Convenient location , easy walk to the metro. Nice clean rooms

Hotel a tasteful restoration of a series of adjoining building blocks near Norreport station in Central Copenhagen. The location is close enough to central part of town but a few blocks away from the busy station. This is perfectly walkable (or bike-able) for those who are fit, but is a bit of a trek if you have luggage or are traveling with small children or elderly or less mobile. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable although not very large and have to fit within quirkyness of historic structure. Public areas are nice and comfy, several courtyards to relax, afternoon happy hour can get crowded as does breakfast which is very high quality. Bike rental is provided but note that there is only 1 family bike and 1 kids bike available so be sure to grab it first thing in the morning (can’t be reserved) if you’re planning to bike with kids. Also note that bike rental is 200kr per day and the family bike is 600kr. This felt pretty high to me, like they are trying to make a buck on bike rental services rather than providing a useful guest amenity. You can pay for early check-in and late check-out, but these rates are also pretty discouraging.

Location is okay, about 15mins metro ride from the airport and the hotel is just a 7mins walk from the metro station.

The receptionists are fantastic, friendly and efficient. The hotel offers guest a free drink everyday from 5-6pm.

The aesthetic of the hotel and lobby is great.

However, the room that I booked is a little small for 2 pax, and very old. The shower-head’s water pressure is low, and no rain showers too.

I would advise you to stay here if you can book a bigger / newer room.

Great location. Nice hospitality

The hotel is great, the room isn't small, and the bed is comfortable. The downside is that it's a 9-minute walk to the subway station, and there are some cobblestone paths along the way. If your luggage wheels aren't very smooth, it could be a pain. However, it seems to be quite close to a 5C bus stop. All in all, I had a very pleasant stay.

15 - 20min walk away from main attractions. There’s a lake in front of hotel that’s nice. 

Hotel drop off point are stairs to go in, take note if you are taking heavy luggage. No aircon in hotel only fan that you can’t adjust speed. 

Additional bed for kid charge at 300kr per night. 

Family bicycle available for rent at 600kr per day. 

Happy hour with free drink from 5-6 pm daily.

Artistic interior and nice garden. Also creepy artwork on the wall. 

Overall not bad experience, some staff are friendly some are not.

Beautiful Hotel, has everything you need inside the room which is not the standard in Europe! I will return to this hotel the next time I visit Copenhagen again. Hotel is 
Walkable distance to downtown 15 minute , it can be challenging when it rains.
