The reception service was very good and the breakfast was delicious.
Kind reception very friendly. Nice bar with local beers. Enjoyed it. The room interior is old. An alarming thing is that, the bathroom stinks badly. The smell comes from the sewer. It was a bad experience.  Breakfast is very simple. No warm food (only omelet but no taste at all). Location is awkward as they claim to be close to the airport. But without taking a taxi, it is not easy to reach. Walking...
Location is near airport, room is clean and tidy. Although it' was hot and without AC, the hotel provides each room a small fan, and it is feeling cool enough during sleep. Staffs are friendly.
Good location near airport, room clean but not too big enough if you have big lugages is OK..many to choose, reception is good &give information…
Good to stay quiet and clean, close to the airport 5 mins to go.
A really nice walk from Airport to the hotel in less of 20 minutes, healthy after a long flight

Really enjoyed my stay here. Everything was just right – clean room, comfy bed, and a good location
Unfortunately, I only stayed at the hotel for a few hours. However, there was a very kind gentleman at the front desk around 11:30 PM who was able to answer all my questions, and the lady at checkout was also courteous and incredibly guest-oriented. The entrance area with the bar was very appealing, but since I had an early checkout, I didn't get a chance to eat or drink anything. Everything felt very...
Great location, good service, but mediocre performance overall (breakfast not so great).
Cosy hotel near Copenhagen Central Station.
I was absolutely delighted by the host. Received a complimentary glass of wine on my arrival. It had very cozy vibes and would definitely go back again on my visit to Copenhagen. The room in general was quite well kept. The bathroom could've been a bit well equipped and the shower could've been a bit bigger. In general, I would say it's an excellent place to stay.
Liked the hotel a lot! The lobby is pleasant and the staff is really friendly.

A very great & convenient place to stay! Will definitely come back here!
Great hotel in city center adjacent to Copenhagen central railway station. Nice room and overall a great service. Breakfast was delicious. If you need to stay in a central location across Tivoli and within a short walking distance from the Walking Street then I can highly recommend staying at Copenhagen Plaza.
Everything was good, nice vintage ambiance , only beds are too soft do not really comfortable.
Everything was great, will come back again for sure. Pretty much right in front of te station.
The hotel was close to the city center and everything needed when going to Copenhagen. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was good.

Lovely service, nice people. We had a big standard room. Plenty of room, good beds. Overall a nice stay. Breakfast buffet is small, but It had what you needed for a breakfast.
Hello,  I did want to write a comment for next travellers who will be exploring Copenhagen. The hotel was perfect with all amenities including morning coffees, wine hours and shot moments to enjoy on the house. The location was very convenient and easy to get to the tourist attractions by walking. The staff for all shifts were super nice and very helpful all the time. There is nothing I can complain...
We stayed for two nights and appreciated the hotels central location and friendly, helpful, and engaging staff. We would have appreciated a sofa in the room in order to sit together. We also felt the wine and nightcap hours we a great idea and an opportunity to meet tother guests - one to continue!
The room was spotlessly clean, staff were verity friendly. However, the beds were so uncomfortable that we probably need physio therapy for a month to straighten out all the aches and pains.
everything was perfect! the staff, the room, the breakfast. The location of the hotel was so excellent, can’t wish for better. Totally recommended
Excellent location, great room and good buffet breakfast with any type of coffee you desire. Friendly reception staff and a free wine hour each day.

beautiful hotel, excellent location! the service was friendly and warm. delicious breakfast that met my needs.
One of the best hotels I ever stayed. Location was great and the room was super beautiful, but the bed was a bit wobly and not so comfortable. Luggage storage is super eficient and safe. Would atay again
This is my first time writing a review. Last night, the fire alarm went off, and in the chaos, I lost my phone. Joe, one of the hotel staff, helped me find it. He was incredibly helpful and patient, and I'm so grateful to him. It was truly the best experience I had in this city!
Charming hotel. Food and drinks are very expensive.
The welcome was ice-cold, and the quality was far from what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. Several things were missing in the room (e.g., no slippers, no toiletries like toothpaste). There was a big issue with the towels; we found them dirty even before we used them. Housekeeping was only partially done (there was still trash on the floor, no vacuuming, the sheets weren't changed). The shower grout...

Our room was a nice size and well appointed. The staff were all really nice. The people in the bar area went out of their way to help us find a seat. The location is great. This was our second visit and we will be back.
The hotel is very classy, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the room kept very clean. I especially liked the “turndown” service in the evenings. The incredibly cozy and beautiful room on the 5th floor is a beautiful hidden secret. The best part of Hotel Sanders are the Juno Bakery cardamom cookies. So delicious! My only complaint is that there is no gym in the hotel—it’s a 15 min walk. Otherwise...
Beautiful place , de decor very Nordic style which was lovely. The only thing we didn’t love was the size of the rooms, very small. Other than that it was very nice and the staff was helpful.
The rooms on the second day were much larger, so it's still best to book a double room or larger. The service was excellent, and everyone was smiling. Breakfast selection was limited, but the atmosphere was very pleasant.
The location is good. The room is small but the hotel breakfast is good.

Without any problems, small room, but clean, silent.
Lovely hotel accessible to city centre - quiet neighbourhood. Staff very helpful and courteous. Room was compact but clean and practical. Beds were comfy, we slept well and we had new towels daily for our three day stay. Would have preferred larger pillows and more than one pillow - duvets were lovely and warm.  Breakfast was lovely with a range of breads, pastries, cereals, fruits, meats, boiled eggs...

