The only thing good is the price. There is no one there for check in. There is no room service. There is no lighting at night outside. The floor was damaged and the shower flooded so we used a towel to avoid a blind traveler falling and to protect the floor. We got a text stating that they were not changing our towel but they were angry we used it as a rug and we should have used one of our tshirts. The floor was wet when we arrived, we tried to be easy going due to the price. The linens aren’t changed except every 3-5 days, the beds aren’t made yet they will come into the room daily to remove trash and take pictures of your personal belongings. They also alleged washing towels does not clean them sufficiently.

You get what you pay for, we have learned our lesson, please use what we paid you to fix your flooring and shower.

What we experienced here you can't compare to anything, trust me, worst customer experience ever! We were insulted because of our culture, manners, and they treated us awfully! Among 50+ hotels that we have been to, this one ranks at the bottom of our list. Upon arrival our room was missing 3 towels. We came as a group and booked 4 rooms. Last year we also had some issues but nothing compared to this, that's why we came back and regretted it! We contacted them for missing towels and obviously that was our biggest 'mistake' because then bullying started! Next day we didn't put sign that we want our room to be cleaned, but they came in to our room and took pictures of it! They send pictures to our booking messages in which they insulted our culture and manners because they found towels on floor! Like you see on pictures we will put here- 1 towel was on the floor by accident because towel holder was broken and second one (after usage) we used to prevent flooding from shower. But that's not all - they THROW THAT DIRTY WET TOWELS FROM THE FLOOR ON OUR CLEAN CLOTHES AND SHELF WHERE OUR FOOD WAS! And they still had the nerve to insult us! We could write a book about this awful experience but please just read messages and how they treat they customers who came back 2 years in a row with 6 rooms booked total!! They even mentioned POOPING AND PEEING IN GLASS TO US!!! Can you really believe that! They lied about their hotel not having bathroom floor towels, but obviously forgot to put such towel in our room, like they forgot that we booked 4 rooms and could see what other rooms had. Thing that we didn't like: - ants in room - coackroaches all over place - shower fixed with ducktape - broken towel holder - broken key tags - broken doorknob - hairdryer not working - bedsides lamps not working - at 21:50 they come at us that we laugh too loud by the poolside, but they didn't say anything to drunk couple which kept awake whole building till 6 am with yelling on balcony.

PLEASE Avoid this place. It ruined part of our trip, and no guest should ever be treated this way. They are extremely rude and have never seen such an attitude before. First time to write a review but I’ll post screenshots to show how unprofessional they are! 1. We were falsely accused of using the bed linens to clean the floor, something we absolutely didn’t do. When we clearly said we didn’t do that, the manager didn’t believe us at all. We checked in late around 10 PM, left the room by 10 AM the next morning (or even earlier), and we left everything clean and untouched. Still, she acted like we were lying and kept pushing the story that the maid found the room in a bad condition. Instead of listening to what we said, she basically decided we were guilty without any proof. Why would I clean the floor with the linens that we will sleep and use in the same night? NOTING THAT WE LEFT MONEY ON THE BED FOR THE MAIDS AS A TIP BEFORE WE WENT OUT AND THEY TOOK THE TIPS! How the maids are accussing us of this while they took the tips? Isnt it weird? 2. She told us the maid will not clean the room and take it as it or leave it. When we went back we found our linen that we have left clean as it is and the room is clean. Then She kept changing her story. First, she said she told the maid not to touch anything in the room. Then later, she said the maid decided to clean it and had every right to do so. So which version is true? You can’t blame guests based on stories that keep shifting. Instead of apologizing for the weong accusation, she insisted that we did something wrong! 3. We had ants in the room, but we didn’t complain because we arrived late at night and there is no one in the hotel, so we didn’t want to make a big deal out of it. But when we brought it up after being accused, she blamed us for the ants too, as if we somehow caused them. Are we seriously expected to believe ants showed up in the first few minutes of us entering the room, before we even ate or unpacked? 4. She also randomly assumed that we checked out early A WHOLE NIGHT. Why would she ask if we checked out early a whole night with all our belongings and bags in the hotel, even though we never said that?? And the stay was fully prepaid. Asking this question without any reason is really weird. 5. When we defended ourselves, she claimed our response was aggressive and said she would report us as “dangerous” guests. That was just a way to silence us. We never said anything threatening we were simply upset (with good reason) for being blamed for something we didn’t do. But she tried to twist our words to paint us as the problem. The whole experience felt deeply unfair. I’ve never felt so judged and mistreated. Whether it was discrimination or just very unprofessional behavior, what happened here should not happen to any guest.
