Overall it was a nice apartment and a nice spa as well. That said, when we arrived we came to find that a "two bedroom" was actually a one bedroom with three very uncomfortable cots on the floor in the living area Additionally, the safe and both air conditioners didn't work, which the host attempted to fix but either way were inoperable for our stay Leaving an average review only because the initial host attempted her best to help us when we arrived and the sauna was nice to have, without her it would be less

Cesky Krumlov is a charming town. This hotel is centrally located and cute. We had a spacious room with a roof terrace. Rustic with wooden beams and stone tiles.

Excellent location on the main street. Easy to walk around. Located just outside the pedestrian zone. Public parking was nearby for a fee. Staff was very friendly. No lift in the hotel. Was difficult to carry four big suitcases to the top level. Room and bed situation worked well for our group of four. Even though it was in one big room, it was ok for one night stay. We got the attic room. Ceiling and beams were low. We constantly hit our heads somewhere. One bathroom was ok. Shower in the bathtub but no shower screen. Water splashed outside. Breakfast was brought up to the room and was good. Private attic balcony had excellent view.

An appartment with a Castle view is located just at the bottom of Latran street, not far from Parking Pod Postou. We stayed over the weekend, when the place was packed with people. So the mornig was a bit noisier. Very nice veranda for relaxing, really large bath in the bathroom. Breakfast is served in rooms, nice selection (we had sweet with pancakes and English). The house is a historic one, so you may find it difficult to close the door, as we did. On the other hand, there is an aircoditioning, which comes in handy.

The hotel is close to the Flelix bus stop, about a 10-minute walk. The view of the castle from the hotel room balcony is beautiful. Going to CK town late at night and going again during the day is completely different. It is recommended to stay one night if you go to CK.

We had a really lovely stay at this pension, the breakfast was superb, the beds comfortable and spacious. There was no shower in our room but that was not an issue for us, there was a shower head attached to the bath...we also could have done with a dustbin in the room, only one in the bathroom. They also have a lovely outdoor area in the garden and the location is excellent. Anita was very sweet when I was not feeling well and she helped me with our washing, definitely a home away from home.

We stayed on the top floor, the balcony and garden were beautiful, and the breakfast was good too.
You need to carry your own luggage, but this type of homestay is well understood in small towns. The boss is a lady and she is very patient.
The location is relatively quiet, with a back door leading directly to the park
It would be nice if the bathroom shower could be placed higher on the wall. I need a handheld shower.

property was nicely located in Cesky Krumlov. We rented the attic apartment, which was nice as it had its own rooftop terrace. Onlyu downside was it was a very hot time of the year and the A/C in the room was not very effective. Other than that the room was great. Breakfast served in the room was great.
