The speed and stability of the internet does not correspond to 2025, the proclaimed quality of the hotel and its location in the city center. According to the hotel manager, Mr. Tůma, you need to ask about the reliability of the internet in advance and take into account possible outages due to weather, even though hotels with stable high-speed internet are quite common in the immediate vicinity. In this case, the speed is 0-9 Mb/s. If you need to work while on vacation, I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Rychlost a stabilita internetu neodpovídá roku 2025, proklamované kvalitě hotelu a jeho umístění v centru města. Podle manažera hotelu pana Tůmy je třeba se na spolehlivost internetu zeptat předem a vzít v úvahu možné s výpadky z důvodu počasí, a to i přesto, že v bezprostředním okolí jsou hotely se stabilním vysokorychlostním internetem naprosto běžné. V tomto je rychlost 0-9 Mb/s. Pokud potřebujete na dovolené i pracovat, tento hotel rozhodně nedoporučuji.

convenient, comfortable, great value
The hotel is so easy to find in the center of the village, the free breakfast was great quality and a huge value. A comfortable room with a little fridge, good wifi, and a great shower. No lift/elevator, so it could be an issue for those with limited mobility, but not a problem for us.

Excellent location in the centre. Quiet place, nice and large room. Staff at the reception and in the restaurant was willing and helpful, breakfest was rich, dinner was very tasty. We spent there with our friends nice three days in the mountains.

Great hotel, fantastic location and lovely spa. The weekend receptionist was amazingly helpful, friendly, and above all, professional. The receptionist on Monday/Tuesday, however, was infinitely less.

Super friendly stuff. The Appartment 1under the rooftop is great. We stayed with 5 people for 3 days. The breakfast for under 2€ is okay. The restaurants fish and ships is very good.
