Dome Hotel in Kyrenia

When the rooms at the hotel you see in the pictures are full, they don't say there are no empty rooms. They send you to a room next door that has no hot water, damp sheets, and no air conditioning. The location is very good, but the service is definitely not high quality. The rooms are really cold. And the water in the bathroom isn't even lukewarm.

The hotel has a nice location, the staff are friendly, and the hotel is clean, but I've listed the shortcomings below:
Bathroom:
There's no shower cabin in the bathroom; a curtain is hanging, it's very old and needs renovation.
Lighting:
The lighting is very inadequate. We had to use our phone flashlights between floors and in the rooms, which was annoying.
Toilet:
This is really bad; the toilet height needs to be reviewed. We literally had to climb up with stairs.
The bidet tap is terrible.
Bed, TV:
A very old bed arrived with creaky wires. The middle was sagging, one side was shifted and hardened, which is very bad for sleep health. We were so tired that we managed to sleep. We couldn't use the TV, only 4 or 5 channels. Either remove it or fix it.
Security:
There is none. The receptionist sleeps at night and doesn't even wake up. I didn't take photos of these issues because the holiday is over, but we wish we had gone somewhere else.

Additional information:
Due to water problems in the Girne region, the water in the shower is only a thin stream, and I suspect the water cuts off completely when someone else uses the shower in another room.
