Hotels with beach in Paphos District

Also, how inconsiderate of you to ask if we are from “isr*el” with a big smile and then being disappointed when we say where we are from, all while hearing us speak a completely different language and in the midst of a g*nocide… So upsetting and unnecessary

Excellent! An out standing place for a family vacation, excellent service, good food with a lot of variety , clean and tidy, close to the beach with several options of water sports activities, comfortable pools with pleasant water, if you can, take a studio with a sea view (grass), thanks for an unforgettable vacation!

Good overall, but not the 5-star experience advertised. We stayed for just under a week in the off-season and enjoyed the warm weather, clean private beach, and pool

They don’t offer water bottles but they give you a glass bottle that you’re supposed to refill yourself but they did not put water fountains on every floor so you need to go to the 5th floor every time you need water and it doesn’t taste very good

There isn’t a proper beach but you can access the sea by walking a bit further. Otherwise you need to climb on piles of seaweed and jump straight to the water

When we told them the next day, they kept denying it and suggested I go into the steam room to “relax”. Train your girls properly and don’t offer services you are not actually able to perform

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at the Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris in Paphos. From the moment I arrived, Marina at reception made me feel genuinely welcome — her professionalism and kindness truly stood out

The room was impeccable, the facilities excellent, and the atmosphere relaxing, with multiple pools and a lovely spa area

Great hotel, we stayed in one of the bungalows with hot tub. The room was great with views over the pool to the sea

The hot tub and terrace had loungers and chairs so you could lay in the sun in the privacy of your own space or wander over to the pool area. The staff were really helpful, friendly and couldn’t do enough for you!

The restaurants were all open however it was hard to get a reservation even though we had a silver band VIP status. One evening we were told the reservation time had changed to way to late for us to eat

Great location, walkable along the sea path to Paphos port. The less good: when we stayed (June 2025) the hotel was 98% Brits. It has a very ‘package holiday’ feel. Every sunbed is reserved with towels before breakfast

His positive energy and great cocktails were unforgettable! Thank you to everyone at Leonardo & Laura Hotel for making my stay so enjoyable. I’ll definitely come back and recommend this hotel to friends and family

We also loved the beach, the pools, and the water park – a perfect choice for families with children. The entertainment team also did a fantastic job creating a fun and cheerful atmosphere throughout our stay

We spent a wonderful week at the Leonardo Laura Beach Hotel. The room was beautiful, the view was stunning, and the food was delicious and varied. The staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help

Everything was great. Second visit and this one was way better because people from certain country were very few in comparison with first time. A lot of food but medium quality. Good service.

I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Bruce, the Congolese bartender, whose kindness, smile, and professionalism made every evening at the bar a real pleasure

A special thanks to Szidonia and Orsi, who were exceptionally friendly and caring – they truly made our stay feel extra special

Competent and friendly staff, good experience at O’Shin restaurant and good breakfast. Only thing that wasn’t so great was the spa. The pool/ sauna area is average and perhaps not adequately nice for a 5-star hotel

They do not have many external guests and once they charge for the stay in the hotel they could provide gastronomy at more attractive price. 300 meters away from hotel we had a tasty dinner with wine for 70 euro

Good access to sea and sea walk that leads up to Pafos harbour.
Good restaurants and tavernas within walking distance. NEGATIVES:
It is unreasonably expensive: a bottle of sparkling water for 5

A very competent ant attentive staff - I started to smoke a cigar using a normal ashtray and within minutes the waiter brought me a special ashtray for cigars that is much more comfortable

Beautiful location, well maintained - their website is a true reflection of reality. Tasty, attractive breakfast with a good quality of food

There is a nice steam room, nice sauna and indoor pool but there is no pool or barrel with an ice cold water to jump in after sauna

Everything was really perfect but can only give 4 stars because of the food which was very average, and not really tasty (except in the specialty restaurants at night where it is much better, yet still not on par with other hotels in Cyprus (we stayed in 3 and could compare))

The hotel is lovely but so boring,no proper entertainment outside in the evenings for families. food as fantastic but just warm, drinks at pool not good but at the hotel bar inside they are good

