I was there only for a night to transit from Copenhagen to another domestic flight. Everything was good and the location is just one stop away from the airport.

The hotel is in a fantastic position, only 1 train stop away from the Airport. The rooms are very very basic, but the price matches that. Staff is very nice and always available. We stayed in this hotel 4 times already, for our layovers, but this time the bed sheets were not clean, so we asked to have them replaced and they gave us the new ones.

Every time I fly to Japan from Ireland I stop here. Last time I gave 5 stars and basically it still deserves the same rating, but I have lowered it cause I opted for the upgrade offer on the deluxe room. It is not worth, this is the reason of 4 instead of 5 stars. Basically you have just a proper bathroom and that’s it. Still no fridge, still no shampoo or conditioner, still no second choice of pillow...

Front desk not arranged room well , I was arrived around 8am and 1st staff mentioned will try to ready room at 1pm when I back to hotel at almost 2pm unfortunately room is not ready. But when I mentioned willing to pay early check in the give room key right away.

The room was a bit small compared to other hotels in the same category, but it was perfectly adequate. Comfort was decent. The location is convenient, but I'd recommend taking the train to the Central Station for a more comfortable journey, as the subway station is a bit further away.

The location is very good as it’s next to the main Copenhagen Central Station with a metro station. Very easy to get around the city. The staffs in the hotel are very warm welcoming and friendly. The room we stay was small for both of us but it’s perfect if you are travelling solo.

Location is very central and handy. Metro and regional station are right next to the hotel. Opposite is also a big supermarkt, if you need anything. To get to your room from the lobby you need to climp 2 stairs. There is no elevator, which is a big disadvantage for families with a baby stroller and impossible for people in wheelchair. The room was kinda dirty. We had to move to put the beds together. So, we saw that every corner had kind of trash and stuff left by previous guests. The wifi was horrible in our room. If we didn’t have e-sims, that would cause us problem. Other than that, we just needed a place to sleep. Breakfast was alright. If you are looking for a place to sleep, that is reasonable.

Honestly, the customer service is lacking in this hotel. The location is the only benefit. Early check in costs 35 euros. They don’t do complimentary bag storage, they have storage lockers in the basement which you have to pay for. This can add up in costs. This hotel is all about location. You are in a quiet area that have short walks to what I consider important areas of Copenhagen (I used to live here). We had a great stay at this hotel. We booked a Superior Room and found it very spacious, spread across two levels. The second floor had a king-size bed, while the lower level had enough space to accommodate an additional bed if needed. There was also a balcony overlooking much of the city, which was a lovely bonus. The heating worked very well.. coming back to a warm room after being out in the cold...

This is a VERY basic hotel, rooms are pretty bare, no fridge, no after shower feet towel. The rooms need a deep clean and an upgrade. Location is pretty good, close to everything, but that is true to most hotels, Copenhagen is small after all. Another nice thing about this hotel is breakfast, it is pretty good except for coffee, coffee is terrible.

I booked the room to take a short nap during transit, but I couldn’t sleep at all because one of my roommates was snoring the whole night. Also, they didn’t provide anything, you have to buy or rent the things you need from the hotel. The staff were nice, friendly, and caring. They read my notes before I checked in.

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in Denmark. It's a 10-minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station, and the surrounding area is very convenient. Good location, but room was a little shabby and the shower was just a drain with a shower curtain around it. Breakfast was good but the attendant stared at me the whole time thinking I was going to steal food or something while I was preparing a sandwich for my husband who was on his way down - very off putting!

Breakfast choices good. Gets quite busy at weekends but staff manage well. Keep on top of cleaning everything. We had a room over the front door and very very noisy from the street one night with bins or lorries. The rooms facing courtyard might be quieter. Very convenient locations. Cosy hotel. Bathroom could have been a bit better...sink didn't really drain at all and no way to control temperature...

We're generally satisfied, but the room is far too small. Having to pay extra for towels feels a bit unreasonable. The internet is quite slow, and the bed is narrow. It's made of two single beds pushed together, but with two separate mattresses. My spouse and I didn't sleep well because the gap between the two mattresses was very disruptive.

A room in this hostel is maximally un-cozy. If you do NOT want to feel like at home, you are welcome to book it. The problem is the lights - they just destroy the whole atmosphere. Just cold light, bad visibility. You dont feel cozy in this room.  The kitchen in this hostel is just terrible - looks like it was made like this on purpose so that people wouldn't use it.  I've been in different hostels...

The hostel is lively and composed of multiple room types of your choices. It has a bar and shared kitchen area, where you can do groceries in the nearby supermarket and cook since dine-out expenses are quite high in copenhagen! The hotel is near Carlsberg Square, surrounded by residential areas, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. The hotel was converted from a factory, with a unique style and average hardware, similar to the domestic Rujia Hanting.

Amazing room for myself, husband and daughter on the sofa bed. Was there for her 21st birthday and got nothing in terms of freebies for celebrating it there. Suite was superb. Nice slippers and water bottles to keep as a souvenir. In a nice quiet area but avoid Copenhagen over new year. Their fireworks start at 8am on the day and finish at 6am New Year’s Day. The room i stayed in is right beside the elevator, so every tine the elevator is running, one can hear it, I thought this room should be discounted. But I arrived early, and the staff kindly allowed me to check in before the normal time, which might explain why I was given this room. The location is really really good. There is even a supermarket nearby.

I loved the location and the very comfortable bed. Downside: no double glazing in the windows. You can hear the cars a lot and cold air comes in through the window.

A beautiful hotel with the perfect location! 2 blocks from Copenhagen Central with decent sized rooms. It was all clean and tidy, and we had a beautiful corner room. As we were there for our anniversary, we received complimentary macaroons and a gorgeous handwritten card. We loved the amenities too and cannot wait to return!

This is my second time staying here, and I'm just as satisfied with the hotel's location and service as before. I especially appreciate the well-equipped rooms, complete with coffee and tea. The location is great, right near the train station. On the ground floor, there's a bar that had a lovely atmosphere over Christmas with everyone drinking and chatting. The room was warm, clean, and tidy, with a minimalist style, offering good value for money.
