Friendly staff and amazing sauna. Everything as it should be. Which is not everywhere in Pec !!!

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Although a bit tough to get up the hill to the cottage, Its fairly close from the bus stop. Once up there the view is just fantastic, overlooking the whole Pec. Accommodation itself is not fancy, but it's quite homey with family atmosphere. Staff is helpful and nice, the facilities are nice, clean and comfortable.

Great place good service, good prices, beautifull view

Not the fanciest of places, but the owner is attentive and helpful. It can be a little hard to get to the place. However, once you make it there, you'll find a great view of the whole town.

Thanks for everything to the orlik staff . The view over Pec is fantastic, the breakfast and dinner is typical tzech, but very delicious. Only the way (street), especially the last 700 m are impossible to drive by car during snow season and there are only 3 parking lots before . This should be better, then we come again. The rooms are clean and comfortable☺

The staff was so lovely especially in the restaurant. The room was noisy from children running around and a general impression of people being right next to you - not what I associate with wellness and relaxing. The toilet bin smelled like cigarettes. The pool area was well suited for children but the acoustics didn't invite you to relax due to a constant sprouting water fountain in the pool. The sauna...

very beautiful place.At the morning you can eat a lot of local food.Its the most delicious breakfast i have never eat.

Hotel is easy to find upon arrival into Janske Lazne. You can park your car right in front of the hotel while you check in up to one hour. You then have to move it a few meters into a public parking area, that can easy be confused as the hotel parking.. which it is not. If you do not need to move your car, you can pay for parking upon exit as it is cheaper, otherwise bring the ticket into the hotel...

It's probably for the best,where you can accommodate. So awesome and beautiful surroundings, I nezazil. Spacious and lovely apartment, the rooms feature style and moderne,wellness in the price of the stay and the food take be a mistake. The new this device is, from here quickly get used to the quality service of you don't want to back of the house. And as a bonus, the king. rides the cable car to Black...

You get what you expect for the price (pretty high price)... Nice, cosy, clean, modern hotel with great spa (well spa could be open for a bit longer in the evening). Only the view is a bit weird (trees are nice... But the garage building and mud below...).

We visit the hotel every year in the summer. It´s always perfect stay and relax. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The wifi is fast. Rich and tasty breakfast buffet. Wellness and massages are available at the hotel. There is a luxury restaurant Legend in the hotel. The staff is attentive and nice. I can recommend.

Didn’t stay at the hotel but ate lunch in the restaurant. Worth the uphill walk to reach this excellent restaurant with great views. Wide choice of Delicious vegan and vegetarian dishes. Pictured is the falafel salad. Stylish setting and reasonable prices.

Good bar and nice staff, food is fine for occasion visit

Wonderful hotel overlooking the Spindleruv Mlyn valley. The rooms were spacious and the service was excellent. Use of the SPA (Jacuzzi, Sauna, etc) for free was wonderful after a long days hike.

Velice příjemný pobyt, super způsob polopenze (tříchodovou večeři si člověk prostě poskládá z jídelního lístku), spousta služeb kolem, půjčovna elektrokol přímo v hotelu. Jen jedna hvězda dolů za jednoho člověka z personálu restaurace (všichni ostatní skvělí).

Great hotel, fantastic location and lovely spa. The weekend receptionist was amazingly helpful, friendly, and above all, professional. The receptionist on Monday/Tuesday, however, was infinitely less.

Hotel with great restaurant in hearth of Špindlerův Mlýn. The staff is caring and helpful. Rooms are equipped normally, spa is equipped with 3 differen types of sauna, jacuzzi, restroom and Knippe pavement. For me easy 5 🌟

Daily menus are awesome and tasty. You wont regret if you come to Hotel grand for a lunch / dinner. Customer service 5/5.

Super friendly stuff. The Appartment 1under the rooftop is great. We stayed with 5 people for 3 days. The breakfast for under 2€ is okay. The restaurants fish and ships is very good.

Very nice and clean hotel with fantastic service beginning from the very helpfull sir in the reception, restaurant waiters, to the service man who repaired my broken boot (big thank you - it worked even on the Śnieżka peak) :-)! The historical place with the greate and calm atmosphere in the middle of mountains.It was really pleasure spend time here.Thank you for all, we will come back again for sure

Great location for trecking on Polish-Czech border

Very nice and hospital atmosphere, delicious, Czech beverages such as liquor, bear or hot wine are served there.

When in Krkonose, you have to there for lunch or coffee 'on top of the world'. Hourly buses from Spindleruv Mlyn (1 way 50 CZK). And once up, hike along the Czech-Polish border. Also you can stay there overnight - not super luxurious but more than adequate for a few nights.

Family-style bed and breakfast, doesn't pretend to be something more.

Perfect accommodation, we will definitely return. Great food, great feeling. Rooms are luxuriously furnished, reasonable walk to the centre of Spindl.

Nice room but no air-condition which makes it in summer time bit hot. Hotel is little too noisy but great for families with kids. Breakfast and wellness great.

Very nice children-friendly hotel in the heart of Giant Mountains. Very friendly stuff, good variety of food. Overall very pleasant experience! Will come again

great wellness and sauna world

Good hotel with convenient location of the slopes. There is a spa area, children's school, delicious food. For the rooms 4, very hard bed at the extra bed, the child could not sleep. But in general it is normal.

The food here is absolutely to die for ! They have the best bread rolls (rohlik) for breakfast that I have had for a long time, the lunch and dinner menus are great and the deserts are out of this world. Today I had the “vetrnik” and last night the blueberry cake which melts in your mouth. The accommodation is simple but very clean and the bed was comfortable. This is about our fourth time here and...

