Very nice and clean hotel with fantastic service beginning from the very helpfull sir in the reception, restaurant waiters, to the service man who repaired my broken boot (big thank you - it worked even on the Śnieżka peak) :-)! The historical place with the greate and calm atmosphere in the middle of mountains.It was really pleasure spend time here.Thank you for all, we will come back again for sure

Very nice and hospital atmosphere, delicious, Czech beverages such as liquor, bear or hot wine are served there.
Great place, stuff is very friendly, food fenomenol! You want dance above the clouds this is a place to be,summer // winter really anytime ....
When in Krkonose, you have to there for lunch or coffee 'on top of the world'. Hourly buses from Spindleruv Mlyn (1 way 50 CZK). And once up, hike along the Czech-Polish border. Also you can stay there overnight - not super luxurious but more than adequate for a few nights.
Family-style bed and breakfast, doesn't pretend to be something more.

Great place to escape. Wonderful vwmiew of the mountains and river. So much snow and icicles. Snow Paradise :) decent food and good service. Great price. You get what you pay for!

Value for money! It has to be remembered that this is not an expensive hotel, and you get what you pay for. Although - rooms are clean and big enough. Breakfast was super! But the most important thing is the wonderful staff. They really go all the way to make your stay a good memory. And that is really worth a lot. The hotel does need extensive renovation, but again, we had a really positive experience...

Friendly personal, breakfast and dinner were very tasty, cozy room :)
We were starving and this place was the only one around. Although the kitchen was supposed to be closed, they offered us a short list of meals they can prepare for us. Our lunch was delicious and price quite cheap per portion. Stuff was very welcoming and kind.

My second stay in this hotel. Overall it has basic standard and sometimes a bit gloomy atmosphere. But the hotel is clean, quiet, spacious, well located and the breakfast was varied and good. Receptionists were friendly too. Overall good value - price ratio compared to other offers during new year time in the area.
A very pleasant and friendly place. Extremely polite service. Clean rooms, and the accommodation conditions are a higher standard than expected from other reviews. Fantastic location and excellent price-performance ratio. We will be back!

Small room and limited menu but a reasonable price in a good location.
Quiet hotel, a good diet, just the room could be better,for example, a wet towel was not possible anywhere dry, žebřinové heating in the bathroom was impossible to turn on. As well as black spots and corners in the bathroom but also on the window could be certainly clean. Jibak weaker wi-fi's gonna and television about two Czech programmes, but for about man to the Next doesn't.
I was here in the summer of 2014, staying for a week with half board. With the room satisfaction price match the quality. Breakfast buffet with slightly above-average selection. A three-course dinner were good. The waiter was for my taste a little too chatty but funny :). In the night someone in the hotel parking lot he crashed his car and took it to the front light. The next morning, I was alerted...
I was there only one night and it was amazing , I paid less than in the previous hotel (20 mins from mlyn) I slept very good . they gave us food because they knew we leave early , thank you

Great hotel, fantastic location and lovely spa. The weekend receptionist was amazingly helpful, friendly, and above all, professional. The receptionist on Monday/Tuesday, however, was infinitely less.

Super friendly stuff. The Appartment 1under the rooftop is great. We stayed with 5 people for 3 days. The breakfast for under 2€ is okay. The restaurants fish and ships is very good.

The aging hotel has great service and is ideally located on a small hill. The rooms are simple without frills....
If you only need a place to sleep, this is enough for you. If you really want to vacation and also want to stay in the hotel, you should look for another hotel. The beds here are very hard, breakfast could be better. When you arrive, nobody is there, you just take your key and you're done. No briefing, nothing. We really imagined it better here. Too bad actually.
Nice family friendly hotel, hotelmutter smiling and friendly, you feel immediately welcome. The servant must, however, learn to be more service-minded, and adopt a more accommodating attitude.

We stayed at Hotel Olympie for 3 nights and were amazed. The hotel is located in a stunning area with lots of options to go walking through the mountains. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The spa is also really nice to relax in after a long hike through the mountains. Definitely recommend Hotel Olympie!

