I stayed in a double room on the 6th floor. The room was clean and quiet. The room was well-equipped (iron, umbrella, ventilator etc.) There is a small self-service buffet for all rooms with plates, cups, tea that is cleaned every day. However, no coffee, thus, bring your own :) Nearby metro, so you can reach many attractions within 30 minutes. Recommended!

Dirty floor, socks became black after few hours walking on their floor, absolutely impossible to breath normally in room, feeling like u in some construction building with tones of dust, super uncomfortable pillows, feels more like towel flat

Hotel 9 Små Hjem is a really decent option for a few nights in Copenhagen. It was my first time staying outside the city center, and I have absolutely no regrets. The Østerbro area is really nice, with great proximity to all the transportation hubs — not to mention the tons of bars, restaurants, and cafes nearby.

The stay itself was good. The room was spacious and clean. I could say the furniture isn’t as comfortable as it could be, but on the flip side, the place is really affordable. The bathroom is small, but that’s not much of a concern if you’re only staying a couple of nights. It does the job.

Also, since it’s an apartment hotel, there are no standard hotel services — though this was clearly communicated in advance. Oh, and yes, it’s on the fifth floor with no elevator. That can definitely be a challenge if you're carrying heavy luggage, so keep that in mind.

Great location, very close to a metro/train station but also walkable distance to the city centre. Quiet neighbourhood.
The reception is in a different building, and it's only open in short hours but the hotel sends you instructions on how to get your card-key and how to find the correct apartment. I read a lot about the apartments being on 5th floor without stairs (which was also mentioned on booking.com) but I guess we were lucky to get a ground floor flat. The place was small but very cosy and had everything we needed for a few days stay. The only thing was the heating in bathroom and kitchen (including floor heating) was on the whole time, and we didn't know how to regulate it, so it was very warm in the flat.

The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are very nice. The shower temperature does suck and is inconsistent but this is the only issue I had living there for two months. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchens are well stocked, and this place is super close to local transit and a variety of bakeries and stores. A great place to stay and a fantastic areas

I was staying here for 2 months. It's a great location in Copenhagen. Very easy to commute to anywhere. My one bedroom with a kitchen and a bathroom unit was great. The kitchen has all the amenities including the dishwasher, oven and all the cooking facilities. The bedroom with a smart TV and a very good WiFi is a big plus. The laundry room was free to use for hotel guests with all the facilities. For a long term stay, this is an ideal place. It's very cheap in Copenhagen city and you can find all the grocery and bakery items in walking distance. Overall it's a great place and in my future visits, I'll choose this place again

Although it was notified on the received e-mail, I had not realized the room was on the 5th floor with no elevator. It cost me 64 EUR per night which is a rip-off for this kind of room. Also I stayed almost a week and there hasn't been any room cleaning which is weird. The only advantage for me was that it is not far from UN City (but it's pretty far from the metro station though so not really cool either)

You can probably consider it more than a two stars place. I shared an apartment for two situated at the ground floor. The place was "big" and nice. It also has a kitchen where you can find tea and coffee to use.
The place is ten minutes walking by the osterport train station and you can walk to the city center in just half an hour (but you can find also a bike-rent shop close to the hotel).

No problem if you arrive after the closing hour of the reception, they will leave the card-keys and the instructions for you.

Nice apartment style hotel in a nice area, the staff at the reception is very nice and helped to carry my suitcase up the fifth floor. Clean and bright room. Will stay here again next time I visit Copenhagen.

Very nice location ( Classensgade street) in the heart of Copenhagen. I really liked my one room apartment with a kitchen, nice flat TV, comfortable bed and good internet connection. I have got clean linen and towels once a week, but the room was cleaned daily. There is no washing machine in the apartments, but there is free laundry in the courtyard. Bus station (line 37) and groceries is just 1 minute walking distance. The receptionists are really helpful.
