Enchanted Getaway Lucy at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and provided excellent customer service. She gave great advice about hiking. The view from room was stunning and romantic. The hotel upgraded my room, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. They also offered to store my luggage after I checked out. Taking the bus, I got off at the Špičák stop, which is less prone to paved streets.

Český Krumlov itself is a small town, so it's easy to get to anywhere. The hotel is beautiful and cozy, and the facilities are nice. The breakfast was just average, perhaps because it's in the countryside. I highly recommend it.

I traveled to 4 countries: Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Austria. But the most memorable was definitely the Czech Republic, and among them, Cesky! No, the accommodation was really, really nice. It was so spacious for two people to sleep in!!!!!! The breakfast was also really delicious. I really want to go back. Thanks to you, I have such good memories of Cesky.

We went to the Czech Republic for our honeymoon and stayed for one night. The accommodation was clean and we had a good rest. There were many places to see nearby and the interior of the room was just right.

The location is excellent, with the famous cave restaurant right next to the hotel. The rooms are exceptionally large, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is unique. The staff are warm and friendly.

The hotel has a great location; there's a church outside the window, and you can hear the bells ringing. The only downside is that the front desk isn't open 24 hours; you need to tell them your arrival time in advance, otherwise no one will be there.

Our room was in a very old heritage building in the middle of the old town, typical from old Krumlov. It was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too flat. The bathroom needs renovation; it still works but the shower head was precariously hanging from a loose bar and the fan was very noisy. Breakfast was very good, many fresh options and good coffee. The property was more than 500 years old. Great location! It's clean, the bed was comfortable. However, our room was very small, there were no chairs and no closet either. We stayed one night in this hotel. We had a very hard time finding property with directions from hotel. It is a very quaint hotel with lots of charm with beautiful views. With that being said, there are lots of steps which are difficult with luggage. They had a great breakfast. Fees we paid at hotel were much higher than ******* said would be required.

A truly ideal location for which we were glad after we found out that Cesky Krumlov is a walking town with only registered / residential vehicles permitted to go through. Many tourists were lugging their luggage through town to get to the edge of the city. Katerina who greeted us at the front reception is outstanding in her service. finding the place was a pain in the ass. no one is there to greet you so your on your own. took at least an hour to find the place and get access. its a shared house. so like 4 or 5 rooms in one house and your rent each room seperately.

The stay here was fabulous. The room is spacious and comfortable. Same with the bathroom. The bed is great and comfy, too. It's a short walk to breakfast, but that was also very satisfying. Wonderful place in the midst of the medieval old town of cesky krumlov! We went off season so we had our included breakfast at another place close by which was absolutely fine with us. The room in this incredibly old building was lovely equipped with a tasteful combination of modern and historic furniture. We were kindly allowed to store our bikes in the entrance hall.

What a remarkable place. It's all about the experience. From the narrow spiral staircase to the thick walls and teenie windows, I couldn't help but think of what it has seen over 100s of years, and then, how it was converted to a hotel. We were given a loft room, which was of a decent size, but a little inconvenient to take a shower.

Seeing negative reviews of this place was surprising. Sure the hotel is not 5*, but owner is hands on, friendly, the language barrier is there, but manageable. Breakfast was good, linen crisp, room clean. Parking right in front. C’mon people if you wanna complain, book yourself in 5*! You get what you pay for. Only one suggestion, please add kettle, coffee and spoons to the room.

Amazing little pension in one of the old buildings. Nicely renovated. The owner are very friendly and look after their guests serving a big breakfast. There is also a little parking space at the end of the extremely narrow road if you come by car.

There are many B&B on this street, I think they’re very similar. This one is simple, comfortable and with a very useful parking just in front of the rooms’corridor. Breakfast is normal, nothing of extraordinary. It deserves your choice for the strategic position, private parking and very reasonable price

It’s large and spacious, like an apartment. We lack nothing, except for air conditioning, but we found out later that no other hotels have air conditioning too. The supplies of shampoo and body wash was inadequate for two adults.
