This is an amazing hotel. The position is perfect, right on the water. The old town and bus stop really close by. The pool is beautiful, overlooking the sea. One of the best equipped hotels we've seen. Lots for families, bath mat and rail if needed etc etc they have to thought of everything. Great breakfast . Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The outdoor pool was so clean and wonderful! So refreshing and perfect in the sun to sit on the sun bed and tan all day! Has very good facilities for indoor swimming and outdoor, I love that the beach view is opposite! Very friendly professional and happy attitude staff. Cinema room for the kids, table tennis, live music for adults in the evenings, gym, so a very good hotel to do a lot of things there...

Lovely Hotel, great Staff and lovely Facilities. Only let down were the rooms, booked a 2+1, note that it is small for 3 adults, suits two adults and child and even then it would be tight. The staff did try and offer an alternative but unless you pay for an additional room the rooms are similar in size. Enjoyed our stay here and would staff again.

Property is very central to beach, markets, dining options and activities. Staff was very accommodating. Would def go back.

Great location and great seaview. We had a room on 4/F with a small balcony and I sat there to enjoy the view for hours. We parked our rental car right in front of the hotel which cost EUR 11 for a night. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great property in the centre of the Marina, book oarking in advance or ask for directions pre arrivung in busy months but relatively easy. Perfect location for all of the town and a greatvplace to visit.

We had coffee in the beachfront restaurant. Our waiter unfortunately messed up our orders, and was not very interested at all, it seemed he was not listening or caring. With that being said, the coffee and food itself was good and the location is great.

Michael at the reception desk is a great guy! Very helpful and incredibly nice. Helped me with research on staying at another hotel when my plans changed at the last minute. I can’t say how much I appreciated his help. Nice place to stay. Good was good at the restaurant. Highly recommend this place just on the people alone.

4 star hotel but not a warm welcome, especially when you don't speak English... Decent room, quite quiet because on the side of the establishment, good bedding despite two mini-sheets for a double bed. Impossible to have a room in the dark at night, blinds broken. But above all, tiny bathroom, narrow shower and room where you can't even put a toiletry bag... Very decent and very fresh breakfast.

Really happy with the room, booked a sea view and was worth it, cleaning is fine no problems. Pool area and hotel clean, we had lunch a few times pizza, chips, Caesar salad reasonably priced and good food. The room is quite large and the kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, suitable for cooking. However, there are many people on the beach. The restaurant has a good barbecue for dinner, with a different theme every day. The view is blocked.

One of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in. The apartments are beautiful, big, with a beautiful balcony and kitchen. The food is excellent in the hotel. The staff is super friendly and the cleaners are up to the task.Bed is super comfy and soft.

Great location, just steps from the beach and the promenade, perfect for exploring Makarska on foot. It was really convenient to have a parking spot in the garage, as parking in the area can be tricky. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and everything was well organized. Overall, a very nice and comfortable stay.

A truly outstanding hotel with good build quality, clean and well maintained, staffed professionally. Not a single thing was out or service nor went wrong during our stay. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Nice when things work as everything is supposed to.

2nd visit to this fab hotel - looks like pics but we went to the rooftop pool for a relaxing drink and swim and a whole aerobic class came there with loud speaker!! Horrendous not sure we’ll come back - even when back in our room all you coupd hear was stomping feet and thumping music!

What a wonderful stay, the room was well appointed and spacious and the wifi signal is great. My party enjoyed the rooftop pool and the breakfast especially. The staff are super sweet and helpful and they arranged an airport transfer for us for a really reasonable price. I will absolutely return.

Great apartment for individuals who work remotely and need quiet place with good internet. Grocery store is on first floor, beaches and restaurants are couple hundred meters from the apartment. I have stayed here 5 times so far and i love it.

Ideal apartment for people that like to travel and work remotely at the same time..

We had a great week at Agava, I can only recommmend the place. :) The only thing I would mention is that the room was a bit noisy. The walls are bit thin, which means you can hear noises from inconsiderate neighbours (e.g. dragging chairs across the kitchen in the middle of the night) and the airconditioner is a bit loud, but we got used to that after a few days.
