The quality of the room is disappointing, my bedsheet had blood on it from a previous guest, the door handle was hanging off, the shower had black mould and a broken shower head (see pictures)

You understand the importance of service to a hotel when you ask for assistance, especially when this is ignored or you are directed to use broken equipment. All these issues tell of an underlying issue with the respect and care they give guests.

Comfortable hotel. Location in the very city center. Quiet room. Room with refrigerator. Bathroom with bathtub. Very good breakfast.
Check-in was a bit difficult to find the right room for us.

Friendly reception staff, clean room (even the small pillows had fresh covers on them -very nice!) and excellent breakfast buffet that left nothing to be desired.
For under 60€ for a double room, this was excellent value.
Location very convenient for sightseeing and the slopes are a direct tram ride away.
The only small note was that it was very very warm indeed in the room with a thermostat that was hard to understand, but that was quickly resolved by opening the windows.

Terrible hotel, especially one rude man at reception who was lauhging to our face saying they do not have parking space for us and we should park 15minutes away from hotel. When i asked for his name he refused to call manager and told us to go away.Also they lie about wellnes included in hotel room, you have to pay for it.
Dirty old room half of things broken and not working.

Stay away from this place what a shame more like 1star not 4star.

I doubt hotel owner care about reviews but if yes please change your receptionist

Cozy and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. Sauna has an additional charge but it’s a small fee.

Everything was in perfect order. The service was friendly, clean, and close to the city center. The only downside was the mattress being too soft. It's unbearable for people with spinal problems. You might want to consider improving comfort in this area.

Parking is very limited, especially since a coach parked directly in front of the hotel instead of driving into the bus parking bay. So there was no parking space available in the hotel car park.
The bathroom was still covered in hair from previous guests, the beds were not made despite requests. Sheets were not straightened, pillows not fluffed, duvets simply laid over the entire bed, unloving and somehow a shame. The service is getting worse every year.
