Room is rather small especially the bathroom. However, the location is very good, right at the Christmas street, next to the Christmas market. Convenient to go around. Variety selections of breakfast is provided but the restaurant is not too big, make sure you go earlier. Free pick up service from bus station too. Awesome!

Great location right in the heart of the old town. However, parking is a 10-minute walk away, which isn't ideal when you have luggage. The decor feels a bit 80s. Breakfast included was a nice touch.

The hotel's location is excellent, right on the Old Town Square, next to a cave restaurant. The design is retro and refined, with a great ambiance, and they even use Rituals toiletries. The breakfast deserves special praise – it's incredibly rich and tasty, catering well to Shanghai palates. The only drawback is the awkward placement of the showerhead and the rather cramped shower space, likely due to it being an older hotel. Overall, it's still a recommendable four-star hotel.

We booked three double rooms in total, but the front desk assigned us the smallest king-size rooms. Including the bathroom, they were barely 25 square meters, making it difficult to move around once a suitcase was opened. One of the rooms also had an abnormally strong perfume smell, which was suffocating (I'd recommend choosing the twin room, which is 30 square meters). The front desk staff's attitude was mediocre, cold and a bit impatient. There's no elevator in the hotel, so carrying luggage upstairs was quite a struggle. Apparently, outside vehicles aren't allowed into the town without a permit. The hotel offers a shuttle service (for 15 euros, they mentioned parking isn't free, but I didn't clarify if they were referring to the shuttle or waiting vehicles in an outer parking lot), but you need to contact the front desk beforehand. Otherwise, you'll have to drag your luggage 800 meters along cobblestone roads to reach the hotel. As for the breakfast, the selection was limited.

Excellent location, and the barbecue joint next door is convenient and has a great vibe.

the top floor of the hotel, facing the castle, and you can hear the clock from the church every 15 minutes. toilet is extremely small and you can bump your head to the ceiling when you shower. Overall, what an experience 😅

The hotel is excellent, with exceptionally good and very warm service. The room facilities are great, and the breakfast is delicious. Highly recommended!

The hotel I booked for a friend is really nice. It is convenient to travel, the environment and facilities are pretty good, and the service staff are very good.