Were here just for coffee and snack. I liked it here, big parking lot and the building is large and comfy. It lacks a views a bit though.

It's not a cheap place to stay. But I enjoyed whole duration of my stay. Service was impeccable. Helpful with any minor inconvenience. Place offers restaurant, terase, cafe and two bars. One of them located on the 18th floor. Added photos are of breakfasts and dinners. Place also offers entertainment service for the kids inside of the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay. Particular mention to the cocktail bar staff ( the bartender and waiter) they were both fantastic and all the staff in the spa & gym. We rented the electric biles and were so impressed. Fantastic holiday, thank you

Very friendly staff, clean hotel, retro style but tidy. Outside needs some serious attention IE. Woodwork repairs, plastering and painting...looks tatty a not a great impression on first arriving.

I've been only at the bar there. It was really nice. Service was great drinks were great.

Nice, clean hotel rooms with great modern design. Good food and friendly staff as well. Sadly, only one car per room can be parked in the underground parking lot and there aren't many parking spots outside. Check-in times can be a little inconvenient but the staff is understanding and can arrange everything for later arrival.

Very modern, clean and well organised. Nice apartments with small well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, allocated underground parking and ski store is a bonus. Nice spa and massage. Ski in access (however you will need to walk about 10 min to the slopes in the morning) Close to the small shop. Good service at the reception. The only disadvantage is probably that it is missing a bit of a mountain charm...

It feels a bit like at the funeral there, staff is quiet, no eye contact, no smile. Ate lunch and left soon. Lentil soup was nice. Maybe they are trying, but I could not figure out the vibe there..ruthless efficiency or no idea what the owners are looking for.. wishing all the best of luck:)

Very convenient location especially in those cold snowy and/or windy days when you need a shelter, hot beverage and good food. The place itself is nice, big so you have a good chance you'll find a free spot. The prices are high. Beer for 60 CZK. Accommodation prices are also very high.

Can’t say much about the hotel accommodations because I wasn’t a guest but the food is really good. Good beer selection snd prices are okay. We stopped by for a quick bite to eat and a beer. The building itself is pretty big with a nice interior. However, it is literally in the middle of nowhere.

Nice place for hiking destination from quite a few different directions, has good Czech food, and brews it own beer Porohac which is cool. Prices are on the higher side, you can pay with card. Can get overcrowded at lunchtime during weekends.

Very good hotel with spa facilities. Staff is very helpful and professional. Beautiful view on the valley from the practically whole hotel. Facilities of the spa are very wide. There are two types of sauna, jacuzzi and pool. Restaurant serves very tasty food with local products.

+ Plenty of hikes available right around the hotel so no need to drive anywhere in the summer. Restaurant and terrace nicely renovated. - Rooms are old and poorly equipped. Food is rather bland and the markup on wine is a ridiculous 400-500%. We had the added excitement of some drunks wreaking havoc in the night until the police came about 45 mins later.

Nice hotel and very nice and helpful staff. They did for us what we wanted and cooked food what was not even on the menu ;) the hotel is gradually being renovated, so you can still find some "original" and old school places in the hotel, but room are renovated, nice and clean. Sauna is renovated as well and very nice. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay at Penzion Logla. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Breakfast and Dinner was outstanding. We even got second rounds as we were still hungry after a day of snowboarding. We will definitely be back next time, thank you so much!

Very nice and clean apartment, nice people. Food was also good, the dining area was a bit uninviting in the beginning, but after more people came it got better decorated.

A nice place, lovely view and definitely not overpriced (like some of these huts). They got Krakonoš on tap, lemonade, fries, schnitzel, fried cheese and all the holiday classics. very kind owners. It's a bit uphill, but you gotta burn some calories first to deserve those treats, it is what it is.

Been here bowling and eating. There are two bowling lanes which you buy out, the shoes are a bit used up but they do their job. Bowling is right near the kitchen and before you start a game, the waiter asks if you want to drink anything which is a very nice gesture. The food here is very good and filling. Food was absolutely amazing. We tried duck, blueberry dumplings and soups were amazing as well. Don't miss this place . They also serve a very good beer here.

Nice place to stay when you want to spend some time in this area. They've got room where you can keep your wintersport accessories safetly and let them dry if needed. You can go directly to Pec and Cerna Hora with free SkiBuses from there. If you never tried any of wintersports but you want to do it, you can also rent snowboard or skis and teacher on the other side of the street. There's also nice...

Cozy small place with beautiful views from the room, but is located on the hill / remote - it is difficult to get up from skiing areas, especially when the road is icey, not much done to make the roads less icey, many cars can't get up. Charge for a dog 250 Kč/day though it was said 150kc /day on their web site, cleaning of the room is limited to empting a trash bin, so you have to ask for vacuum...

I just stopped by and had a beer there. It was good, not too expensive and the waiter (owner?) was very very kind and friendly. The view is nice too.

Really good food, not modern style, but real good home style like from your mom/grandma. Really nice, active and helpful people working here. Rooms are not perfect, but enough for a couple nights. Anyway most of the time is spent outside in great nature.

This place is an adventure even before your foot steps inside. Road to it is very steep and up the hill, with amazing views. But don't be afraid, you get there. Once there, location and the views are so rewarding. Restaurant offers tables outside or inside. It has loads of windows and it's very bright. Food is delicious to say the least. I went for the wild boar 🐗 meal and it was so tender and tasty...