The moaning when I took some nuggets and chips to my small granddaughter of 3 up to her room as she was hungry and getting ready fir bed was ridiculous

I was threatened with the manager as they want to take it up and charge u 3 euros

If they up the quality of the food, then this hotel would be a hit

The food is amazing for an all inclusive, selection of drinks is also brilliant. The pool set up and being allocated sun beds is genius if people book and actually use them. Half of them are taken and never sat on

A very special thank you to the entire Anassa team for making our stay so enjoyable. Everyone we met was welcoming, professional and always ready to help

Every detail is a visual delight, adding to the overall charm. The beach is simply stunning, making it a perfect destination for those seeking both luxury and natural beauty

The place, location, the grounds and the service was unbelievable. Made this an amazing stay and the perfect place for our friend’s wedding.

We were also celebrating my birthday and our anniversary, and the hotel made the occasion even more special by surprising us with complimentary cakes. It was such a thoughtful gesture and we really appreciated it

Excellent service! We ordered an award winning shampagne coctail which was fabulous, but we wanted it a bid sweeter. Mr Takis the waiter immediately came to our service and said that he would take care of it

During our stay, we also had dinner at Basiliko and at the Grill restaurant, and everything we tried was delicious. The food was excellent and added even more to the overall experience

The hotel does not have direct access to the sea, but beaches are to the right and left of the hotel, a few hundred metres away. Staff very helpful, of a high standard

The familiar faces and genuine warmth make each stay unforgettable. Our room was great — spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Rodoula and Nino, are our true shining stars; a ray of sunshine for all

It was our anniversary and they even surprised us with a bottle of sparking wine! I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you have children. There is also a kids club, which we didn't get a chance to use

And there was no request that was a burden. The hotel is so calming, with the sea in the background. The pools are amazing, so big and clean! I also love that they have a big indoor pool with a waterfall

It was lovely to also meet Demetrina at reception, Irina at the restaurant, and the kind Violeta and Jackie from the kids club — all so friendly and welcoming

Nino, who manages the Katoi Restaurant, runs it with the sweetest smile and graceful professionalism, ensuring every delicious meal is a joy

Breakfast had a massive selection with everything perfectly prepared. There was an 'egg station' where omelettes, fried eggs etc were all cooked to order and perfect

There were always sunbeds available at any time of day

There was some confusion over our rooms on arrival but reception quickly understood what had happened and fixed it without me having to explain or complain

Charming beachfront hotel with high standards and quality service

A fab Paphos stay Breakfast at The Constantinou Bros Athena Beach is amazing. Been here many times and don't need an excuse to return. We look forward to our next stay

Everything is perfect from the food variety and sustainability right down to the ambient background music, the air diffusers, efficiency of the lifts, entertainment and animation projects to the cheery greeting of all levels of staff as they quietly go about their chores

As we stayed in November there was not a shortage of sunbeds available but there are plenty of areas to sit & the position of the hotel was great too & so lovely to be able to step straight onto the beach

Room was very comfortable and clean. Products provided were good quality. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and great value for money

I only wish the reception team were as warm and welcoming, as the first impression truly sets the tone for the entire visit

Would love to give a shout to Anna behind the bar who looked after us each day, all the managers who went above and beyond for me, Maria who is a fabulous waitress

This is my 2nd time coming to this hotel, my grandparents have been coming for the past 7 years. The service is outstanding from all the staff

The walk to the harbour from the hotel is very pleasant. We couldn’t find fault with anything & would stay again & definitely recommend

There is an on-site shop, beach is a very short walk and there is the most amazing restaurant a 2 minute walk away. The only minus was the shower door leaking but a towel on the floor sorted that problem

This was our 4th visit to this hotel. The whole experience is great, the food, the rooms and the pools. The staff are so friendly and quick to solve any problems you might have

The description says the hotel is only 150 meters from the beach — technically true, but that doesn’t include the cliffs you have to go down. The beach itself is gravel, not sand, so it might not suit everyone

Some people say it is a bit remote but there are buses every 15 mins from right outside the hotel that will take you to coral bay or the kings mall terminus in Paphos for €2 a trip

