Příjemná restaurace a prostředí (styl první republiky). Jídlo klasické české, výhodné polední menu.
Služby hotelu OK. Pokoje jednoduší ale čisté. Nefunkční internet (tak pomalý, že se nedá použít). Zkušenost ze srpna 2014.

The attendant tragic, in the restaurant, we were two and we waited for the valet at least 20 minutes, the food came pretty quickly, but the operator access significantly spoil the impression...you better go somewhere else.

Operation grapes, out nobody have and when I came inside so cisnik another 10 minutes on the phone. And attitude and approach to the customer quite discouraging.

Very comfortable hotel in a great location.Room service very nice and attentive.The rooms are very clean.The food is very good. Excellent base for excursions in the mountains. An additional advantage is the Guest Card, entitling to many reductions in the surrounding area. Highly recommend this hotel.
