We had a wonderful stay. The staff are extremely friendly and courteous. The breakfast is 10/10 and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel is a short drive from the airport, but you can also get into the city center by car or by bus to the main train station, which runs every 5 minutes.

The towels were hilariously small. At first, I thought that the bath towels were face towels and the face towels were those small hand towels, but the receptionist told me otherwise. They did, however, provide us with extra towels at request, which was nice. The fridge was barely functional, it was so weak it barely made anything cold. The hotel is clean and basic amenities are provided. Reasonable with the price. Since I rely a lot on walking, the location is neither good nor bad. It was 2.5 km from the city center but since it is spring, the walk is really enjoyable.

The room was spacious and the receptionist very friendly. The bath was very moldy, the beds were quite small and the ac couldn’t be controlled. For a stay of one night its ok and it was the cheapest option for longer stays I would not recommend it.

The hotel is rather dark and far from the bus station, requiring a certain distance to walk, but the room hygiene and overall service quality are acceptable and I would book again if there is a chance!

The location is perfect, right near Jelacic Square in the city center. The front desk is open 24 hours a day, and the staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and spacious enough. Since the room key is a regular key rather than a card, the door doesn’t lock automatically. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Zagreb.

Fantastic location with great airport pickup option. Staff was very nice. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom well sized with good amenities. Our room was quiet and we were there on a weekend. Breakfast was average. There wasn't an elevator, which was a little difficult but not terrible.

We enjoyed every thing about this hotel- staff, location, shampoo/soap/lotion and especially breakfast. Be aware that the hotel fronts onto a no drive street and has no elevator. Thus schlepping bags could be a chore if your’s are big & bulky and/or you’re physically compromised. The parking space is located a short distance…maybe a block from hotel.

Beautifully decorated hotel including rooms. Service was excellent, the staff are very professional. There was a buffet plus cooked-to-order hot breakfast. Beakfasts were so good we ate too much. The size of the rooms was disappointing. I needed to work in my room and the desk was small and doubled as the bedside table.

We had a fantastic week at this hotel, I highly recommend it, especially for families or couples. The beaches are sublime, and the staff and management were always there to advise us on places to visit, restaurants, and fabulous sites. A must-do, and we'll definitely be back!

Very close to the central bus station (i.e., the airport shuttle) and plenty of supermarkets around. The staff is friendly and the rooms are big enough and properly cleaned. Don't expect too many international TV channels, but other than that, this is a decent place worth checking.

Lovely place to stay for 1-2 days, with their own restaurant which opens on weekends while most other are closed, breakfast is great, wifi is strong and stable, they have street parking around the hotel, you could easily find one almost anytime in a day. Can't really tell something I don't like.

General rating is ok. However, the rooms lacks any basic amenities like mini fridge, coffeemaker, iron,etc. No laundry service. No bar/restaurant available on premises except in the morning for breakfast. A little bit far from Center, close to SkyTower Office (at lesst some value if you visit Telekom). It's okay.. it served it's purpose a bathroom, bed to sleep on and shelter. Don't come with high or medium expectations. Room is dated and so are the appliances.... refrigerator doubles as an oven. TV and AC work but are tricky to operate if unfamiliar with the units. I give 3.5 star's because the staff is polite and helpful.
