Wanted to stay for a refreshing drink here during a hike. The waiter definitely noticed us, but acted like cleaning glasses had a higher priority than taking an order. After twenty minutes we left without getting a drink. This place is definitely not interested in making any revenue from restaurant guests.

Had a great lunch break while hiking the surrounding area. We loved the garlic soup with cheese, ham, bread and potato. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommended!

Staff doesn't even try to speak in either English or German. Rooms are claustrophobic and not maintained well. Showers are occasionally warm, water pressure is very low.
We had two power outages the first day. After getting the power reconnected I was handed a new bulb to change the one that blew (with sparks flying).

it's a horrible place, it's dirty, they never clean the rooms, the service is rude, they make you pay more than the menus say and when you want to say something they act like you're crazy
