Everything we needed from our stay in Zagreb! The room was super comfortable, the staff were friendly and the location was ideal.

It’s a quite nice hotel, with good facilities, including a well equipped gym and indoor swimming pool. The only thing “not so good” is that is a little bit on the far side to the city center (around 1km - 15 min walk). But overall quite good

Located about 15-20 minutes walk from the central bus station or about 5 minutes via taxi. A mix of tram and walking would take you 15-20 minutes. Surrounded by a pizza takeaway, coffee shop, bakery and mini mart. About 20 minutes walk to the main town centre or take the tram just outside the hotel. Hotel is 800m from city centre. Easy walking distance. Service is pretty good. Building and room is a bit outdated ckmpare with other newer Sheraton hotels.

Grand reception with clean and spacious room. Great facilities and we had an amazing gym session in the gym room! Wonderful stay and would come back when revisiting Zagreb.

The room is very good, the location is excellent, the service of the staff is particularly friendly, and Zagreb is beautiful, with a mild climate and magnificent scenery. I try to come here once a year with my family.

The lobby is still grand but the building is a bit dated. It is about 15min walk to the main square .

The hotel is very close to the town centre. There are many good restaurants around and the hotel staff are very friendly. The junior suite is very spacious and clean. Will book again if we visit Zagreb again.

It was one of the best experiences of staying in Hilton. Starting from the check in everything was great. It’s one of the hotels where you feel yourself as a real Hilton Honors member.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel! The pool and the gym are both great, the breakfast had a vast selection and was delicious but the best part of this hotel was the excellence service of all staff. In general a nice hotel with nice rooms and very clean. Breakfast is very good. Rooftop bar is nice. Things that are not good. Cars parked chaotically in front of hotel, outside smoking area right next to entrance, service in general is missing a smile.

Nice and clean hotel with excellent service. Front desk was very helpful and recommended good eating places and helped take care of the car. Parking was very convenient just out in front of the hotel.

This grand lady is a little tired but her location and service is always outstanding. Excellent location and close to public transport. Buffet breakfast is full of variety and caters for all needs. The only thing I can suggest is softer toilet paper and why is the bathroom so dark?

This wonderful hotel is right in the center of old Zagreb.  Everything is within walking distance.....restaurants abound, flower market and food markets, shops, the trolley for transportation is close by, and many museums, churches, government buildings, parks and Historic sites.  The Hotel Dubrovnik is clean, light rooms, comfy beds, and a sumptuous breakfast!  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful hotel that is right in the city center. Take the buffet breakfast its worth it. You can enjoy a cozy morning watching the trams come and go by the window.

A fairly nice hotel. The list price of the rooms compared to how nice it is was off based. I don't know how it compares to other hotels in Zagreb but my overall rating would be "fine." Nothing great but still an ok place to stay.

After ten years, I am back at this hotel. At first glance, the hotel really needs renovation, but I took a room that had been recently renovated and it was fine. New furniture, bed, bathroom also renovated. There is a shower cabin. Overall, it gives the impression of being well-kept. The towels were changed every day. The room is on the fifth floor and it looks like this floor is being renovated....

The Hotel gives up an air of old Hospital, and maybe it was, before becoming a Hotel. It is very old fashion, but clean and tidy with a buthtub in each room and nice view. The hotel is right next to Central Station, making travel very convenient. Our room had a balcony facing Mount Vesuvius, and all amenities, including slippers and shampoo, were provided. It was perfect for our family of three and I highly recommend it.

The entire hotel just needs an update, front desk staff member was pleasant and nice even at one in the morning. Room had a hint of stale cigarettes, but the room and linens were clean, and the breakfast was good. For the price it was what I expected.

I've had only one night stay in this hotel and I'm overall pleased. The rooms were nice and the staff was very helpful and managed to deal with the big wave of tourists (we were a big group). There is wifi - that's all I need really :D

The towels were hilariously small. At first, I thought that the bath towels were face towels and the face towels were those small hand towels, but the receptionist told me otherwise. They did, however, provide us with extra towels at request, which was nice. The fridge was barely functional, it was so weak it barely made anything cold. And the 'AC' unit in the room didn't have an exhaust duct connected...

The hotel is clean and basic amenities are provided. Reasonable with the price. Since I rely a lot on walking, the location is neither good nor bad. It was 2.5 km from the city center but since it is spring, the walk is really enjoyable.

The room was spacious and the receptionist very friendly. The bath was very moldy, the beds were quite small and the ac couldn’t be controlled. For a stay of one night its ok and it was the cheapest option for longer stays I would not recommend it.

I have stayed in several hotels in Croatia. This hotel is pretty good. The room is big enough and the ceiling is high. The decoration style is a bit outdated, but the hygiene is good and the breakfast is rich.

I was staying in a hotel for one night and I had to leave before 4 o'clock. I asked for a coffee to go, since I am not having breakfast and the receptionist directed me to the gas station. It would be better that the guests could cook their own coffee in the room. Please make that possible. Thank you

This hotel is quite close to the business I work and reasonably close to the city centre. Good restaurants on site and stores, plus a decent Spa in the top floor. Very nice breakfast too..

This hotel is in the west side of Zagreb..... Good view. Wide clean rooms. Well furnitured.... Good restaurant.... Indoor swimming pool and spa free of charge.... There a congress center with many meetings rooms.. There is 24 hours front disc. With a good English language.... The room service is excellent.... The staff members are very friendly....

The stay at the Palace was very good. The stay was good value and was enhanced by the staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful. Just note that there is limited parking, 6 bays on the street, so if you arriving via car you need to book. Otherwise you can park in a garage about 150 metres away - no fuss. If you’re staying in Zagreb this is conveniently located, well appointed and has a good breakfast...

Excellent experience I've stayed at Hotel Diplomat 3 or 4 times now, and I have to say I'm very happy with it. Ample parking, spacious, clean, and renovated rooms, excellent breakfast buffet and restaurant. I recommend it to anyone traveling by car.

I had a very pleasant experience staying in this hotel, would totally recommend. Beautiful room with a very comfortable bed and nice clean bathroom. Recommended by a friend in Zagreb. We reserved 8 rooms for 2 nights. Everyone was satisfied, especially for the enjoyable breakfast every morning. Just a few mins walk, there are a small market and several small cafes. It is a hotel within a quiet community. As we drive our own cars, we could easily reach supermarkets and even a shopping center with food hall.

I stayed for a business trip for 3 days. The staff is great, everything is so clean and well maintained like it's a brand new hotel. Plenty of free parking, good wifi, a large gym, a good breakfast, good coffee, a comfy bed ... I'll definitely return.
