The food was really delicious, and you can truly taste the quality of the local ingredients. We tried the feta, and it was the best I’ve ever had. Absolutely recommended! It’s a small, family-run restaurant, which makes the atmosphere warm and authentic. A really nice place to eat.

The dining area — often under a leafy grape-vine terrace — offers a peaceful and scenic setting that makes you feel miles away from the touristy bustle. Locals and travelers alike praise the home-style dishes, such as meze spreads, grilled meats, classic moussaka, stifado and goat kleftiko, all prepared with care and fresh ingredients handed down through family recipes.

There’s more than food — the place also embraces a sustainable ethos: many ingredients (olive oil, wine, carob honey, even beer) come from the family’s own micro-brewery and small-scale production

Family mom n pop restaurant. I have been travelling for 3 months to 10 different countries and honestly this is the best restaurant I have been to so far. Real home made authentic Cyprus food. Service was warm and welcoming. Also the price was amazing! They also make home made wine and beer, the beer was so good!

First found this great restaurant/ lodgings place about 5 years ago. Always had lunch which occasionally has only 1 meat dish and 1 veg dish but the food is delicious and home cooked. An authentic property with their own wine, oil, olives which they also sell. Well worth a visit. Met a few people who were staying there and they loved it.

I have been living in Cyprus for 10 years and I’ve never tried such an amazing goat kleftiko!
The service is on top, the meat was literally melting in my mouth. My husband ordered beef stifado and it was the softest meat we got to try in our entire life!!!
They also have family winery, and red wine was veeery very nice! We even took 1 extra bottle for take away 😜
Feta mushrooms with tomatoes were also on the highest level.

The prices are super reasonable and portions are HUGE!

They have veranda with stunning view where you can enjoy your meal with outstanding sunset view.

I definitely recommend this tavern to everyone and will be back again!
Please take your chance and visit this family tavern because they indeed put their soul into the food they make, I guarantee it as a person who visited dozens of taverns in Cyprus.

Accommodation in a very nice location, owners are really helpful and kind. In the same place is a restaurant, brewery, winery and manufacture of carob syrup. Balcony gives a beautiful view on a surroundings.

This rustic, authentic, traditional little place was just what we needed. A cute place to sleep with a wonderful restaurant offering a Cyprus breakfast under grape vines and with a spectacular view!

We live in Sea Caves and my wife's parents are visiting next week. Having read the reviews referring to the great location and food, we thought we would take them to Spring for Life Forever for lunch, so I phoned to book a table in advance. This is how the conversation went....Me - 'Hello, I am calling to book a table for 4 for lunch next Monday please' ....Gruff male voice - Who are you?....Me - 'My name is Gareth Lewis, I live in Sea Caves, Pegeia'....Gruff male voice ' Huh, I don't know you'.....I ended the call, realising I must be speaking to the gentleman working at the establishment who has received negative reviews recently. I concur with other comments already made regarding him. This person should not be allowed anywhere near a customer facing, front of house position, if the establishment wish to maintain the good reputation they have built. We will be taking my in-laws elsewhere for lunch.
