Villetta Phasiana in Fazana

Wonderful hotel, right next to the beach with friendly and helpful staff and tasty breakfast! The hotel is on the main square, so it can be noisy in the evening when there are some happenings, but they usually do not lasts longer than 10:30pm. Rooms are very clean albeit some of them are small. All in all one of the best places to stay in Fazana.

We loved the location of this boutique hotel. So easy to enjoy Fasana as well as hop on the ferry to Brijuni island. Pula and its ancient arena is only 15 mins away. Our room was very clean and the breakfast buffet was substantial. A paid lot for our rental car was only 5 mins away and hotel staff used their golf cart to help us with our bags. We highly recommend!

Amazing, very cozy hotel in absolut mint condition. Located in the picturesque town of Fazana just in the right size with a very good beach, near Brijuni and with a lot of really good restaurant (such as La Bodega). The staff is awesome, very welcoming and serviceminded. Although the breakfast ain’t the biggest one in sortiments it’s of the highest quality and plenty enough.

Excellent value for money. Location is perfect; in the town center while 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and boats which take you to the stunning Brijuni islands. Danijel from the front desk saved my day when I walked in at 8 am due to insomnia caused by mosquitoes at my property nearby. He immediately gave me a cute room for a reasonable price so I didn’t have to wait for a check-in time. He was so understanding and professional during the whole stay that you can see he enjoys helping people and doing his job the best he can. The hotel is well decorated and it has that unexplainable charm of a little hotel with the excellent team and attention to details. I am thinking of visiting this place again next year although I can sleep for free at my property; that’s how good they are. The breakfast is included in the room rate and it’s simply stunning. You eat at the beautiful terrace next to the church in the morning light while enjoying freshly cut vegetables and fruits which is often difficult to find for breakfast at other hotels. Really enjoyed our 2 night stay at this small and characterful hotel set in the old historic part of Fazana. Our room was at the top an annexe adjacent to the main hotel and had fabulous views of the sea. Not big but clean, comfortable and had two loos. Service was outstanding throughout our stay, staff were lovely and nothing too much trouble. There was a nice hotel bar on the main square of the port, where breakfast was also served. Secure bike storage. Only thing to be aware of is that the ancient church next door has bells which start at 8am, but (a) we were up early to go biking anyway and (b) the bells were there long before the tourists so we shouldn’t complain. At least they stop at night! Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful, cosy hotel, lovely furnishings, comfortable bed, great breakfast and fantastic staff who were very attentive. The hotel is in two separate buildings, the Reception, breakfast room/bar and some accommodation in one building, and more accommodation in another. We paid a little extra to have a sea view. The location is splendid, on the main square where the church is. It is worthy of note that the loud bell stops at 8pm and starts at 8am, so your sleep is nice and quiet! The room had a bathroom with toilet, shower wash hand basin and hairdryer, plus an extra toilet with wash hand basin in a separate room. There was a wardrobe with fridge and safe. A large sofa, a writing table and a large bed. We asked for two extra pillows, which we got. We could also have asked for tea making facilities in our room, which we didn't find out about until the end of our holiday. It didn't matter so much, but if we had known we probably would have asked for them at the beginning of the holiday. There was a television in the room, but we didn't want to watch it as Fazana is so beautiful we wanted to be out and about, however, we did try to watch it once and it didn't work. We failed to report that as it was unimportant to us. There was also a phone in the room and free WiFi. The breakfasts were delicious! A comprehensive buffet and eggs to order - recommend the fried eggs! Plus a fantastic pot of tea! The hotel has a golf buggy which they use to take guests and luggage to and from the main road, as the small paths and streets are closed to traffic, except service vehicles. We loved this hotel and Fazana so much we intend to return next year. So peaceful (out of season).

This was our first visit to Fazana and it certainly won’t be our last. The hotel was really lovely - full of charm, perfect location next to the clock tower in the centre. We loved hearing the chimes which started at 8.00 am and finished at 10pm. There was a wedding taking place when we arrived which was so joyful to watch. The hotel staff were so helpful and attentive - lovely breakfast that we enjoyed each day sat on the patio outside whilst watching the world go by. There are no ground floor rooms but everything else would be very easy for anyone with more limited mobility as it is all very close and flat. Bike hire looked fun for a future visit. Fazana itself is charming with a good choice of places to eat even though some had already closed for the season. We swam in the sea - you can easily buy beach shoes there as it is pebbly. We also enjoyed strolls along the waterfront in both directions. Would definitely recommend the day on Brijuni. Thank you all at Villetta Phasiana

What a little gem ! Such a cute boutique hotel in a wonderful place.... room was lovely, breakfast always fresh and great coffee! Staff were very friendly and attentive to all our needs, would highly recommend to anyone. We were there for a week and saw so much in the area, hire bikes for a bargain €12 far a day ! Boat trips galore and Wall to wall sunshine 🌞
