This was our first vacation in Cyprus. Did not regret choosing this hotel. Good location, very close to the sea. Throughout the stay, the staff was always polite and courteous. Will definitely come back again.

Most liked the convenient location of the hotel. It is located in the center and everything you need: the sea, shops, beaches, etc. within walking distance. The administration of the Rix hotel is polite, no one was rude. I'm happy. Five out of five.

Very nice apartment. It was clean and big enough for up to six people to stay. The owners are some Russian people, they where friendly and where able to help us with stuff in the apartment. Would stay again!

Our first visit was 5 years ago when the hotel was showing signs of lack of maintenance. Since then it’s deteriorated quite considerably. It’s a real shame as this place has charm and a lot of character with great potential. Our room had the smoke detector missing, dirty used cups with a crack in one. No need for this at €140 per night. 5 years ago we paid half that price.. Of course i realise everything...

Nice hotel too stay at. Everywhere was lovely and clean. Drinks were very expensive by the pool. Food for supper was a basic menu. Breakfast was ok. Staff were very helpful and polite. Worth the money I would say.

We visited the spa a year ago and we wanted to visit it again so we decided to stay in the hotel as well. First of all for the spa is the last time because the prices have doubled and more since last year. We stayed here for the night while we visited Kyrenia harbour. They are located in an A location. Everything is walkable from the hotel and the room was just beautiful. We’ve been on both south and north Cyprus and this was the cosiest room we stayed in. The bed on the balcony was the cherry on the top! The employees are very nice and they welcome you with a warm heart. They speak English very well...

The hotel is very classy but most important the cocktails are the best I tasted in many places I visited. Only fresh ingredients and most important the staff is very friendly and hospitality is number one in this hotel. The price is too low for the service they offer !

I saw a sign listing 12 Turkish brewed craft ales and I had to find out more details. Walked down an alley way and found a secluded place to enjoy a meal it was The Avenue Hotel . We just had a coffee and one craft ale as it was only 10am. Excellent coffee and I tried a craft beer not bad but very expensive at 135TL. But it was an experience . Don't think we will go back.
