Amazing stay, clean throughout with lots of things to do on site and walkable places nearby. Bus stop at bottom of the road takes you into centre of city frequently. Restaurants cheaper off site but expected , staff friendly and helpful. Could not recommend more
Generally good but really nasty surprise to find cat poo under the bed.
Cleaning routines clearly not working.
The pool area doesn’t open u til 9am so you need to queue up from 8:30am to get lounge and umbrella.
The bus into town was handy and only 2euro each - overall a great location for beach and pool activities.

Tried 2 of the restaurants and neither of them were anything special. Recommend going into Pula in the evenings for better food. Good kids club and crystal clear water in the sea. Ok supermarket in the area that has what you need. Cleaning of the apartment is non-existent during the week. Changing towels, refilling toilet paper and emptying the trash is what you can count on, they clean nothing else.
Would definitely recommend the hotel but think the price is a bit high for what you get.
Location : Perfect location. Lush green. Amazing beaches nearby. Good connectivity via Taxis as well as public transport. Beautiful aquarium nearby. Also, do not miss the beautiful Ambrela beach nearby.
Rooms : Clean. With a kitchenette. All required utensils present. Microwave and fridge available.
Service : 24 hour reception with super friendly staff. The cleaning staff is very responsive and no complaints against them.
Food: The resort has it's own shopping complex with so many restaurants. You get everything! They even have a supermarket. A bit expensive, but the extra money is for the convenience.
Pool : Three sea water swimming pools with a pool bar. The only drawback is that the pool closes at 19:00. It should be extended till 21:00 at least during summers.
Perfect for families. Just book! Do not think twice.
This place will be remembered by us as the place where our 1-year old learnt to swim. Thank you Park Plaza for the experience.
