Great hotel, great stuff, the location just cannot be better! Clean, friendly hotel, big and comfirtable rooms, amazing view, nice parking place, nice pool, well maintained gym, many different conference rooms and fantastic environment. I must stress that I am always afraid in such a big hotels that I will wait too long for the hotel elevator. But in the Westin Zagreb, - I didn’t have any problems...

The room facilities were a bit old, but everything else was great, especially the rich breakfast. The lobby and restaurant were beautifully decorated.

Wonderful, very clean, if I have any possibility to come back, for sure this hotel will be my first choice.

Location: The hotel is right in the heart of Zagreb, within walking distance to several museums, other hotels, and pedestrian streets. The hotel itself is also very well-equipped with several restaurants, and the rooms are very comfortable. During winter, the heating system is effective and not particularly noisy.

Beautiful hotel, clean, rooms are cozy, loby, elevators and hallways smell really nice. Breakfast was really nice, various tipes of fresh bread, veggies, fruits, meats and cheeses. Parking has own garage but i parked on public street parking, there was some place and it is cheaper option. Has huge pool with warm water.

I've stayed here multiple times, and this time they even let me check in early. It's a really great hotel.

The hotel had a quaint majestic feel being a century old i think but facilities and amenities were all top standard. The room is very spacious and comfortable and breakfast was sumptuous. Loved the stay!

The room was large and spacious. It's one of the better hotels in Zagreb. The price/performance ratio is very high, and the breakfast is also very rich. If you come to this city, it's worth staying here. It was recommended by locals. I just didn't take any pictures.

The hotel is located outside city, which was fine because the trams stop is 10 mins walk away & they go in & out of the city all day to lots of locations/attractions in the area. We had a wonderful stay. The staff are extremely friendly and courteous. The breakfast is 10/10 and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel is a short drive from the airport, but you can also get into the city center by car or by bus to the main train station, which runs every 5 minutes.

The hotel is right next to Central Station, making travel very convenient. Our room had a balcony facing Mount Vesuvius, and all amenities, including slippers and shampoo, were provided. It was perfect for our family of three and I highly recommend it.

When I arrived, while taking a shower I realized that the bath drain was clogged and had to clean it myself (as I was already soaking wet). The hotel, which has own, free parking for cars is a bit out of the center, however ideal location if you want to visit both the city center (easy to get there with publoc transport) and the mountains for hiking. It's a very retro hotel, located on a hillside. The environment is great, and the air is very fresh. It's in the northern part of the city, and there aren't many amenities nearby. It's about 10 kilometers from downtown, so transportation isn't very convenient.

What a great hotel we stayed in ,clean,trendy and the staff were very friendly ,a special shout out to Marina B she spoke fantastic English .The food was loverly but my only concern was they had no chips/french fries on the menu .The pizza was a 10 out of 10 .The chief was accommodating and would make poached eggs or fried eggs in the morning which was great .I would recommend the hotel to friends...

Although there is a small refrigerator in the room, there is nothing in it. At least a few bottles of water should be put in it.

Nice small hotel in wide centar of Zagreb , we discover it by excidently , didnot use room but restaurant and bar. Service is really great , Dominik and Mario on bar , funny bartenders.. Pizza loop with mozzarella and beef carpaccio is my favor
