Great hotel, we stayed in one of the bungalows with hot tub. The room was great with views over the pool to the sea. The hot tub and terrace had loungers and chairs so you could lay in the sun in the privacy of your own space or wander over to the pool area. In my opinion, the accommodation itself was not bad, but unfortunately the cleanliness was not the best. The place is located on a hill, and the road uphill is quite steep. If you don’t rent a car, getting up and down is a nightmare, and the nearest bus stop is about a 30-minute walk away. The staff and the cleaner were kind. Unfortunately, the amenities were lacking.

We only stayed for a night, but it did the job nicely. Pleasantly surprised with the room size and reasonable conditions. Mattresses aren't the most comfy and we struggled to get reliable hot water, so it was mostly cold showers. Also the location isn't what you'd call convenient and you wouldn't want to be there without a car.

The hotel is not bad but not great. If you looking to not spend a lot of money on the hotel and you kldo not mind the drive to the city. For sure yiu will need car and do not rely in google maps to give you the rout try to go through Chloraka village its the best shortest and easiest way to get to the beaches and the mall.

For Chinese tourists, it was just so-so; locals would probably have had a pretty good experience. We weren't used to the lack of shampoo and shower gel. The facilities were quite extensive, but since we were out exploring, we didn't get to try the swimming pool or gym.

Amazing location. It has both an outdoor and indoor pool. The gym is sort of small for the size of the hotel but enough equipment for a decent workout. The bar prices are quite good actually, cheaper than most beach bars outside the hotel. Couldn't fault the attention to cleaning the hotel. Rooms are a good standard with huge bed. B&B stay so can't comment on the all inclusive food. Great location top hospitality panoramic view

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel. It’s always clean, staff are very friendly and go above and beyond. Location wise, a car would be ideal otherwise you’ll spend money in taxis to get around. It’s roughly a 10 minute drive to Coral Bay and 10 minute drive to the harbour. The hotel now has a Padel court, and the gym has enough in it to do a decent workout.

On the whole a good stay! But a few points to note, until i arrived i did not know my room was in a separate building to the rest of the hotel cthe Olympic Wing was nice but a trek from the bar and breakfast. The room was huge and eas cleaned daily. However the aircon didnt work too well and the matress was very uncomfortable.

Decent Decent stay if you do no have any high expectations.

Property is outdated . Pool furniture needs replacing. Meals need to be revised. Only one thing changed on the menu daily .

I m quite happy with this hotel (have visited 2024 and 2025) for weekend stays. The check-in process was smooth and the overall feeling us discrete but always alert service. The private beach is nice but a little dirty (litter) and the sea had quite a lot of weed. Housekeeping of the room and replacement of tea, coffee etc was inconsistent.
