We had a lovely stay at the hotel! The pool and the gym are both great, the breakfast had a vast selection and was delicious but the best part of this hotel was the excellence service of all staff

It is worthy to point out that it may not be optimal to stay here with a baby (which we did) as the hotel has many lights, loud-ish music and smells of strong perfume - things that do not bother the average person but makes it a bit stressful with a baby

Nevertheless, definitely a recommendation! It is also a 20 mins walk away from the city Center, that’s something one should be aware of as well

It was good. Even though at midnight, they welcomed us warmly and treated us to champagne to commemorate our honeymoon.

Great modern hotel with a awesome rooftop bar, nice facilities and amazing room - we had the spacebath room and it was amazing - very futuristic, well equipped and the bath next to the window was fantastic

All in all, it was a good stay but I would've liked to have had a few more amenities like a pool or recreational room

Excellent hotel with spacious rooms, almost new fitness center. On site restaurant with health food offerings is quite good for easy relaxed meetings. Located not too far to commute to the city center as well as office.

If you need a relaxation - there is as wellness centre on the last floor with a nice view - swimming pool and saunas are great, but I wouldn't get a massage again

This hotel is in the west side of Zagreb. Indoor swimming pool and spa free of charge. There a congress center with many meetings rooms. With a good English language. The room service is excellent

I have stayed in several hotels in Croatia. This hotel is pretty good. The room is big enough and the ceiling is high. The decoration style is a bit outdated, but the hygiene is good and the breakfast is rich.

The room is big, enough for two people's luggage. The facilities are similar to the domestic all-seasons, but the shower water is too small. There are slippers in the room, but no kettle and paper towels

The room and bathroom are both large, the bed is very comfortable, be careful with the hot shower water. There is a supermarket next to the hotel, and there are a lot of food on the whole street on the left

Old hotel but good price for one or two nights.

I have stayed here a years ago. This Hotel had old but decent quality of room. Overall I can recommend this hotel. But You should improve the bathroom, first of all water pressure was so weak

It looks like an old Yugoslavian hotel and everything is a little outdated. However, for us this was no problem and the rooms were just fine. Its also easy to reach and you can park your car at the hotel

Just note that there is limited parking, 6 bays on the street, so if you arriving via car you need to book. Otherwise you can park in a garage about 150 metres away - no fuss

Heavy interior and royal atmosphere. You need to reserve parking because is very limited space and you will need to use public parking 5 minutes walking from hotel

I absolutely love this historic hotel. I stay here every time I'm in Zagreb which is 3 to 4 times a year. Spring, summer, fall or winter it's a great hotel

The stay at the Palace was very good. The stay was good value and was enhanced by the staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful

It was a very nice room we had, two singles, no AC though or wifi, the other room however had AC and was a double bed and two single beds in the room. Bathroom was really nice and the shower even nicer

Great place to sleep over, I stay here regularly. Usually when I am in Zagreb I am busy and just need a place to sleep and shower. This is affordable and suits me well.

I won't lie i passed out soon after i showered, there's also plugs to charge your phones and TV, which i didn't turn on so i don't know if it works well

It's called "Airport" because it's the closest hotel to Zagreb Airport, but it's only about a 15-minute taxi ride away, and when you're driving at night, you start to worry about whether you're really there! In terms of facilities, there's no bathtub, and the shower shampoo is a bit questionable, but the breakfast makes up for it

Both food and apartaments are just wonderful here. The host is a great, peaceful and really kind man. He serves delicious breakfasts by himself, including homemade jams and bread

He escorted me to the room telling me that they are not hotel and that guests have to respect check in time(which I did), that it is not appropriate to ring the bell so late, that other guests are complaining and so on and on

Very disappointed by the „welcome“ of the owner. Namely during the my last stay in this object I have experienced something that I haven’t experienced since I was teenager

I felt that I have to explain and defend myself although, before arriving I called hostel and told them that I might be late because of my business obligations

Since my phone was dead and I have arrival at 10,25 PM I rang the bell to entre the object. The owner was standing on the door with angry look on his face

Check in time for this object is 11,00 PM, but if you come after 10. 00 PM you are not suppose to ring the bell on the door but call on the phone

Yugoslavia style old school hotel. Very comfortable for auto travelers, prices are unreasonable high for this level, breakfast is poor.

The hotel is located in a quiet little neighborhood next to the major bus station. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, they even gave me an extra sleeping pillow upon request

The room was livable, shower was tiny, and the view looked out into a cute backyard. The breakfast options were phenomenal and often went back for a second portion

We have stayed at the Hotel Zagreb six times and it is LOVELY! No frills, but a superb breakfast, a clean room, friendly people, and a short walk from beautiful Zagreb city centre. What more can you wish for!?!

