The AC in the room was extremely loud we could barely get any rest. This sound doesn’t stop; it just keeps buzzing non-stop through the night.
To make it worse, there were pigeons outside the window constantly making noise, which was honestly disturbing from early morning.
When i asked for some water to be brought to our room, the staff simply told me to use the vending machine in the lobby. I went down to find that it accepted only credit cards, and we only had cash.
The staff didn’t offer any help or alternative, even when I explained that I was alone and willing to pay extra whatever it takes. He didn’t even offer to use his own card and take cash from me.
When I left the hotel, a lady even stopped me to warn me that it’s not safe for girls to walk around at night so I had to wait for my husband to arrive, and we ended up walking all the way to the marina at 12:30 AM just to find an open shop to buy 2 bottles of water.
Definitely not recommended.
One little negative: the noise from the street is very loud, even with the closed balcony door.
