Great hotel, great stuff, the location just cannot be better! Clean, friendly hotel, big and comfirtable rooms, amazing view, nice parking place, nice pool, well maintained gym, many different conference rooms and fantastic environment. I must stress that I am always afraid in such a big hotels that I will wait too long for the hotel elevator. But in the Westin Zagreb, - I didn’t have any problems...

The room facilities were a bit old, but everything else was great, especially the rich breakfast. The lobby and restaurant were beautifully decorated.

Wonderful, very clean, if I have any possibility to come back, for sure this hotel will be my first choice.

The hotel is quite dated, and the facilities are showing their age. The location is great, and the service was okay.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable, with superb service.

The place is quite nice, especially its location which is very close to the city center and within walking distance. Breakfast was also good.

Live up to its name. Great service and room is clean and spacious. Within walking distance to major tourist attractions.

Comfortable stay, excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options, and a great location with convenient transportation.

Location: The hotel is right in the heart of Zagreb, within walking distance to several museums, other hotels, and pedestrian streets. The hotel itself is also very well-equipped with several restaurants, and the rooms are very comfortable. During winter, the heating system is effective and not particularly noisy.

Beautiful hotel, clean, rooms are cozy, loby, elevators and hallways smell really nice. Breakfast was really nice, various tipes of fresh bread, veggies, fruits, meats and cheeses. Parking has own garage but i parked on public street parking, there was some place and it is cheaper option. Has huge pool with warm water.

I've stayed here multiple times, and this time they even let me check in early. It's a really great hotel.

Spend Christmas and a few days to explore Zagreb and the Christmas fair. Not too close to the central park but walkable, including to the upper town. Nice stay overall

Very unique and historic hotel. Room is clean and spacious. Location is great and only 5-8 mins walk to some nice restaurants and bars.

This hotel has a grand, atmospheric feel and the location was perfect. The cleaning was also thorough. However, the service was far from top-notch... (For example, even though I had a plan that included breakfast, I was told breakfast was an extra charge and to pay and sign. It turned out to be a communication error on the hotel's part). The grande dame of Zagreb hotels. Their bathrooms cosmetics is l’Occitaine. Top service, with valet parking, great room service, and huge rooms.

The hotel had a quaint majestic feel being a century old i think but facilities and amenities were all top standard. The room is very spacious and comfortable and breakfast was sumptuous. Loved the stay!

A century-old hotel, the ambiance is undeniably charming, but the facilities are a bit dated.

The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent.

Great hotel lovely staff clean big rooms, location quite far from centre

It wan not easy to find the parking nearby, as the hotel one seemed overpriced. Yet the excellent gym facilities helped in soothing that pain.

Very Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I already paid the full amount for my stay at the time of booking. However, when I arrived at the hotel at check-in time, I was asked to pay an additional €400 deposit. I was very surprised and asked what the deposit was for. The staff simply told me, “This is hotel policy.” This policy was never clearly informed...

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Le Premier. From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm, professional, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. A wonderful hotel. 5 star experience, from the room, the staff, the spa and the culinary delights. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Nice and clean hotel with excellent service. Front desk was very helpful and recommended good eating places and helped take care of the car. Parking was very convenient just out in front of the hotel.

The staff were so polite and helpful. The breakfast could be better and bed could be more comfortable. But generally the room was so spacious and clean.

Stayed for one night only but the hotel is a very good heritage property.
