I don't know how's the local standard but at international standards the hotel has horrific service. Unfriendly staff. There's a sauna+jacuzzi but it's only free from 9-14. On some days the jacuzzi is too cold, on others it's warm, sometimes they forget to clean it on time in the morning and open it late. The water are almost always dirty. The food at breakfast is okasyish but bland, it's almost identical every day. It usually looks like it was prepared the day before (stale bread, poor looking vegetables...) the building is falling apart, water leaks, waves of sewage smell. You can hear people walking in the room next to you and above you.

We had the opportunity to stay at the Pytloun Wellness Travel Hotel in Liberec and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation at an affordable price.

The rooms are modern, clean, and very well-equipped – a comfortable bed, a TV, a kettle, and toiletries are provided. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the pleasant, peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel staff were polite and helpful – both at check-in and throughout the stay. It's the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing or work.

The breakfast was also excellent – a wide selection of fresh products, both sweet and savory. Something for everyone!

The hotel's location is another advantage – easy access, close to the center of Liberec and the main attractions, yet peaceful and quiet.

I definitely recommend this hotel – excellent value for money.

The hotel unfairly advertises wellness services. It also doesn't live up to the Pytlon name.
Apparently, it was no longer possible to book a wellness service, even three days in advance.
Overall, you felt like you were being a nuisance if you asked anything.
The room was very bad! Dirty, dark floors, partially broken heating (in winter), and indefinably moldy walls. The room smelled very strongly of chimneys. The smoking area was right in front of the room window, so you could rarely air the room. You could hear all the conversations in the neighboring rooms.

The only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast, if you got a seat.

Parking is very limited, so in some places you were turned away by the hotel staff.

This was not at all what I had imagined a Pytlon Wellness Hotel in Liberec would be like, and I definitely won't recommend it!

Super friendly and welcoming staff... particularly Natalie at reception. Breakfast spread was quite diverse, delicious and satisfying. Our son is a professional volleyball player for Dukla Liberec, and the arena was very convenient to get to... thanks for the wonderful stay!

Hotel is really small, what i usually like. Service was really good. Rooms and public aress needs littlebit update. We rented spa area for us and liked that really much. Breakfast is small, but we didn’t left table with hunger and what they have there is good enough. Free privat parking is always nice thing. Location of this place is quite odd. There is nothing nearby, but tram stop is quite nere and taxi to city center is cheap. Place is recommendable.

I chose the hotel specifically for the swimming pool as my daughter does not have much swimming experience.

I was told that the pool is open to the public until 2pm.

There was also an amount of hours restriction.

Sauber and amiable, we were late to check in due to traffic and travel plan change, but when we connected with the concierge it's such a pleasure to check in with lovely fresh bier. The room is well-equipped and considerate, leidlich we don't have much time to explore but the slide by the backyard is sweet. The breakfast is delicious and by check-out we are treated with home-made Brownies, beautiful.

A nice place to stay in Bohemia as it is in reasonable distance to mountains for hiking. We were three people in a room. The room was quite small so more than three nights would have been too cramped. There was a bathroom with a shower and also a small kitchen with the necessary equipment. Breakfast was very good with quite an impressive selection of dishes including scrambled eggs etc. You could also make your own waffles 😊
