Where to stay with kids in Larnaka

No toilets in the msin foyer are all are only assessible by staires only. Finslly there are no chairs availabke to sit on on the beach only sunbeds. The sunbeds are too low for people mobility to use!!!!

If they renovate the rooms, the hotel will be unbeatable but even in this condition we will come back again for sure! Thank you for the wonderful holiday we had!

Our very large balcony had a jacuzzi/ spa, sofas, chairs, and loungers - perfect for relaxing after a day out/ at the pool area

Pool area was gorgeous, with various pool options, including one with a swim-up bar, was not at all crowded eventhough we were there in peak season and service was good. Particularly loved the dining

—super close to the airport, beautiful beach right on our doorstep, delicious foods and seriously scorching weather 🌞🌊 Did a “Discover Island” tour from the hotel which took us up into the mountains (nice break from the heat!), then on to Limassol and Nicosia—the capital

I wanted to give this hotel a higher score as the location, room and bathroom was lovely, however, the walls between the rooms were somewhat thin, I could hear the family next door when they were just having normal conversations

there are a couple of pools outside with a pool bar, but it was closed in Dec when we visited. There's another small indoor pool which is heated next to the spa

Thank you to Monika from the sirons bar for the great coffee. All the staff were super helpful, the gym and spa area was great as was the souvlaki for lunch. I just didn’t catch all their names

Rooms are clean from pervious stays. I came here for a day at the weekend, breakfast was amazing, the coffee at the bars was wonderful with the chocolate coated Cyprus delights

My partner, who eats everything, could only speak in superlatives about the quality of the food – and we travel a lot, yet even in Italy he hadn’t eaten such an amazing dinner as the one served here during the Italian-themed buffet evening

The pool was quite spacious and nice. The beach wasn’t exactly perfect — we had to go quite far out to be able to swim properly — but it was very safe for kids. Its proximity to the city makes it ideal if you have a car

For those who want to use public transportation, there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay

The number of rooms are not fully renovated, many categories of rooms with different interiors. There is a main building and bungalows. The pools are located on site and the front housing

Big bathroom that i could watch the tv through a window into the bedroom (it had a blind so you could not be see if you wanted). Nice balcony, huge bed, extra clean and amazing and polite staff throughout

Couldn't of had to quarantine because of close contact to covid (didn't catch it myself but was in contact with someone who did) Shame I couldn't use the facilities but it was amazing

The staff were super nice, very welcoming and the food from the restaurant was delicious. The buffet was well organized and there is a lot to choose from to eat. Overall the rooms were clean and nicely done.

The pool area at the hotel is licated down 5 steps so if you need so not accessible for wheelchair users (something the hotel could remedy by providing a ramp) but then the pool is accessed by "ladder type" steps

It's a little small, but it's the only room we could manage for a family of three. It's not far from the airport and the business district, and it's very convenient for visiting the salt flats and mosques.

Very good hotel, just a few minutes walk from the bus station, very convenient for airport bus, good service, good breakfast, clean and comfortable, 20 minutes walk from the city center, 10 minutes walk from the beach, many people vacation here

There is free parking, and what stood out most was the exceptional friendliness, helpfulness, and attentiveness of the staff. The service level felt genuinely outstanding

We also used the spa and the massage was excellent. The therapist was clearly well trained and knew exactly what she was doing. The rooftop bar is another highlight with a great atmosphere and reasonable prices

Good pools, good beach (a ***** of stone on entry, but sandy bottom further on). Nice seaside walk running for miles to Larnaca. A room a bit small but functional. Breakfast tasty and good quality

This hotel is situated on the water front with direct access to the sea. There is a public foot path that span across the bay right in front of the hotel between the hotel and the sea

Hotel should research for any small water deposits (building site?) and use some chemicals to rid off mosquitos. The key card stopped working at 11. 30 am - the reception explained that it was OK as in just 30 min at 12

Visited with my mum end of Dec 25 & everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. Deluxe room with balcony & sea view was light, spacious & clean. Breakfast buffet had a superb selection of hot & cold choices

There are some construction in the surrounding area but construction noise is not a problem.  Google map is not very accurate due to road closure of the surrounding area due to the construction sites

There is a nice set of pools with artificial rocks and also a pool bar, which is nice if you have all-inclusive

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mean to discriminate, but when I go on a vacation to an exotic island, the last thing I want to hear are loud russian guests, who were often having conflicts with the staff (very nice and helpful staff by the way!) and who always shouted loudly on all occasions