Just arrived home last night from a fabulous week at this hotel. I was traveling with my cousin and her husband to celebrate his birthday and their wedding anniversary, the staff were amazing and made us all feel special

The bar staff especially Kesimira and her sister Zoe are always ready to fill your glass. Overall highly recommend this place and have already booked for next year

The backdrop is the outstanding views of palm trees and the ocean. Even at the beach, there are plenty of sunbeds and a bar for refreshments on hand

The hair dryer was available, and pool towels were provided. Excellent maid service room kept lovely and clean fresh towels for the bathroom throughout our stay. Every meal had extensive choices from catering for all

The Ascos is designed with glass walls in reception areas, offering all who stay a fantastic view of its beautiful, very large pool that wraps around the hotel and has a convenient bridge over it giving easy access to pool bar from all sides

Whether you are a single, couples, or family holiday makers the Ascos is a very welcoming , safe environment to holiday in. There is a small shop within the hotel, and it's packed with all you could wish for or need

Our room had a double balcony, and we were on the west side of the hotel overlooking villas and sea in the distance. The sun shone on this balcony all day, so lush to lay out and sunbath or enjoy the morning cuppa

the staff were amazing and the food was varied too. My husband is coeliac, they accommodated him really well. special mention to Loretta on Reception. she was always so helpful and smiley

A short walk to the sea, sunbeds were available, lifeguards on duty

Double pool, beautiful sea view from the room. Evening entertainment until 11:00 PM. We ate almost all dinners at the hotel, enjoying the themed evenings, ranging from Greek to Mexican to Asian cuisine

This hotel has friendly, helpful and efficient staff. The food is excellent - fresh, tasty & varied. It is clean & comfy with good access to its own sea cove.

There's easy and direct access (walking distance) to a small cove where you can swim and snorkel The views from the rooms with sea view are just amazing

unfortunately, we missed the Italian evening. Special mention goes to the always efficient and courteous staff

Antonio in the restaurant department for their professionalism and friendliness, but I'd also like to thank the front desk and all the staff

The location is excellent, and besides the pool, there's a natural, very safe swimming area right on the beach outside, with crystal clear water where you can see the bottom

My flight was too late. The room was very clean and the view from the window was truly amazing. If time allowed, I would have loved to stay for several days.

The quality of all three meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) is guaranteed, and the buffet is reasonably priced with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating

For breakfast, there are three coffee machines, so you never have to wait in a long line. It's completely quiet at night, and parking is super convenient

This is the best value-for-money hotel I've stayed at in nearly a decade

On the whole a good stay! But a few points to note, until i arrived i did not know my room was in a separate building to the rest of the hotel cthe Olympic Wing was nice but a trek from the bar and breakfast

All the staff trying to please you and make your stay comfortable. After reading some bad reviews I had doubts whether to book a stay here, but I am happy I didn't trust those few negative experiences other people had

Spacious room, super comfortable bed, sunset seaview, pretty cool spa area and probably the best breakfast I’ve ever had in the hotel❤️ Big plus is amazing natural surroundings, you can explore sea caves and out of this world landscapes, all in walking distance

It was an amazing weekend at Cap St Georges Hotel. Warm welcome at the reception, a spacious room with the most amazing sea view, excellent spa, impeccable service and attention to details

And the reef and beach are beyond praise — a true paradise for sea lovers and anyone who appreciates stunning underwater beauty

Every detail — from the immaculate rooms and breathtaking sea views to the impeccable dining experience and seamless service — was executed to perfection. What truly distinguishes this resort, however, is its people

It’s an ideal place for anyone who feels exhausted and truly wants to rest and recharge. The service is superb — the staff is attentive and genuinely caring, making your stay feel special

The only negative for me was the beach. It’s a pebble/rocky beach which makes it very difficult to get in and out of the sea. A little wooden jetty would be perfect for guests to get over the rocks into the sea

In no particular order - staff could not have done more, breakfast - so many options and all delicious, pool area - clean with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, room - bright, sea views, large balcony, bath with shower, modern, clean, comfy beds, wardrobes and drawers, coffee tea making facilities, daily cleans, fresh change of towels and sheets

