Meltemi Villas in Paphos

Beautiful villa well presented with a pool set in lovely garden area. We had a couple of nights in the villa and enjoyed a lovely meal and netflix movies relaxing in the modern lounge area. Everything we needed was supplied by our kind hosts who went over and beyond to ensure our stay was as perfect as it could be. Welcome pack was provided ,also a yummy orange cake from Anastasia. We used taxis and buses to get around as the villa is in the chloraka area , it was approx a 15 min drive into kato which we didnt mind but i would recommend a car for an easier experience. Cant thank our hosts enough , nothing was too much trouble and they deserve to have a great summer season. X

And the most important, the owners Anastasia & Constantine are kind, friendly, and very attentive.

When we arrived, a basket of pastries, snacks, and fruits was waiting for us.
In the fridge, there were cheeses, milk, soft drinks, wine, and beer — everything in abundance.
We celebrated two events, and Anastasia came especially with special chocolates and wine, and even baked a cake for our child’s birthday.
Every question, piece of advice, or recommendation we asked for was answered immediately via WhatsApp.

Truly a highly recommended place.

So it was an amazing vacation. Our hosts were Mr Constantinos and Anastasia. The villa was very spacious and well equipped. We had a lovely pool and nice patio area. The hosts were very attentive, we were given a full operational tour of the villa. During the stay they and their lovely staff couldn’t do enough to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Little gifts and treats for the kids made this vacation a different level from the norm. The pool was well maintained along with the grounds. Myself and family and friends couldn’t have been happier buy the lovely hosts, their villa and amazing staff. Thank you.

Constantinos and Anastasia are the perfect hosts and dedicated to ensuring guests have a fabulous time in their villas. Excellent welcome pack, personal service and friendly experience. Villas clean and well equipped and private pool cleaned regularly. Have stayed with them multiple times when coming to Cyprus and never disappointed.

Amazing hospitality and service! We were made to feel very welcome and we were so grateful to the little treats throughout our stay. Fantastic communication and lots of helpful hints given to our throughout our stay. Nothing was too much bother and they did their best to ensure we had a an enjoyable experience.

I think Meltemi Villas was my top 3 stays, ever. We travelled in a group of 4 adults and 2 kids below 2 years old. The villa was spacious enough, each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was extremely convenient when traveling in mixed groups with or without kids. The pool area was great even though we travelled in November. The location is close to the airport and opens multiple possibilities to sightsee Cyprus. However, the very best was the owners hospitality, truly on an unmatched level. From support before arrival, to welcoming pizza on our first evening, to all the tips related to traveling/restaurants etc. We felt welcomed and taken care of. Thank you!

We stayed at Meltemi Villas in June July of 2024. Having stayed as a fee Villas in the area over the years this was by far the best. The. Villa itself was spotlessly clean and very modern. Its well placed between paphos port and coral bay. We hire a car but i believe the bus service is pretty good. The owners Constantinos and Anastasia are great. Always in hand if you have any queries and they even waited up to welcome us on our arrival with a welcome pack of food and drinks even though we were delays and it was around 2am. They also gave us tips on where to go etc, some nice beaches etc. Anastasia makes the nicest cakes by the way. It was that good we are going back in 2025. Highly recommended.

We are travelling to Meltemi villas every year since 2019. It is always a really treasure time for our family. It feels like home for us at Meltemi due to outstanding hospitality and service from Constantinos and Anastasia. The villas are always perfectly clean, fully equipped. The best place for is in Cyprus. Hosts are just super wonderful people always ready to help with everything. Villas are very comfortable with perfect location. It is for sure the best accommodation you can imagine.

Very nice appartment, with all the appliances you need. 3 large bedrooms, a nice kitchen. Large outside area to sunbathe on or swim in your own pool. The pool was cleaned twice a week. The host and his wife were more than just helpful, they made us feel welcome and provided us with information on the surrounding sites to see. Answers to questions were sent almost immediately. They even brought extra plates and glasses over when we were having local friends over for dinner. The beach that was close by is not very fit for swimming, but the sunsets there are gorgeous.
