+ The hotel is always clean also the rooms are very clean.
- Rudeness of some kitchen staff need educating in customer relations.

Could do with being refurbished
Moved from the big upstairs dining room to the smaller one downstairs but you lost fruit juice, fresh fruit and toaster. Our shower leaked l did report it as it is dangerous 3 weeks later still nothing done. Face cloths are like hens teeth l had to keep asking for clean ones. Staff were friendly.

Overall I would visit again, but I would look for a better price as I think we overpaid for the quality of the hotel.
It's in a good central location if you have your own car. Away from the beach but they do provide a bus service.
The room was a disappointment. I booked a 'deluxe' room which was a living room, bedroom and bathroom. It was spacious and had a semi private balcony. But the room needed repair and upgrading. The plug sockets were loose, the fridge was overheating, the doors and walls were peeling and bubbling in parts. The bathroom was modern but was not thoroughly cleaned as a smell lingered throughout our stay. So I wouldn't call it deluxe at all.
The best experience at the hotel was the friendly staff and the buffet breakfast and dinners. The food was excellent and lots of it! Food and drink is very good value for money here.
I'd recommend but don't get your hopes up about the room!