Breakfasts were quite rich and had plenty of things to choose from, dinners were a bit weaker, but still okay. Our room was nice and spacious with a balcony and a nice bathroom

That said, the shower stream was pretty weak to wash with, there was an awful looking TV with a broken corner that we didn’t use at all (not a huge problem but it doesn’t look nice and taken care of) and we had a huge problem with ants

We chose Henipa for the incredible value it offered - considerably lower price even for 12 nights with breakfast and dinner than other hotels. And it came very close to the *** experience you would expect

Beds were comfortable and the interior looked pretty clean. The air conditioning system was also pleasantly functional and easy to use, which was a life saver in the hot climate of Cyprus

Nicely appointed hotel in a good location not far from Finikoudes beach and St Lazarus church. Nice pool deck but unfortunately closed from Nov 1 - disappointing as no real alternative outside space

Great location in Old Town Antalya. We had a large room with a nice view. The room is bright, and had a great balcony. It would be nice to sleep with the windows open, but some restaurants played loud music

It has been a big disappointment we expected more from a member hotel of IHG. The staff were almost 80% foreigner's without full qualification needed in hotel services. The did not clean the room properly

The room was beautifully decorated and clean, it had a strong air-conditioning, kettle, tea, coffee and cups, a refrigerator, nice shower with 2 sets of towels, 2 shower robes, supply of tissue and toilet paper, soaps and shower gel

My only downside???? The dressing gown that was provided was a bit too small to fit my rotund figure, but I'm sure if I had asked that I would have been able to get a bigger size, so that's criticism of myself, not the hotel

Because the room was located on the gallery floor (M Floor), near the offices of the hotel, a gentleman from the hotel team showed me the way to the room and helped me find it quickly

Very good location, just minutes walk to Makenzy beach, salt lake and Larnaca promenade. We had two room suite for the family, it vas very nice and cozy though small.

This is my first trip to Cyprus, so I didn't know what to expect. I arrived around midnight after a late flight, ~24 hrs of traveling and some trouble getting my rental car (had great experience with SIXT!)

(The option is the public bus, but the bus schedule is limiting) As for amenities, the one inconvenience was a lack of self-operated laundry amenities. The closest laundromat is in the city center

Sadly, the one draw back is the distance from the Larnaca’s city center, restaurants, promenade, and nightlife. Taxis are rarely down this area and so should be requested with the reception’s help

The hotel is good, located near the airport, the rooms are clean, the furniture is new, breakfasts are paid 7 euros - 13 euros, but they are worth it, the chef is great. I recommend it

The front desk attendant at the hotel was very kind and helpful. Slept well and wandered across the adjacent field to the beach the following morning (about a 5-7 -minute walk)

Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast with delicious sausages, bacon and pancakes. Room was super clean and fresh. You can dip in their pool and refresh

We spent almost a week at the Cactus Hotel and the experience was amazing! The rooms are brilliant, not that big, but enough! Good bathroom, toilet, balcony! The breakfast also is not the best one, every day the same, but all fresh

The breakfast selection is limited; you can fill up, but it's not particularly good. What's more, the breakfast on the second day had significantly fewer options than on the first, which was quite surprising

I went there a couple times for a drink. It's an open pool so it's nice for an afternoon with kids as well

The hotel facilities are new and well organized. The room has many electric sockets for charging various devices. Their receptionist, Carine was so helpful and always gave us warm greetings when we were in and out.

Has balcony with a glimpse of the sea. Main tourist attraction is 15-20min walk. St Lazarus Church and The Fort. This is passable if you’re on a tight budget. It just feels and looks dirrrtyyy

Seemed far from most things but a good walk to Lidle. Staff was helpful and theres a swimming pool on the roof which was a pleasant surprise. Bathroom door had no door handle which was odd.

Lovely authentic accommodation in old town Larnaca. Sufficient for a transit night as we needed. Air con only works with key & took quite a while to cool. Keeping room cool for arrival would have been better

The hotel was in the centre, easy access to all walks in the town ,opposite our balcony there was live music in the square. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location !

I arrived at 2am and was upgraded to the fourth floor, so they definitely have 24 hour reception porters. But I still didn't get what I wanted and had two single beds instead of one double bed

There is also no tea and coffee in the room and I had to retune the TV as the channels were so bad I couldn't even get a clear picture and sound
