The hotel close to every tourist attraction .Great idea to checking in this hotel. Clean and neatly.

We stayed at Rotunda years ago. Is it luxurious? No. But it's very cozy, the location is fantastic, overlooking the valley, where there are all sorts of fun activities, and it's right in the center with all the shops! The service was great. We went back after years, just to eat, but they're the best schnitzels you can get in the area! We ordered several dishes from the menu during the week, and everything was delicious. The lady was very friendly, which is why we enjoyed spending several evenings there. It's our favorite restaurant in the area.

We didn't use the rooms, only the bar. It was as if time had stood still there. The bar area didn't seem to have been tidied up for ages. The staff seemed a bit lazy. You can't pay by card!

The place looks comfy but the service?! Unbelievable! We came in for a soup and the waitress started cursing at us saying she's also a person and needs a break to eat.... She wouldn't stop talking and so we just left. We were potential customers and she treated us like parasites.
We stayed polite and quietly left without a fight.
If they treat restaurant customers like this, then the hotel service won't be much better!

Pension Rotunda service was really kind and nice . However i warn you. Do not rent there any ski equipment. We didn't receive any advice. The young man who works there has no idea what is he doing. You should try on the opposite side of the steet, where the prices and service are much better.
