Great hotel, great stuff, the location just cannot be better! Clean, friendly hotel, big and comfirtable rooms, amazing view, nice parking place, nice pool, well maintained gym, many different conference rooms and fantastic environment

The hotel features a clean, tranquil pool, a well-equipped fitness center, and a delectable breakfast. The room was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel is very close to the town centre. There are many good restaurants around and the hotel staff are very friendly. The junior suite is very spacious and clean. Will book again if we visit Zagreb again.

The lobby is gorgeous, and the breakfasts were sumptuous and plentiful. The service at the front desk was excellent. We also had the chance to visit the salon this time, and it was very good

It is always great to return to Westin Zagreb. My first visit dates back in to Year 2000 and it has meanwhile changed few names, but service stays always on the high level

As the city is in the very center of the town, everything is so close, and also you can make great shopping. What to say, the best choice to stay in Zagreb!

The hotel seems new, very clean, good service, the breakfast was so good meny options, the pool is very nice I recommend this hotel. Even though the app offers free parking, I had to pay an extra charge.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel! The pool and the gym are both great, the breakfast had a vast selection and was delicious but the best part of this hotel was the excellence service of all staff

Great modern hotel with a awesome rooftop bar, nice facilities and amazing room - we had the spacebath room and it was amazing - very futuristic, well equipped and the bath next to the window was fantastic

Very good hotel , breakfast and staff

In need of refurbishment from a cosmetic perspective, as the carpet in my hotel room was worn and tired. No body wash and had to ring housekeeping for refill… perhaps this should be checked regularly with cleaning

The walk to city center is 30ish minutes and enjoyable on a sunny day. The parking situation is not perfect - it is paid extra and the card sometimes doesn't work

Spend Christmas and a few days to explore Zagreb and the Christmas fair. Not too close to the central park but walkable, including to the upper town. Nice stay overall

It wan not easy to find the parking nearby, as the hotel one seemed overpriced. Yet the excellent gym facilities helped in soothing that pain.

The location is convenient, it is close to town and the airport. The staff were polite and efficient. Check-in and out were both quick and the facilities were nice and clean

If you need a relaxation - there is as wellness centre on the last floor with a nice view - swimming pool and saunas are great, but I wouldn't get a massage again

We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Antunović in Zagreb! We absolutely loved our room—the views from the room were amazing and made our stay even more special

I have stayed in several hotels in Croatia. This hotel is pretty good. The room is big enough and the ceiling is high. The decoration style is a bit outdated, but the hygiene is good and the breakfast is rich.

Very old hotel. Nice but old. No problems with our accomodation.

The towels were hilariously small. At first, I thought that the bath towels were face towels and the face towels were those small hand towels, but the receptionist told me otherwise

They did, however, provide us with extra towels at request, which was nice. The fridge was barely functional, it was so weak it barely made anything cold

The bathroom was spotless and the heated towel rail was much appreciated. If you are so inclined, the mini bar is stocked and there is also excellent room service. The buffet breakfast is sensational- the best in Zagreb

I only now stay at this hotel when I am in Zagreb. From the moment you walk through the main doors and into the reception area, you are warmly acknowledged and greeted. You are a valued guest and are treated like one

Check in process is smooth and seamless. The room is well-appointed and given the time of the year, cosy and warm. The bed wa super comfortable and the pillows offered enough support to ensure a good nights' sleep

Something for everyone and for all dietary requirements. The one thing that always impresses me here is the fact that all employees and acknowledge their guests- from the room attendants to the kitchen staff

The view was really bad ( a wall !!). Other than that everything was nice. Amenities are good. The location is perfect ! I recommend it but make sure you don’t get the same room I got 😅

It’s in a great location, 5 mins walk to the tram stop and train station, also within walking distance of some tourist attractions. The room was a good size and was cleaned daily

Then, despite the signage about sustainability and putting towels on the floor if you want them replaced, they replaced all the towels we had hung up anyway

Clean, nice, comfortable, and warm. The hotel staff was also wonderful. The only issue is that it says on Booking that there is parking, but we actually had to pay for the city garage located in the hotel building

Hotel 9 in Zagreb is a small, upscale boutique. It has a modern design, excellent service, and proximity to the main bus station, making it a popular choice for transit travelers

Very near bus terminal ＆ tram station. A lot of food nearby.

Hotel was very near to bus station, althow it is very close to main street, nisem wasnt disturbing during the night.

Just a 20 minutes walk from downtown but you can take the tram, too, the next stop is more or less in front of the hotel. For the sake of completeness: I paid around 100 euros a night and it was worth every single cent

Review for Kliki studio apartment The location was good, 1 mins walk to the tram stop and about 8-10 to the train station. The studio room is well appointed, with a comfy couch, small table, bed and kitchen

It was great to have such a nice place to stay with such a good view! Truly unexpected. Small things to help for next guests would be an ashtray for outside and paper towels and frying pan in the kitchen

Instructions and communication was clear and direct. Check in is at 15:00 and the codes are shared a couple of minutes before. I liked the quality of the bed sheets, the temperature was just right

I enjoyed everything about the studio, it was spotless, clean and had everything that the place had to offer. Located at the last floor of a 4th floor building, it was easy to check in

The kitchen had a microwave, dishwasher, kettle fridge etc. There was a small supermarket one corner down. You only receive the code for apartment at 3 pm and check out is 10am

They is no bag storage available at the location. The train station has lockers for €2. Would stay here again as it was a very comfortable space for a good price

The hotel is not big overall, and the rooms are not big either. It is fine for one person, two people are OK, but it will be very crowded for more than three people, and it will be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage

If you need a good place to stay in the central part of Zagreb, and if you're used to the urban downtown life noises just like me and they don't disturb you, this is what I really recommend for You also!

Other than that, everything was fine. The hotel building must be quite old, with guest rooms on only one floor. I guess my room has skylights, like mine, which need to be opened and closed with a rod

Location is practical and good! The rooms on the top floor are similar to attics so not too comfortable to walk around with the beams all over

A totally charming establishment, with friendly check in staff who offer coffee on arrival. The rooms are small and comfortable, each with a shower room attached

Lovely place to stay for 1-2 days, with their own restaurant which opens on weekends while most other are closed, breakfast is great, wifi is strong and stable, they have street parking around the hotel, you could easily find one almost anytime in a day

No unneccesary complications while checking in or out. Simple breakfast but you could see the freshness of it. Will be back here on my next visit in Zagreb

Amazing interior, great coffee and cakes. Waiters are genuinely nice and polite to you and smoking area has really good ventilation / air conditioning.

Can't really tell something I don't like

If they already didn’t contact me, I’d expect that a notice is given to the reception so when I call, they can tell me that they found it, not that I have to call several times being told that they didn’t know and to call later once a person from other shift comes and then again to call next day when somebody else comes

Nobody from the hotel has contacted me about my forgotten items and I had to call them several times to get confirmation that they have found them, so I could arrange a friend to pick them for me

Just a beautiful place; we stop by there on the way to the coast; beautiful oak tree forest surrounding the property; ideal for hikes or just short walks; great restaurant in the hotel….warm/knowledgeable staff

Great place to stay on Medvednica, we hiked up in the day and were able to reserve an hour in the jacuzzi/sauna when we got there. Breakfast was included and the staff were all friendly
