Could not recommend enough! Such a beautiful hotel, our room was small but so warm and cosy in the -4°c weather. Bed was comfy, shower was great and the loveliest place to return to after a busy day of sightseeing. Also, a gorgeous view from our room that made me get up early to see the sunrise.
Amazing location, really close to the train station and lots of main attractions/restaurants/bars. We walked pretty much everywhere. Staff were so helpful and friendly, and cosy hour (5-6pm, where every guest is given a drink on the house) is the best invention ever! We didn’t have breakfast here but the pastries looked delish.
Again, cannot recommend this enough. Price was great for three nights, also. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

Best Copenhagen hotel. Great rooms, great staff, great location (very close to Norreport). The people at the front desk were so nice the entire time, helped me with whatever they could. recommend this place 10/10!! Great find.

We were in the city center and looking for a quiet place to have a drink and talk without too much noise… and this bar was exactly what we needed.
The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, perfect for sitting without rushing and enjoying the evening. It’s not the typical loud place — you can actually have a proper conversation and enjoy your time.
Special mention to Julie at reception: she was super kind from the very first moment. You can tell when someone genuinely enjoys taking care of guests. Thank you for making us feel welcome.

Centrally located which is the best feature, everything is easily accessible. The front desk people are generally nice and welcoming and helpful. The rooms on level 6 have height restrictions leaving a large portion of the room virtually unusable. Due to language issues, please make sure to discuss if any additional costs will be charged, out of nowhere, to avoid any unnecessary and unpleasant conversations.

Nice hotel located in a very nice central location. Rooms were nice and clean. Bathroom needed a bit TLC in terms of decoration but spotless clean other than that. Mattresses were not great either, but it seems to me like a common trend in Scandinavian hotels.

The hotel offers bicycles for rent, making it convenient to explore the city. The train station is within easy walking distance.

Nice friendly place. Good location for exploring. WiFi could be better and rooms could use a mini fridge but apart from that everything was spot on
