Great loaction but basic amenities like kettle is missing. Separate water provison and microwave also missing. Breakfast could had been better

A hotel used on and off for over 20 years but it desperately needs reconstruction. The rooms get very stuffy in the summer and the window only opens a few centimetres. Also what use is a bar that's only open Monday to Friday 0900 to 1500? Staff though are excellent and deserve a better working environment.

Wonderful accommodation and perfect breakfast. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are included in the price of the stay, we really liked it here. The SkyBar on the top floor of the hotel is also perfect.

Stayed here with work. The room was on the 4th floor and all my colleagues hated our rooms. Main reason being low ceilings, which we banged our heads on and no double beds. Only 2 singles per room. The hotel is a short walk the town square and receptionist recommended a good restaurant nearby. They have on-site parking but you must pay for it. The hotel is all around great, great facilities, spa and an underground. But my family have received a matress that felt like it was from the 80’s 😭 it had huge springs and was impossible to sleep on (we got it changed). It was a great stay at the Harmony Club Hotel. Beautiful view and very clean room. The staff was friendly, and there was plenty to choose from. Parking at the hotel insufficient, so they sent us to the headquarters, in the end we still paid for parking ... not included in the price of accommodation for the whole weekend ..... I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the food was absolutely delicious. There were plenty of great activities for children and families, and the sauna was wonderful. The only downside for me was the bedding. Spent 4 nights here. Good location within walking distance of local town. Lots of opportunities for hiking close by. We had a spacious room on the 3rd floor with lots of storage space. Nicely decorated and views of the mountains. Breakfast selection was a bit limited compared to some other hotels, but had the basics. We ate in the restaurant 2 evenings as the food was so tasty.

We stayed at Hotel Olympie for 3 nights and were amazed. The hotel is located in a stunning area with lots of options to go walking through the mountains. It’s wonderfully peaceful, yet ideal for families. A good honest hotel in the town of Trutnov. Our travel agent had mistakenly booked only four of us in a group of five. The hotel was booked to the limit but the friendly and flexible receptionist could arrange all of us into our beds amidst all the rush and hurry. Truly admirable person and guaranteed to make us recommend Hotel Patria to everybody despite their silly patriotic name ;-)

We were here for the Obscene Extreme Festival and had rooms on the 10th floor. Amazing view. Had lunch a few days in the restaurant which was very well done. Breakfast was a little underwhelming, but most free ones are. Not complaining. I would definitely stay here again. I'd give it 5 stars if they threw in air conditioning. The 10th floor gets a bit warm. Spoiled American I guess ?
