Clean and modern hotel to stay at, loved my stay, breakfast was great too

A city hotel, conveniently located near both the sea and cafes! The rooms have a modern design and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils. I didn't like the bedding—the pillows and blanket—and the hard, washed-out towels. Overall, everything was fine!

A beautiful hotel, clean and tidy, with a swimming pool on-site. Many people come here for vacation. The balcony is very comfortable, and the breakfast is good, perfect for a holiday. The breakfast is also plentiful.

It's very close to the pier and attractions, within walking distance. We arrived during peak holiday season, when many hotels were fully booked. This place had plenty of rooms and offered good value for money. We had a wonderful stay in this hotel! We enjoyed having our own private pool as well as the outdoor pool, indoor pool and dead sea spa pool (which was our favourite). A very decent hotel. Clean, cleaned daily, towels changed every other day. The staff is undoubtedly a plus. They are wonderful and well-mannered, whether it was the receptionist, the kitchen staff (whom I warmly greet), or the gentleman at the pool bar. The food was excellent, varied, and themed. Hotel is clean modern and In a good location. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast we found there was plenty of choice however hot options were not so hot and sausage was always boiled. Plenty of bars/restaurants walking distance from the hotel. Kings mall only 5 minutes walk and bus station also only 5 minutes.

Just returned from 2 week stay. What a gem of a hotel. Small and intimate. Staff all lovely especially Kirsty on the pool bar. Very clean apartments. Stayed for 6 days and 5 nights. Hotel room was clean and had a bath. Aircon worked, mini fridge and TV. I stayed in a room that had two single beds, two big chairs and a balcony. There's a pool and I had breakfast included. Breakfast was okay. Not too much selection, but they have hot food to order. Meals can be purchased after as well. Everyone was nice and very helpful

Fair hotel - it was not the best but for this price was alright and people was nice specially Mohamed from breakfast - fresh one cooked for each person. Really nice place, the people who work here are very kind. I enjoyed my stay here. The pool is very clean. The rooms were ideal – clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. Location was spot on too, everything we wanted to see and do was close by, which made getting around really easy. Petsas Apartments is a great find. Petsas is a family run business catering for all needs. We have been coming every year for the last eight years to relax and enjoy a break. Fantastic staff flight delayed 7 hours in Basel e mailed them asking if they could leave keys in door as the flight had been delayed arrived 4.45 am and note in notice board telling us what room we were in etc even though we hadn’t paid,room was clean and bed was lovely and fresh smelling all we needed after nightmare flight.

The biggest highlight of the hotel is the swimming pool, where the children can play as much as they want. The hotel room is also quite large, with a sofa bed that can accommodate our family of four!

A clean hotel, so an apartment with a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The decor is a bit old, but that's not a problem. The pool is large and clean. The welcome is warm and the two air conditioners are available. It's located 20 minutes from the airport by car and 15 minutes from the city center on foot. Everything you need for a short holiday Small apartment complex with pool, it is well situated in the beachy part of Paphos. Restaurants, historic sight and beach all an easy walk. Our appartment had everything we needed to cook our own breakfast and a small grocery store a block away to get supplies. Perfect low-key stay.

Lovely apartments. Stayed here for a few days in a studio apt. Plenty of room. Nice little extras from owner such as sachets of milk, coffee, tea supplied. Laundry room was handy. Beautiful setting. Loved every minute of it.

All good - very convenient for the bus stop to the airport etc. I enjoyed the hotel a lot - it was cheap for Cyprus but expensive on a global scale. I won’t be back though as Cyprus is overpriced globally.

I am 7 years old and just stayed here, the music at the pool made me feel happy and giddy. The place was very quiet and cozy. I loved the equipped kitchen where we found all that we needed, even more. Rented a one bed apartment to cover a few hours between checking out of our villa and airport transfer. The apartment was a good size and really clean and modern, perfect for what we needed. Staff all really helpful, grabbed a bit of lunch by the pool, and able to make the last day usable!

Stayed here for a long weekend while visiting friends who live in Cyprus for his 70th. Being out of season it was very cold, but there was a nice wood burner in the lounge/bar that was very nice. The apartment was amazing, very clean and everything you need for a self-catering holiday. We will certainly be coming back. The staff are very helpful and friendly

Located in the city center. Lovely owner. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great swimming pool. One con were that some of rooms is near the busy street. Second problem - mosquitos (during the sleep they bit us everywhere), it would be nice if owner will install window screens.

Lovely apartments very friendly and accommodating not far from polis town just a minutes walk lovely court yard area with decently sized pool cleaned frequently score 1out of 10 I'd say a 10.

Such a lovely place to stay in Polis! Very good price, nice room with a little kitchen, a nice pool to swim in, close to the sea, and most importantly very nice staff!! Would definitely stay here again if I would go back to the area!

Very warm welcome on arrival. Our room was very clean with traditional decor. Location very good. Plenty of parking. Lovely beaches nearby and plenty of walking. Staff very helpful. It was lovely to have a swim in the pool after a day walking in the Akama National Park. Thank you for your hospitality.

The location is great for travelling this part of Cyprus. The rooms are good and everything is there that you need. A five minute walk to the town square. There's good restaurants and bars. The beaches are 4 Km away, but you can walk it. The owners are lovely and kind. The pool is clean . Absolutely amazing hotel / apartments. So peaceful and quiet. Friendly hidden gem. It’s like having your own villa. Super market two minutes walk as there is no food or drink on site. Owner shown is round her beautiful garden and picked us fresh delicious fruit.. wow wow wow is all I can say..

As for the room, it was the worst I have ever been to, I have never seen a hotel with such a refined style which I document in the photos, despite the nice, very friendly service, I will never recommend this hotel.
