The apartment was perfectly clean. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the pool, and the staff was very polite and helpful. However, there were a couple of downsides for me: there were no disposable slippers provided in the apartment, and there was no daily housekeeping service, which I consider a minus.

We didn’t have breakfast in the main building, which we were not informed about in advance. The breakfast was therefore very poor with a very limited selection. You really don’t get to relax in the wellness area, it’s basically a kids’ aquapark. Up on the hill it’s hard to walk into hotel. Shower is only handy cap style and isn’t to good technical condition. No normal ventilation in bathroom.

Very clean and beautiful resort. Great for families with kids. Big aquapark with slides, wavepool, and a wellness for a small extra cost. Nice little town and good hiking trails. Just the road from Czech boarder is very narrow and winey. So if you have kids that get car sick, prepare.

We visited the aquapark at Sandra SPA and had a great experience! The water was warm, everything was very clean, and the whole place is well-maintained. It’s perfect for families with kids there’s plenty for them to do but also great for adults thanks to the quiet zones where you can relax and unwind. This is a hidden jewel. The view of the surrounding mountains was beauty full. The breakfast was really far above average,it was great.

It was a vey nice stay, the food was amazing and definitely one of the best, the rooms were clean and the service was perfect. We benefited from the sauna and swimming pool which were clean and had fresh water. And as a plus the views were beautiful, we could enjoy the mountains from every angle. We will definitely come back.

Nice but a bit boring hotel. Heating was on full blast without any possibility to adjust. TV and entertainment was outdated. Always nice with a refrigerator. Sauna was warm enough, but to dark. Pool size was generous.

Lovely clean Hotel with friendly Staff. We stayed 3 nights and used the Spa facilities. The Jacuzzi and Sauna are particularly nice. Food-wise the prices are average, but the food we had was better than the 3 Stars would suggest. Skiing lift is a short drive away and you can even walk it if you wish. It's also very close to a local shop Zapka and Petrol Station.

The best hotel in Karpacz to be honest. It is so huge, so luxurious. It looks just magical during Christmas. And a nice winter weather was just a perfect bonus to a whole atmosphere around this beautiful place. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re on your vacation in Karpacz with your family ❤️

I had a very poor experience with the Wi-Fi in our room. The connection was extremely slow and unstable, especially in the evenings when it often felt more offline than online. Communication with the staff was a mixed experience: some spoke English reasonably well, but not all. A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. This isn't the first time we've eaten and stayed overnight at Nad Potokiem. Everything was delicious. The portions were generous. You don't have to wait long for your food. The rooms were clean. I recommend it.

We visited the restaurant with family and friends. The decor was beautiful, the service friendly, and the dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. The daily special is 35 PLN for soup and a main course, with a choice of four soups and four main courses.

Great place built, made and kept with passion and warmth by the passionate owners. Very good food and fine dining during lunch and dinner. Spa area is well kept with a great outdoor sauna hut that has one glass wall overlooking the garden. The rooms are taken care of and the overall quality is very good. The hotel was built around 2008 but got renovated and refreshed during the pandemic.
