Bywało lepiej. The hotel has potential, but unfortunately, in its current form, it’s hard to recommend. The rooms are clean, but the furnishings have seen better days. The only negative points what was in a hotel was temperature in main hall when you going to kinder room or swiming pool it was really cold even you just go few meters to the place from the elevator. The venue is a bit outdated and old. Definitely needs renovation. Service is not bad, however, the front desk always felt like it was undermanned.

A Great weekend’s gateway spot. Big hotel with lots of entertainments. Big crowds to be expected over the weekend, but you don’t feel it as the place is huge and well organised. Amazing food variety

This is a weird place - almost great, but suddenly horrible in unexpected places. The aquapark is great for something included in the price. Nice pub design, large rooms with balconies, decent food, facilities open quite long. Wide spa offer. But then the really weird stuff: you have to prove to a lady assigned to your floor that you have marked everything you took from the minibar in a special sheet...

Great place for family with children. Rooms are comfy, staff is friendly and helpful. The service including food is great. Spa area realy spacy and sufficient. We come again. Private parking possible. Prices are affordable.

Great location fantastic view lots of options for rainy day activities - but be aware that unlike the basic swim and jacuzzi baths bowling is a separately paid option

It is quite nice place, not a hotel, with well-equipped rooms, conference centre or children facilities, good for families, with some animations for the younger ones, including aqua park with a kind of limited access to hotel guests. The rate for the May weekend was pretty pricey.

Either my or Booking misunderstanding at the begining of our stay but the lady at the front desk, Agnieszka did a great job a got it sorted. She was so kind and went really beyond. Well Done!

Great location . Good service However! Decor , state and feel ( tired , worn out, dull …)

I was not impressed. Our room was big and refurbished. However everything else in the hotel (including our hotel room bathroom) was very oldschool. That applies also to the staff and service. No interest, no smile. Breakfast was sufficient but we saw much better around. Only positive is their pool, but its surrounding/design is not very welcoming either.

The staff should be more friendly

Pleasant environment, comfortable room, including the bed. The staff was helpful, I was just surprised that they demanded payment for the accommodation in cash, even though the conditions were for payment by card. Rich breakfast and well-prepared scrambled eggs. The park of miniatures at the hotel is also interesting - the visitor will meet a number of buildings during a tour of the city.

A beautiful building with modern Sauna and swimming pool facilities. The grounds are also lovely, with a small river flowing by where you could have a BBQ. I am not giving full marks however as the rooms were a bit dated. For example i did not see any AC in the room. Also, we were on the ground floor beside the lobby/bar area and it was very noisy.

Beautiful pool and spa area, not busy at all so pretty much had to ourselves. Desserts were always great and bed soft and clean.

Very well located hotel with beautiful surrounding in the peaceful spot. The rooms are spacious and meet expected quality for that price. The kitchen service was very nice surprise and that together with the SPA service makes your staying pampered very well especially after hiking in the mountains.

A wonderful place with a view of the forest, beautiful and modern interiors. In addition, the swimming pool with steam bath and sauna in the apartment are impressive. We also used the Russian banya, where you could relax and smell the forest. I recommend this place 100% I will definitely come back here.

A wonderful place for "townspeople" but not only :) currently my favorite place in the Karkonosze Mountains, the facility has a high standard, great location, all possible amenities. A great place, a beautiful modern guesthouse (everything still smells new) The building is situated in a wonderful forest corner of Karpacz. There is a swimming pool on site, a heated bathtub outside …… .. that you didn't want to go anywhere 😁

I consider the stay successful, the service and the location are +. The only thing I can attach to and the temperature of the water in the pool - a bit too cold and the rooms a bit old.

Good location for trips to the Giant Mountains. It is also quite close to the center. The pool is cold, but the water is cold. Billiards is broken, so is table football. The sauna is not working. The place has potential, but requires refreshment and funding. Service without complaint.

I hired a few rooms to make my birthday at this resort. All guests were very pleased with the size, equipment and cleanliness. The only small minus is too soft mattresses. Very nice resort where you can relax, nice rooms are clean and tidy. Very nice owners, the only drawback is unfortunately the lack of internet, but it often stutters and answers only in one place and not always. You can also forget about using your own because there is no coverage, so if you want to check any attractions on the Internet, it may be poor.

The rooms are nice, clean and warm. Equipped with everything you need - kettle, fridge. Two kitchenettes are available on the first floor. We didn't miss anything - to the "Karpatka" slope 8 minutes on foot, to the center about 20 minutes. Ample parking, nice owner.
