Clean and modern hotel to stay at, loved my stay, breakfast was great too

A beautiful hotel, clean and tidy, with a swimming pool on-site. Many people come here for vacation. The balcony is very comfortable, and the breakfast is good, perfect for a holiday. The breakfast is also plentiful.

Stayed at this hotel in August 2025. The location is great only a short walk to the harbour where lots of shops and restaurants are found. The room was not as expected considering the amount we paid. It's very close to the pier and attractions, within walking distance. We arrived during peak holiday season, when many hotels were fully booked. This place had plenty of rooms and offered good value for money. I personally enjoyed it, especially the spacious rooms, a triple room measuring over 40 square meters, with a balcony offering a great view. The breakfast was plentiful, but the only downside...

This was our second stay at asimina last time being ten years ago, we try not to return to the same hotel but enjoyed so much last time we broke the rule and we are so pleased we did as it was just as lovely. Smaller than a lot of the hotels in this area with more of a boutique feel which we love as the staff got to know you and felt like friends. I have recently stayed at the Athena Royal Hotel, which was excellent. I am considering the Asimina Suites for my next holiday. Does this hotel have any great advantages over the Athena Royal ?

We stayed for 5 nights in April, the apartment and hotel was spotless, rooms cleaned everyday. Was fairly quiet at first due to it being early season but started to pick up a few days in. I recently stayed for 4 nights and it was the most pleasant accomodation and stay that I have had... The room for a 3 star accommodation was amazing. The room fittings, the bathroom and the shower was awesome and the super king bed for a great night's sleep. To top it all off you are provided with slippers and a dressing gown and a feeling of some grandeur when relaxing ....Worth another visit soon...

Stayed here for 5 nights in October. Booked through Easyjet Holidays. Pandream is in a convenient location and is a nice size. Friendly staff on arrival and throughout the stay. Room was clean and functional (and cleaned everyday except Sunday); it did have a small kitchenette but not sure you would be able to cook very much. The apartment was fine, we were on the first floor. Adequate size, nice view, comfortable beds, daily cleaning. The gym is 40 years old, there is no air conditioning, but you can work out. I would class Helios as a good mid price apart-hotel. A little tired in places perhaps but nothing to get upset about. Very loud in the room. Some other aircondition is constantly working and you can hear in it in the rooms. No sleep at all. Location is perfect. Stuff are very nice.

A very decent hotel. Clean, cleaned daily, towels changed every other day. The staff is undoubtedly a plus. They are wonderful and well-mannered, whether it was the receptionist, the kitchen staff (whom I warmly greet), or the gentleman at the pool bar. The food was excellent, varied, and themed. We arrived as 4 friends for 4 nights at the hotel. The staff was so kind and pleasant and welcomed us warmly. The dairy breakfasts and the meaty dinners (with fish too) were full of plenty. All good - very convenient for the bus stop to the airport etc. I enjoyed the hotel a lot - it was cheap for Cyprus but expensive on a global scale. I won’t be back though as Cyprus is overpriced globally.

Just come back from a fantastic week at this Hotel . We had a lovely time. Just returned from 2 week stay. What a gem of a hotel. Small and intimate. Staff all lovely especially Kirsty on the pool bar. Very clean apartments. Only downside for us was no slop mats in bath when showering and could have done with some cushions in the living room. Restaurant was lovely. Would recommend having a car if staying there. Very nice location on the boulevard of Kato Paphos. Complete appartement with doublet room, free wifi, airco in every room, big living with kitchen, 2 bedrooms. Washingmachine and dryer available.

Fabulous position. Loads of restaurants and bars locally and great place for.people watching. Apartments are well equipped comfortable and clean . Not luxurious but that didn't bother us . Supermarket 5 mins walk away.

A clean hotel, so an apartment with a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The decor is a bit old, but that's not a problem. The pool is large and clean. The welcome is warm and the two air conditioners are available. It's located 20 minutes from the airport by car and 15 minutes from the city center on foot. The beach is only 600 meters away, with restaurants and shops just a stone's throw away...

Everything you need for a short holiday Small apartment complex with pool, it is well situated in the beachy part of Paphos. Restaurants, historic sight and beach all an easy walk. Our appartment had everything we needed to cook our own breakfast and a small grocery store a block away to get supplies. Perfect low-key stay.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful. The accommodation itself was pretty dated but had everything you could want in a hotel apartment. The location is fantastic, 5 minute walk from bar street and the bus stop, 20 minutes from the harbor. I doubt you could find anything close to this for the price in Paphos!

All in all the price is reasonable for a spacious apartment. The kitchen is fairly well equipped except we only had a bread knife and not a proper knife for food preparation. The microwave did not work, but we only found this out on the last night so we did not feel like saying anything. The reception was never manned. Very good price for the quality of the location and helpful staff. The breakfast was medium-quality. On the other hand, the place is not very cozy if visiting in December. We were there in May so it was OK. I cannot imagine it in the highest season full of people. Room was big but little bit wore out. Couldn't open window as the room was situated to the street.

Basic 3 star accommodation. The cleaning wasn't done regularly until we complained, and the not throughout. Good location for the seafront, and close to a large supermarket. The Scandinavian receptionist was very friendly and helpful. If you like cats, you'll love it, there everywhere and fed every day.

Had an amazing time here , for the price it was it's a perfect base to stay. We stayed in c block and yes there is some noise but it was minimal at the side of the appartments we stayed.
