Paradise Kings Club in Paphos

very nice resort, we were surprised by an additional fee of 60 euros for cleaning or bills, although maybe I did not read when ordering, review very helpful, very clean everywhere, quiet, quiet place, beautiful areas around

Have been visitng this site since 2004 when it was built, but sorry this site is now closed as the owners have gone into liquidation. Will miss going in the future. All timeshare owners have been told that the owners have been in trouble since 2012, although the timeshare holders have only just been told. Such a shame for all who have been part of this.

Just returned from a lovely week here. We had a ground floor apartment without much of a view but it had a large terrace and the apartment itself was very spacious and clean (cleaners visit every day). The apartment has everything you’d need for cooking, the fridge and oven were both better than what I have at home. The decor is quite dated though, they could quite easily modernise it with some more neutral curtains, bedding etc. The showers were very powerful, but there didn’t seem to be any hot water. It in the middle of August though you don’t need it. Air con was good, black out curtains in every room, and nice communal areas for eating and playing games.

The complex itself was ok, there was a large pool with a bar with sunbeds around it, it all looks a bit tired to be honest but the pool was lovely and warm so I was in there whenever I could be, even at night it was still warm as we had a few midnight dips. Everyone seems to leave their inflatables behind so you can laze around on an inflatable crocodile till your hearts content.

I only ordered food once, I ordered some garlic bread, it was very tasty but a pitiful portion, I actually laughed when I opened the box! My partner ordered a burger and chips one day which was good. Drinks were good but be careful of the large measures, I got very drunk very quickly one night.

There is a separate pool higher up the complex which was much quieter and looked a lot more modern and more to my taste but there was no bar and the trek up there was hard work! There’s also an indoor pool but it looked a bit dark and depressing if I’m honest.

The location of the apartments unfortunately isn’t great at all. You need a car really, the closest restaurant to the apartments is probably about 20 minute walk. There are buses and taxis but if you’re looking for somewhere with easy access to local bars and restaurants this isn’t it. Paphos town and harbour are both lovely places with lots of bars so I’d definitely recommend visiting both.

The bbq night was great fun, although we didn’t eat the food it looked amazing, they had a live singer and it was a really good atmosphere with everyone jumping into the pool at the end of the night.

We didn’t pay much for the apartment as my partners parents have it in a timeshare of some sorts so I’d say it was well worth the money if you can get a cheap deal. We had a really great week here all in all so I’d definitely recommend it.

Great accommodation and lots of facilities: gym, sauna, steam room, pools etc.. Quaint little bar and nice restaurant ?

Great base for exploring the island of Cyprus..... Needs a little tlc here and there.... That's what we pay our maintenance fee for!!

I love this place! Perfect views from the balcony. There is 2 outdoor pools with a kids pool. Indoor pool with Jacuzzi and hot tub. Also sauna, steam room and gym. There is also a spa with impressive list of treatments available Large rooms and all amenities available. Oven, hob, microwave, dish washer, fridge freezer, kettle, safe, iron & ironing board and much more. Complimentary cleaning products, shampoo and conditioner. Shower gel dispensers in each shower and maid service daily.

So many tombs & columns quite amazing. You can walk around freely. Must visit
