This is an amazing hotel with excellent service. From check-in to check-out, the entire stay was memorable. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and very comfortable.

The lobby café is lovely, with outstanding service from the staff. We also had massages at the Kalloni Spa, where the therapists were very good and professional. Breakfast offered a great selection of food and was a very enjoyable start to the day.

My only small suggestion would be for the Lobby café to offer the option of Cypriot bottled still water, which would likely be more affordable. Currently, they only offer Aqua Panna at €8.50 for a 750 ml bottle.

Overall, this is a very nice hotel, and I would gladly come back.

An outstanding stay at Parklane in Limassol. Everything about the hotel feels luxurious, elegant, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable, with high-quality amenities throughout.
The food was excellent! Great quality, beautifully prepared, and consistently delicious across the restaurants. Service was truly high level. Professional, attentive, and always delivered with a smile.
The resort itself is beautiful, with stylish design, great facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for a luxury stay in Cyprus.

I stayed at Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Limassol.

As part of the Marriott Bonvoy group, the hotel is very clean overall, and both the common areas and guest rooms have a refined atmosphere that creates a calm, resort-style environment.

Being located by the sea, the views are beautiful, and simply spending time within the property is enough to enjoy a true resort experience.

On the other hand, if you consider it as a base for sightseeing, the location is not particularly convenient.

Major tourist attractions are not clustered nearby, and even by taxi, getting around involves a fair amount of travel time.

For people who want to go out frequently and explore, this might feel a bit inconvenient.

However, since the hotel itself has a good selection of restaurants and facilities, it is very well suited for those who prefer to stay on the property and relax.

Rather than packing in sightseeing, this hotel is ideal for travelers who want to unwind and enjoy a slower, resort-focused stay.

This hotel is amazing. We booked this through British Airways Holidays and it did not disappoint. Whilst we didn’t realise that private transfer were included, from arrival to the hotel we were looked after.

We went for a family suite, the kids got their own bedrooms and a play area all within the suite. We had a minibar which was included and refreshed everyday. The room was spacious and we had an absolutely massive balcony and sea views.

Whilst the main pools were empty due to the time of the year, we had access to the indoor pool which was excellent.

Breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff were very attentive, especially taking their time looking after the boys.

On site were designer shops and free gifts were sent to the room, which my wife loved.

We even had room service which was so tasty, when it came to check out this was credited in our bill so we didn’t have to pay it, over £100 worth of food.

If you stay in Cyprus, this has got to be at the top of your list.

We had a phenomenal stay at the Parklane in November. The service was extraordinary! All of the staff at the breakfast were very attentive and helped us have a special meal to celebrate our son’s birthday. Speaking of the breakfast, it’s one of the best hotel breakfast buffets I’ve ever had! Nikos in the gym went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. One day, by the indoor pool he heard us mention we would love to enjoy a few hours in the gym so he arranged a stay for our kids in the kids club for us and prepared our favorite smoothies for us so they were ready when we finished. Whenever anyone asks us about our stay we can’t help but rave about this level of service. We couldn’t find any info online before our stay about which pools would be open in the winter, and indeed, even the front desk staff encouraged us to check out one of the pools that was closed for the season… Unfortunately, the only (outdoor) pool that was heated and open was the one that doesn’t have any water slides. Bummer for the kids, and wish we knew that would be the case in advance, but we made it work.

Absolutely outstanding experience at Parklane, Cyprus.
From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional — warm, professional, and genuinely caring. The staff deserve special praise; everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.
The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety and excellent quality — easily one of the highlights of our mornings. Everything was spotlessly clean, which immediately gives you confidence and comfort.
The decoration and design of the hotel are stunning: elegant, modern, and thoughtfully done. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, offering a real sense of luxury and relaxation.
Overall, Parklane sets a very high standard. A perfect combination of luxury, comfort, cleanliness, and top-level service. Highly recommended — we will definitely return.
