Good starting point for summer hiking and great for winter skiing. Clean and well maintained rooms. Many interesting activities in house like shooting range, cinema, golf simulator, bowling, swimming pool or wellness

Good hotel with convenient location of the slopes. There is a spa area, children's school, delicious food. For the rooms 4, very hard bed at the extra bed, the child could not sleep. But in general it is normal.

Restaurant: We had half board. Food was tastefull, regulary refilled and wide choice was offered. Sauna&Swimming pool: Swimming pool was nice with warm water. Ski rental: Expensive and skis were not good maintained

pros: I had half board and was really happy with the choice and taste. The food was replenished regularly, so you could come at any time and still have a full selection

Children zone: There is a nice large children play zone

Didn’t stay at the hotel but ate lunch in the restaurant. Worth the uphill walk to reach this excellent restaurant with great views. Wide choice of Delicious vegan and vegetarian dishes. Pictured is the falafel salad

Wonderful hotel overlooking the Spindleruv Mlyn valley. The rooms were spacious and the service was excellent. Use of the SPA (Jacuzzi, Sauna, etc) for free was wonderful after a long days hike.

Great place, stuff is very friendly, food fenomenol! You want dance above the clouds this is a place to be,summer // winter really anytime ....

When in Krkonose, you have to there for lunch or coffee 'on top of the world'. Hourly buses from Spindleruv Mlyn (1 way 50 CZK). And once up, hike along the Czech-Polish border

Not everyone speaks English, they are great for local tourists. Not used to north-western directness, that is not appreciated. Hotel is a bit outdated and not much light

Staff in this hotel is great, very friendly and helpful. When we came there and we were exhausted, they let us order food at the restaurant, even though it was already closed

Hotel with great restaurant in hearth of Špindlerův Mlýn. The staff is caring and helpful. Rooms are equipped normally, spa is equipped with 3 differen types of sauna, jacuzzi, restroom and Knippe pavement

Super friendly stuff. The Appartment 1under the rooftop is great. We stayed with 5 people for 3 days. The breakfast for under 2€ is okay. The restaurants fish and ships is very good.

Staff very friendly & helpful, we came delayed after 23:00 hrs and they were waiting for us. Localization a bit outside of center but this is advantage. Quiet, amazing view from rooms

But above everything is the food (we were on a HB basis). Breakfast is rich and tasty and dinner is absolutely wonderful. Every day was different, with amazing soups great main dishes and very good deserts

Perfect for a short weekend away, meals we're always nice and plentiful. Several ski lifts within walking distance and local area would be perfect for sommer weekends away too.

I rarely give 5 stars to hotels. Does this one deserve 5 stars, nope however for someone that wants to enjoy a few days in a quite place this definitely the place to be.

Very nice hotel particularly suitable for parents with children with a great poměreme price/performance, flexible access. Two herničky follow-up to the dining room, the game elements in front of the hotel

And if you arrive without children, you can sit down in a beautiful, cozy lounge above the restaurant, where it is only for adult visitors. For me satisfaction, I'll come back here

Lovers of heavy Czech cuisine, huge portions and uncapped amount of meat that will really enjoy (never happened that any item during breakfast or dinner out)

We were there in the guesthouse for a short trip, the location is wonderfully quiet and in the middle of the great landscape, where the deer say good night

In all points I give the full star number. We are happy to have had such a nice pension and look forward to our next visit
