Constantinou Bros Pioneer Beach Hotel in Paphos

We returned from the Pioneer Beach Hotel three weeks ago and honestly, we miss it every single day. We were taken by our father, who is a regular guest — and after staying here, we can completely see why! It’s clear this hotel has a huge base of returning guests, and after one visit, you immediately understand the loyalty and love people have for it.

From the moment you arrive, there’s this wonderful ‘home from home’ feeling. The staff welcome you as though you’re part of the family — they remember your favourite table, your drink is being made before you’ve even ordered, and there’s always a genuine smile and greeting waiting for you. Every single member of staff goes the extra mile, with such warmth and attentiveness. It’s clear they truly enjoy working there and take pride in building relationships with their guests.

The facilities are lovely, and the FOOD IS SUPERB! There’s such an incredible variety of cuisines and choices, but what really stands out is the quality — every dish is beautifully cooked, which isn’t always the case in all-inclusive resorts. The little poolside touches like frozen watermelon, hot donuts, and cold flannels make such a difference. We especially loved the BBQ evening, which was made even more memorable by the fire art show on the beach.

Special mention must go to Sukhi & Kaarki (the mixologists with the most) and the simply amazing Valia, who runs a well-oiled ship with such heart and enthusiasm. The happy staff and guests are owed to her and the sheer hard work that she puts in.

It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel so genuinely cared for - we can’t wait to return!

Loved everything about this hotel! I paid a little extra for suite, I'm glad I did as the views were stunning!

Food was decent (standard all inclusive) drinks were nice too. Hotel staff were very friendly and with the hotel being adults only it was really quiet in and around the hotel!

Both me and my Wife were gutted we didn't book for a longer stat! But we'd definitely return!

We have found a little gem here. We have had the best week! What a lovely hotel, from the warm welcome, amazing service, the bar staff a great 'Nissan' during the day has looked after us, thank you! The restaurant is outstanding and the nicest food, such a large selection but really tasty. We will definitely return. No negatives, roof top bar is amazing for sunset and the attention to detail on activities and themes is impressive 👏 x thank you all for a very relaxing week.

Our holiday at the Pioneer Beach Hotel in Cyprus was absolutely fantastic! From the first day, we were met with incredible service. While there was a small mix-up with our room on the first night, the staff quickly and efficiently resolved it the next morning. Our TUI reps were also fantastic, ensuring we had a great time from start to finish. We spent our days relaxing, our nights dancing, and met some wonderful people along the way. The food and activities were outstanding, offering the perfect balance of fun and relaxation. It’s no wonder we met people who have returned 19 times—we can certainly see why this is such a special place! A huge shout-out to the entire team, from the leaders to the front-of-house staff, cleaners, and waiters, who all served with a genuine smile.

An exceptional hotel ideally situated on the beach. Incredible service, with outstanding food at all four restaurants served by caring and helpful staff. Plenty of activities with totally dedicated staff from the Manager down to the cleaners & gardeners. Valia is a star and very helpful. We love this hotel and think it is absolutely marvellous - would recommend to anyone looking for something special. Hoping to return soon.

Cozy rooms. Excellent cooking. Wonderful wine. Everything for relaxation. I recommend to all. They present wine from their vineyards. Very good white wine.

Wonderful hotel! In every sense and manifestation of the word. A beautiful and clean area with a sandy beach, a colorful promenade with tall palm trees and cozy gazebos. At the lobby you will be greeted by attentive staff. Right at the entrance - a table with water and cool drinks. What's nice is that there are no wristbands that you have to wear all the time (I often feel uncomfortable with these colorful rubber things on my wrists, so their absence is a huge "+"). Instead, each guest will be presented with thick eco-bags - both a useful thing and easier to identify guests. For breakfast, even demanding gourmets will be able to choose a dish to taste. The richest variety - fish, cheeses, omelettes, fruits, a lot of nuts and dried fruits - pleasantly surprises with the quality. A glass of champagne for mood, coffee, tea, juices - from 7.00 to 11.00 there is an opportunity to try everything. The room is fully equipped. Iron, hair dryer, bath and beach towels, cosmetics set, kettle, coffee machine, TV, refrigerator, safe. Cleanliness and order in everything. Even in small things - a compliment in the room - a bottle of wine and fruit. On the territory of the hotel - indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gym, bar, several restaurants. The guests are mostly Europeans. There are no children's slides and playgrounds. But within walking distance - lunopark. Hotel for adults. By bus or taxi you can get to the city center - a museum, a hypermarket, a grocery supermarket, souvenir shops, cozy restaurants. Personally, my rating is 12 out of 12. Great place with a high level of service!

The quality of the hotel and its surroundings were excellent. The team were very polite and helpful. Food was lovely. Had 2 of the best deep tissue massages at the spa done by Leticia. I had a couple of issues that were resolved very quickly but the best bit for me was that I wanted to surprise my wife by upgrading our room and rang the hotel in advance to do so for an agreed fee.,when we arrived we got the best possible sea view room and they waived any fee. Lovely location , people and atmosphere. Booking again? You bet be are 👏👏👏❤️
