Wonderful! Modern rooms with gorgeous sea views. Located 15 minutes by car to The Arena! Definitely stay again.
Good hotel, renovated and a bit to expensive!
However, the service attitude of the staff is very poor, especially the two check-in ladies at the front desk. The tone of the front desk of a 5-star hotel is extremely bad. I have stayed in so many five-star hotels around the world, and I have never seen such a bad attitude.
The breakfast is okay, relatively simple. But the dinner buffet is really bad. I haven't eaten such a bad one for a long time.
