An interesting experience for me and my daughter - mainly positive I should add. Emrah and Suleyman (owner) are incredibly welcoming. The standard of facilities are of a good standard and I was also able to watch the Arsenal game at the weekend (bonus!).. the staff helped to find the channel. The staff are all excellent and attentive. The rooms were very clean. The shower in my room had good pressure and hot water. The only slight reservation is how remote this place is, but again I guess that is part of the beauty also. Would recommend you have a hire car if you are booked here as it a good walk to nearest supermarket (Starling). They have a no food or drink from outside the hotel is permitted rule but we saw people coming in with bags from the local supermarket. The hotel has a lovely pool and poolside bar - the location is stunning with the mountainous backdrop in one direction and the Mediterranean sea in the other.

This hotel and the staff are exceptional. My husband had a bad back and could not walk and they did everything to accommodate us, even calling an ambulance to take him to hospital, and assisting the ambulance crew in carrying him downstairs. The hotel is in itself excellent, the facilities are excellent and the staff are excellent! 100% recommend! Thank you Bella View! Julie and Mark

Stayed here recently and enjoyed it very much. Lovely spacious room on the ground floor with our own designated chairs and loungers outside. The staff were friendly and helpful. You could walk into town but it is a busy road and not a pleasant walk. The local dolmus stops outside the door and runs hourly. This same bud continues up to Bellapais. Not much around the hotel itself but would still recommend it for older visitors and couples who want a quieter stay

This is a very pleasantly situated hotel within a short drive to Kyrenia and beaches and a long walk uphill to the village of Bellapais - it is worth the walk or drive up - the rooms are roomy with comfortable beds and a good shower plus we had a balcony overlooking the pool. We could see the coast too! Breakfast was average and not always replenished adequately, had an evening meal which was average too. The staff were friendly but their English not great (however as I don't speak any Turkish it is difficult to criticise). Pool is lovely but this hotel is obviously used by business men who conducted their loud business meetings at the pool side which was not conducive to a relaxing swim and sunbathe. However, overall I think that the hotel is good value for money, very clean and comfortable and friendly. The language barrier made things a little difficult but I think that they tried to be accommodating wherever they could. It is a peaceful spot but if you are looking for any entertainment in the evening then this is not for you - it didn't bother us.

We always stay here , it’s a family run small hotel , kind boss , manager and staff , everything clean and easy to get around ,ground floor rooms which make our holiday very easy indeed . Beautiful pool very calm days , no YOUNG children allowed , super quite around pool . Lovely massage and much much more to make our holiday special , thank you all see you in September, Stella & Bob Wales xx

We have stopped at this hotel on many occasions and have never been disappointed, being within 15-20 walk to Kyrenia it’s is ideally situated for all aspects of a good, interesting holiday. Nice food, nice relaxing spaces and very accommodating management.

The location is a little out of the way from my place of work, but exactly what I was after - a quiet location where I could get down time when required. The main pull for the hotel is the team - they are great. Super helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and they are a dream to stay with. The hotel style is art museum style - which is very different! But works! So much to look at - down to the room signs. The rooms themselves are not too modern in design - but everything you need is there. The showers are good, there is tv with plenty of stations. A mini fridge and a balcony. I got breakfast each morning - its a light , buffet style - so no big fry to start the day - but worked well! I had dinner many nights of the week - there is a decent range and each meal was very nice. Again - the key wins are the team. Overall if you are after a boutique hotel - that is unique and not ultra modern - this is a good option. The internet was "ok" - as expected. No doubt I will be booking my 3rd stay soon!

Been here many times before. Staff are great.
Only downside is food menu is unchanged and this hotel seems now to accept children, where it was formerly an Adult's only.

A great choice for a secluded quite area. Interiors are amazing. We stayed over during weekdays.
Service is excellent, staff are extremely respectful and courteous.
Great beds. We had the best sleep and the very enjoyable evenings around the pool during evenings.
Kids have a mini golf course and a swimming pool to enjoy. There was also fuzz ball.
Breakfast was very good. Lacks complimentary water bottles in rooms.
No elevators which is ok, so if you have large luggage then aim for lower floors.
Parking was easy on premise. Location not too far from main road. Far sea view enjoyable.

Beautiful, quiet setting within walking distance of Bellapais Monastery and village. The themed rooms are a nice little quirk (we had the Leonard Cohen room), staff are really polite and friendly, the view from the balcony was gorgeous and the breakfast(included in fee) was really tasty. Definitely recommend and will be staying here again.