Hotel from 80`s, then the time stopped, but CLEAN, good breakfast, very kindly staff,..and the most important is PRICE-cheap,..near the city center (20min walk),.. or BUS No. 221,222,.. TRAM No. 6, (price 4KN half hour)

I can say its enviromental friendly hotel, becouse why change good old things if they works? They dont need new inventory, old looks nice. Its only 2* hotel but breakfast was good

Hotel looks old from outside, it is. but everything is clean and works. Hotel has WiFi, climatisation and good staff

They have big parking place and there is nice park near hotel. Better hotel as many 3* and better as some 4* hotels

It is right next to a small courtyard where people smoke and you will have the horrible smell of cigarettes if coming into your room. When we pointed this out the receptionist kindly moved us

We had only issue with the temperature on the rooms. It took cca 2-3 hours to hrať up the rooms. Its typical for this winter period, but hotel was able to be prepared

Nice Hotel for a 1 night stay. Tiny room, but comfortable! Free parking and within walking distance to tour old city Zagreb and enjoy a tasty Croatian dinner.

About a half hour walk to the centre. Don’t book Room No1 if you’re a non smoker though

Very decent hotel, very nice rooms, restaurant is magnificent.. the gym is a full one with almost every basic equipment I can say.. Sauna and pool are also very nice.. definitely recommend to stay in.

The hotel is very close to the town centre. There are many good restaurants around and the hotel staff are very friendly. The junior suite is very spacious and clean. Will book again if we visit Zagreb again.

Prices are also affordable and whenever I come to Zagreb, I will choose Westin! One of the advantages is that it is in the city center and because free parking is provided for guests

It is always great to return to Westin Zagreb. My first visit dates back in to Year 2000 and it has meanwhile changed few names, but service stays always on the high level

The hotel reception is immaculate. Customer service is really good and you can leave your bag if you check in early (3pm check in). The first floor has a pool (free), limited gym (free) and spa (paid)

Kettle, free coffee/tea, complimentary waters, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, robes/slippers, and towels available. Shower is strong with two different heads

Restaurant and bar at the ground floor. The room is immaculate but looks a bit dated. King size bed is very comfortable and a bonus. Blankets are comfortable and weighted. Air conditioning is strong but a bit loud

Located about 15-20 minutes walk from the central bus station or about 5 minutes via taxi. A mix of tram and walking would take you 15-20 minutes. Surrounded by a pizza takeaway, coffee shop, bakery and mini mart

About 20 minutes walk to the main town centre or take the tram just outside the hotel. You can take a taxi which is generally outside. The surrounding area is safe but looks a bit run down because of graffiti

The shower sprays everywhere on the outside floor due to a poor glass shower curtain. Noise? Rather quiet but can hear noisy people shouting in the corridor. Plugs on both sides of the bed (European style)

This grand lady is a little tired but her location and service is always outstanding. Excellent location and close to public transport. Buffet breakfast is full of variety and caters for all needs

This is a great hotel, very clean, centrally located, helpful staff, hearty breakfast. Any questions, requests for pcr results, bookings for taxis, are well received by the receptionists

restaurants abound, flower market and food markets, shops, the trolley for transportation is close by, and many museums, churches, government buildings, parks and Historic sites

Beautiful hotel that is right in the city center. Take the buffet breakfast its worth it. You can enjoy a cozy morning watching the trams come and go by the window.

Nice hotel near the city center of Zagreb. I have a junior suite which was spacious, clean, and very affordable. The hotel itself is not new and shows a bit of patina here and there. All facilities are working though

There's cold lemon water and iced tea in the reception for the guests and there's always a piano playing in the background which makes it very relaxing. The breakfast is good and has a good variety of things to eat

The best hotel I know in Zagreb. A small one with only 15 or so rooms but with a great heart. Very familiar, you will know all their staff after two days. Kind people, wonderful breakfast and a bar open 24 hours a day

Just a 20 minutes walk from downtown but you can take the tram, too, the next stop is more or less in front of the hotel. For the sake of completeness: I paid around 100 euros a night and it was worth every single cent

Located close to Zagreb's main bus station on one of the capital's main traffic routes. However, it was surprisingly calm outside so I slept with the windows open

Comfortable, spotless clean and only 10 min by taxi from old center. The underground parking is cool but can be tricky especially for longer cars.

Great central location, mere minutes from the main square and major tourist spots. Situated in the historical Upper Town, in an old cobbled street with town houses, it has a unique feel of old Zagreb

The room was perfectly clean, gorgeously decorated and the owner pays attention to small details - there's a water boiler for tea (chamomile or black tea) and instant coffee, hair dryer

The owner is also a lovely woman who gave us all the information we asked plus some great recommendations. When I come back, I am definitely staying in this beautiful hotel again
