Worse experience of staying at this awful terrible so called 5 stars hotel!
Staff doesn’t bothered at all, they gave us small room on arrival day initially not the one we have booked! It was so hard for us to adjust and sleep on two single beds with a family of three. Room was dirty , extremely dirty carpets, dust and smell of mould was felt everywhere . Bathroom was not cleaned, flush was not working properly... there were no slippers and not enough towels!
Second day they transferred us to other room which had balcony. Room was ok compared to first one .. we are still here in quarantine. It’s been 4 days we are in this other room and we have requested sooo many times for the slippers but still they haven’t provided us any!
Called 5 times in a day today that we need to change beddings as our son has spilled over some milk and food ... but everytime they will say yes we will send ! But no one will ever show up!!!
Horrible food, they don’t even provide any hot drinks like hot chocolate, beverages etc.
We are having such a hard time here, one bedside lamp and light doesn’t work!
I don’t know who says this is a 5 star hotel! I would never ever give even a star!
Poor service ever! No one is bothered ! We are in quarantine so they are treating us exactly like prisoners!
I would honestly never recommend this place to anybody and we can’t wait to get

Quarantine hotel. Loud music 11pm at nigh, 7am morning. Quests gathering having party. Staff have no face masks. Complaining is not going to help you. Noone cares. Very old everything falling apart not clean. DO NOT STAY HERE

One of the worst accommodation experience... The woman at the reception is way too mean to the guests. The quarantine application is really low quality as nowhere is sanitized and some of the staff doesn’t even wear masks. On the first day, one of the guest was complaining about the facilities, and that woman at the reception was just laughing at her. On the second day, I asked for a kettle since mine was not working. Today it has been three days, and they didn’t even care about it. Other than that, it is really hard to order food from their own restaurant, and they were just delaying your demand. In addition, the room I am staying in is full of dirt and dust. I hope they can improve as soon as possible.

Hum this could be such a great hotel, but I don’t think staff or management care much about it -
First night : bed frame bed side lamp broken, no menu lots of stuff missing in the room.
Very slow staff but at least they were friendly
Breakfast was average nothing special
Gym was good !
Amazing sunset from the room