I was nervous first pulling up late at night in a thunderstorm but honestly I have loved this hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean. We had a sea view room which was lovely

The beds are fantastic and far better quality than I’ve experienced in 4* hotels. Great size bathroom and shower. The food is great with huge portions. I can understand why people have been coming for years to stay here

I would definitely stay here again and will be sorry to leave tomorrow

The sunbeds were showing their age and many of the blue cushions had tears or rips so need replacing. Beware the sprinklers! If you get a bed on the grass you could get wet as the go off at random times in the day

The hotel is very clean, and rooms are cleaned daily and towels changed. The food was exactly what you would expect from an all inclusive and very good. The breakfast porridge is particularly lovely

The only downside with the hotel, is that it is just a bit too far from Pathos centre, and we needed to use taxis to go in. I feel sure that the walk for those able would only take 55mins, at a brisk pace, to the harbour

When I told the reception that there was a 50mm step to our balcony that was just too much for my scooter, a ramp was provided within an hour, which made the access perfect

All the staff were great, and particularly Christel on the reception. The evening entertainment is very good and certainly rounds off your day very well. The hotel has fantastic sea views and I would happily go again

He doesn't want to control how much I can eat with full care 😉. The beach is nice, you can also swim here because it is very rocky in the other places. Overall, I recommend it to everyone

This hotel is brilliant, and was the most friendly and helpful to me for our stay of one week. I am disabled and use a small mobility scooter to get around

Very nice hotel. Not expensive. Location is great although there is no private beach. All rooms have sea view. Fast internet 😁

The best part was the view—absolutely epic and unforgettable! From start to finish, I enjoyed every detail of my stay. Another big plus: the location is amazing—just steps away from restaurants, bars, and the beach

Clean, cleaned daily, towels changed every other day. The staff is undoubtedly a plus

Plaster is falling off here, a mirror frame is bent there, a bathroom mirror is hanging, and there's a lot of that. These are minor repairs that don't cost much to fix and could significantly improve the quality

There was no monotony, and there was always something different to eat. My only complaint is the time. The hotel has definitely been around for a few years, and some maintenance work would be useful

They are wonderful and well-mannered, whether it was the receptionist, the kitchen staff (whom I warmly greet), or the gentleman at the pool bar. The food was excellent, varied, and themed

There’s a lovely local bar a few minutes walk away called Legends, that has regular entertainment and nice food and a really lovely restaurant which is also around 5 mins walk along the beach path called Porto Antinca

Breakfast had a lot of variety which suited us both. We didn’t eat dinner there as we planned to go out and explore Pathos or try different local restaurants and bars if having a relaxing pool or beach day

The rooms are clean, comfy and spacious and the hotel has a pool which is clean and maintained, a pool bar which is attached to the Restaurant complex and serves hot food as well as snacks, coffee, ice creams slush puppy iced drinks as well as alcohol

The Reception staff are great especially Adrian who I think is the evening/night guy and Harry who is the day guy. Never had a problem there and they go out of their way to help

It has its own beach where a lounger will cost you 2

Room was OK for a 3 star hotel. However what made the stay for us was direct access to an amazing clean beach.

Great place. Clean, well-equipped. Great service. A bit of a poor location. A good 30-minute walk to the sea.

Absolutely amazing villa had everything needed

We found this great location qnd its changed our lives. Nikos a great homeowner, very generous, and so welcoming helpful and engaging. 200m tothe beach across the rd to swim at 700am each day truelly a,blessing

Wonderful stay at Amalias Apartments! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. Perfect location—sea-view apartments just across from the beach, close to Latsi harbor and Akamas

Very nice place opposite the beach, clean, cheap and quiet!

Apartment 101 and 102 especially and upstairs, very well equipped. Newly renovated and stunning huge terrace to sit out when cool in evening. Great location if u dont need bigvtown stuff

Next to us there was a 5 or 6 person family in the same type apartment. Free parking space next to the building. Everything looks a little dated, but for is it was just fine

We cooked a bit in apmt and spiced with a taverna meal every 3 days. Latchi great buzz in high tourist season. Everything avsilable in close proximity if u dont have a car