About the restaurant. Quality of the food was nice, but they forgot one of our meals. We got some high percentage shots for that mistake. We thought that can happen. But we waited for our dessert long long time. We decided to pay without having our dessert. Price category €€. Beer costs 59 crowns!

The hotel itself is great and very clean. The lady at reception was also nice and helpful. The service at the restaurant was awful. I'm not sure why. The bartender and server were rude and did not speak English.
Highest brewery in this part of the world. Amazing
Nice place, with a controversial building. Good place to stop, eat a meal, drink one or two local "Paroháč" beers. Especially, when you have already passed 20 km track... 😃 🌞❄️
The big hotel from 70-s in the midle of mountains with wonderful landscapes. But it's all good I can say about it. The dishes are avarage, maybe besides boruvkove knedliky. A little crowded.
A quick mid-August lunch break in the Panorama restaurant: Personnel was fast and friendly and the food (in this case the Gulasch and Apfelstrudel) above average to good. Not at all as bad as I remember other Boudas. And of course they server the original Kofola ;).

Nice cozy hotel. Really appreciate the stuff attitude, the young man at the reception was very polite and helpful with all our request. The room was cozy and spacious with comfy beds. Spa part was exactly what was needed after all day hiking, not busy, even though the hotel was fully occupied
Perfect for a short weekend away, meals we're always nice and plentiful. Several ski lifts within walking distance and local area would be perfect for sommer weekends away too.
Great, relaxing place with a lot to offer and really friendly staff.
Rooms is good but the map could be better
I slept well and had a good breakfast. The staff is nice but does not look like the people in the photos. PS They have very ugly carpeting.
I rarely give 5 stars to hotels. Does this one deserve 5 stars, nope however for someone that wants to enjoy a few days in a quite place this definitely the place to be.

We rented a house in the area and on recommendation of the owner went to Hromovka for drinks and a dinner. What a great place! The views are breadth taking and the hosts extremely friendly, helpful and inspirational. It is a super relaxing place and we enjoyed every minute spent there. Whenever we are in the area we will definitely come back. Highly recommended.
I have travelled to many hotels and resorts. This one took my breath away many times. If only rating for customer service - 5 stars. If only rating for the food - 5 stars. If only rating for the scenic views - 5 stars. The staff always took time to ask of our comfort, if our meals were okay, just to confirm our comfort. Tasty Czech cuisine in a modern version, a very nice waiter and a cozy atmosphere by the fireplace :)
Burger was almost bad. The bread is cheap and plasticky, wish meat had more juicy. Other time ordered a garlic soup. Which was perfect. Steak was also very good.
We were here for two days, breakfast included big amount of different food(healthy for my girlfriend and tasty for me👍) for this price the taste of food was really good comparing to the restaurants nearby . Will come again for winter 👍

The food was delicious and nicely presented, no doubt about that. However, I cannot give 5 stars as the waitress forgot to bring a soup we ordered. Also, I’d enjoy more sauce for the svickova meal
Very good kitchen with long tradition. Terrace is good choice if you want have a dinner in outside. Clean rooms with big bathroom. Bathroom is quit old but it is not big problem because was clean and it is important. I think this hotel is good choice for cheap living with good service. It is really good base for tours. This was our third time at this hotel and we absolutely loved it! The room was extremely comfortable, cozy and very clean, nice and yummy food options. The staff (especially the lady at the reception) is really kind and welcoming. I would always suggest you to book this property, because its really worth to stay here, everything was upto mark.

Our stay was just amazing, the room was cleaned every day and the stuff was very friendly and helping. We did not get to enjoy the hotel anemities as we spent all days out hiking :) but the restaurant was serving delicious meals and the breakfast was huge. We love to come back!
Nice hotel with a good restaurant and a big wine list. Stayed here in room 314. It had a bathtub but to shower you need to sit down (no shower curtain). Big room with a nice view. The hotel also have a jacuzzi and a sauna that you need to book. The message here is nice but not good. Don't think the guy has a education, but he is good with his hands.
