We tried to book this place, but apparently when asked about the bank transfer policy (which is not explicit in booking.com) the owner simply rejected our booking last minute. Great way of stimulating customer trust. I found it completely weird how instead of just answering when asked if they expected a full transfer or only a 50% cancellation (that was what booking.com customer service told us they would charge, hence our confusion), they decided just to cut us off. Maybe it is a good place to stay, but if you like to plan your vacations without any trouble, choose another place asap or risk having to do it last minute like us.

Great location, great price, and host.
There is plenty of parking nearby.
The room was a bit small, and it could use an update and some soundproofing.

Valuable place at the heart of lovely Limassol.
Great choice if you´re on budget holiday.
Room was small but you dont need "dance floor" on your vacation.
Has table, 2 chairs, doublebed, cupboard and small separated bathroom with toilet.
In common area you can sit and eat your breakfast/dinner or some beer. We just missed plates, cuttlery and glasses.
House is close to all amenities as traditional restaurants (just off the corner), pubs, shops and old town just by walking distance in very few minutes.
Limassol marina and old port is about 10 minutes by walk.
Parking opportunities around - all paid about 3€/day.
Since location in old town you may hear some noises of music but it comes with it of course. You´re on hot island where people like to go out lately in the night.
To say again, valuable choice if you are on budget holidays and like to spend all day out, just to come and sleep for small amount.
