One of the best hotels I ever stayed.
Location was great and the room was super beautiful, but the bed was a bit wobly and not so comfortable.
Luggage storage is super eficient and safe.

This is my first time writing a review. Last night, the fire alarm went off, and in the chaos, I lost my phone. Joe, one of the hotel staff, helped me find it. He was incredibly helpful and patient, and I'm so grateful to him. It was truly the best experience I had in this city!

The welcome was ice-cold, and the quality was far from what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. Several things were missing in the room (e.g., no slippers, no toiletries like toothpaste).
There was a big issue with the towels; we found them dirty even before we used them. Housekeeping was only partially done (there was still trash on the floor, no vacuuming, the sheets weren't changed). The shower grout was dirty. There was no mirror in the room. The minibar was already filled with hotel products, so it was impossible to add our own food. No complimentary water bottles were provided...
The luggage storage was also quite insecure (guests have to put their own luggage in a room where anyone can access it and potentially take other people's belongings).
Finally, our presence on Christmas Eve was disappointing, as no effort was made for breakfast, and no special attention was given.

Lovely hotel! A great location as all the main attractions in Copenhagen are close. Very nice service and good stay. Very nice lobby to hang or have business meetings.

I basically chose this hotel on the reviews and location to Grand Central Station and wasn’t disappointed. It was about a 10 minute walk from the Station (although stick to any smooth footpaths or side of the road if you have a case because the cobblestones are brutal on your wheels 😟, maybe the city authorities could consider this with paths etc especially with people coming into/out of the city’s central station!). The hotel has a lovely cozy lobby, the staff were very pleasant, welcoming and kind. You need to handle your own luggage, not unusual in Europe. The hotel was super clean, nice room with great LED lighting and you can open the windows. And you had your own coffee machine - not that I knew how to work it! Shower was just great and good amenities. You can store your luggage safely in a locked room in the basement. This is really a great hotel, quiet location but you can walk to many bars, coffee houses and restaurants. I will definitely stay there again!!! Nice little bar in the lobby although i didn’t use other F&B.
