A good hotel, a solid B-star. Beautiful grounds, polite and friendly staff. The breakfasts are wonderful. They have everything and more. I wouldn't trust the bad reviews about this hotel; the Four Seasons and Amatius are nearby. There are taverns and shops across the street. The beach has gray volcanic sand. It's clean. The hotel is perfectly located, right next to the promenade and beach, and close to public transport, shops, restaurants, and more. It's a great base for exploring the island. I definitely recommend paying the extra for a sea-view room. The staff is very helpful, and the rooms are clean and spacious. We didn't use the outdoor pools, but they seemed very good. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. We travel a lot and haven't had such comfortable beds in a long time.
Breakfasts are very basic, if it weren't for the great made-to-order omelets there would be nothing to eat, and I'm not a picky person. Indoor pool is very small.

Mediterranean Beach Hotel – in my opinion, the best beach hotel in Limassol. It's conveniently located between the well-known Four Seasons and Amathus hotels, which immediately sets a certain standard for the surroundings and amenities.
What impressed me most:
Spa center. A true oasis of calm: treatments are professionally done, the atmosphere is relaxing, and every detail is well thought out. After a session, you feel completely refreshed.
Food. Breakfasts and dinners are top-notch: a diverse menu, fresh ingredients, and dishes for every taste – from classics to Cypriot specialties. The fresh fruits and pastries were especially delightful.
Kids' Club. This is a real paradise for children! A spacious, safe area with games and activities. Special thanks to the staff of the kids' club – they are incredibly attentive, friendly, and know how to connect with every child. The kids didn't want to leave, and the parents were able to relax peacefully.
The beach is nearby, the grounds are well-maintained, and the service is excellent. The value for money completely met my expectations.
I definitely recommend Mediterranean Beach Hotel for a family vacation in Limassol! We will definitely come back here again.

Hotel location ia great, right on the beach front. Rooms are ok, recently renovated and clean.
Big dissapointment was the breakfast. Although it had a decent variety of food, tue lack of a.coffee machine was really confusing. You had to ask for coffee from the staff there which was irritating.
How can any hotel not have a coffee machine?
Overall an ok hotel, but the price/value ratio was not there. I mean with same money you can stay at a 6 star hotel in Dubai. Not really value for money.

We absolutely loved this hotel. All the staff were very professional, friendly, and attentive. We are so glad that we chose to stay here. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well organized.
The food was absolutely delicious. Everything we tried was excellent.
On our second day at the hotel, it was my birthday, and the hotel surprised me with a thoughtful gesture that truly made my day. I was so happy and touched by their kindness.
I am very happy that we chose this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Stayed in the hotel over the weekend. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of variety and tasty as well - everything being fresh and top quality. We also enjoyed the spa zone, with the sauna being a bit small, yet everything was clean and the personnel overall was super friendly. Can recommend it as a nice retreat destination

Most of the aspects of this hotel are 4 star and very good. The best being the rooms and turn down services in the evening being a nice touch. Rooms are clean, well equipped and modern too. Our stay we were half-board and the food options were quite repetitive, breakfast was the same bar a few items for the duration of our 11 day stay and actually quite limited. The same for dinner options. This may be a seasonal issue (November) but there also was a lack of fruit available. The bar during the day at the pool was good offering food and drinks with reasonable prices. The location isn’t great quite far from the centre of old Limassol but taxis are about €15-20 euros each way. Local buses also are available, and plenty of car hire places are nearby, the hotel uses Sixt as a provider. The pool area is nice with plenty seating and access to a private beach.
However I would advise people who are cat lovers or cat owners not to stay at this hotel. While there are stray cats around the pool area the staff do not care for them at all despite signs saying they are fed and looked after, this is a lie. Our holiday was somewhat marred by the likely death of a very ill cat that lived in the hotel grounds. Obviously this happens to wild strays but it was the hotel staffs handling of it that shocked our family. We were told it was taken to a vet nearby but when pressed each day they could not provide an update on where this cat had actually been taken. Although it was taken inside a services area of the hotel where guests aren’t allowed access. Staff were rude or dismissive when asked about the cats. It’s to our knowledge that Cyprus have tokens and vouchers that hotels use to neuter and look after the cats. With the prices paid by guests you’d think a small amount of this could simply be used to feed or neuter the cats which is cheap in Cyprus with charity help. With this I would suggest cat lovers look elsewhere to stay in Limassol.