Great rooms and amazing service
A barista makes your coffee in the morning:) you can aldo have real hot chocolate:) staff is so nice and down to earth. And the interiors are stunning after the 2 year renovation. Cheap parking neighboorhood also.
Honestly this place is incredible! The staff were extremely friendly, the hotel itself is either new or newly refurbished, very nice details and the downstairs was both slick but also welcoming. The room was spacious with high ceilings and nice colour scheme, one of those that exceeds expectations from the photos. We enjoyed the free happy wine hour but didn’t get to enjoy the additional happy nightcap...
This was my 4th stay at Avenue Hotel and I hope to return for a 5th. It’s a great location in a vibrant part of the city and well placed for exploring local neighbourhoods as well as getting to the main tourist attractions. The breakfasts are wonderful and the courtyard garden is a lovely spot to relax. What makes Avenue such an enjoyable place to stay is the brilliant staff. They’re all so friendly...
Stayed at a standard double room over Christmas. Room was very worn with several broken things. The bed was very comfy. The toilet was freezing cold. The lounge and breakfast area is nice, even though the fireplace was not lit. Breakfast was ok, not that fresh, expected more based on other reviews. But nice that it is organic.
This hotel is located somewhat outside of the city center but on a main road so easy to find. The back yard garden/courtyard is beautiful. Comfy seating and heat lamps for chilly weather. The bar area also has comfortable seating areas and a great selection of drinks. The breakfast is amazing. Beautifully presented and delicious. The staff was very thoughtful and attentive. Highly recommend.

Good location, close to metro station only cross the road. Close to many tourist attractions. Staffs are very nice and try to help as much as they can. Only minis point is it’s a bit noisy at night and early morning if you get the room face to the main road.

Truly Danish minimalism but with exceptional design, although the rooms did have awesome speakers. Was concerned about noise but that wasn't an issue at all. Impossible to beat the location. Much more authentic, truly Copenhagen experience than the Marriott on the water
I recently stayed here with my boyfriend during our visit to Copenhagen and the location was excellent. It was about a 6-minute walk to the nearest metro station and very close to most of the sights in the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were able to get a room ready for us during check in even though we arrived well before check in time which was much appreciated...
The concept of the institution is very interesting. Refined interior and flawless artistic filling. At the entrance you are greeted by a 3D model of tree branches. Each hall is decorated with original paintings and photos, each of which has its own artistic and social value. The hotel is small and cozy. The rooms are not small at all, by Copenhagen standards. And what is generally exceptional for Denmark...
I had the best stay at this little magical oasis in the middle of the city center. The staff was so friendly and helpful and made us feel so comfortable. The breakfast was on point and we had dinner at the hotel one night, which was outstanding and the best truffle pasta I’ve ever had. I would definitely go back
The food was good, the service was good and the location was very good, close to the Metro station, Stroget and a big mall.
Very friendly and helpful service. Super stylish lobby and room. Especially liked that the coffee table books are awesome but also different in each room.

the clarks were very kind and nice, its an historic building, I didnt recieve any cleaning at all..
Location was the best part, exactly 5 minutes walk to the station. Everything else was so-so but comfortable. The receptionist guy that check me up was so nice and there were free chocolate available too. The room was small, and it could be a bit loud if u go a window facing the street but they provided ear plugs.
It was a last minute booking but I'm happy with the location and the friendly staff.

Pretty good stopover, the lift was quirky and the staff service response was brisk.
The room was fine, but not the best. There was some broken things at the WC and shower, sad to see that the water pressure was low. Confused a bit, but yeah
I had a rough start at the hotel because there was nobody there when I wanted to check in. then there was a screw up with not being able to get back into the room with the card which could have been partly my fault. But again, it took a while to find someone who could deal with that. People from out of country don't always have capacity to phone someone, so that's not a good substitute for not having...
Rooms for the most part were pretty good for what they were. We had double bunk beds. The space between them was a large suitcase flipped opened horizontally if sitting on aode of bed. The bathrooms need...

Although the front desk stated that service was available from 7am to 11pm, there was no one there at 5pm and I couldn't access the lobby where hot water and other warm drinks were available. Good location near hard rock cafe and halal food at shawarma grill house . Also very good service from staff.
The room is pretty small, not look like the picture. Others are good
The room is quite large for a European hotel! Very stylish! The breakfast is good! The lobby and restaurant have high-end colors.
The room was very nice. We arrived early and got the room early. The location was also very good. I will stay here again when I come to this city. The restaurant downstairs was also very good and seemed very popular.
This hotel was booked through Ctrip.com. The main factors considered when booking were: 1. Four-star, 2. Large enough room (more than 20 square meters), 3. Good location (especially close to the subway station), 4. Rating must be above 4.2. 5. Free cancellation (in case of unexpected changes in the itinerary). Based on the above conditions, I chose Hotel Bella Grande. I used to think that booking a...
The location is excellent and convenient for going anywhere. Although it is close to the downtown area, it is relatively quiet at night and there are no problems at all. Situated on Vesterbro this hotel is close to Copenhagen Central Station, and Tivoli. The decor is minimalist and characterized by clean lines and muted tones. Nice hotel. Modern lobby. Rims could use updating. We were on the top floor so had cool windows that open on an angle with the roof. It was nice to open the window and take a nap listening to the rain. The shower sink toilet combo was an interesting throw back but easy to handle. Located close to the train and Metro station. Brief walk to main restaurants and shopping area.
We, as two adults and one child, stayed at this hotel in June during some very hot days. The hotel is conveniently located close to public transportation and is surrounded by many nice restaurants. This hotel is great, we have been travelling around Europe and I think this was our favourite hotel to date. The rooms are clean and just fine, no microwave or fridge though. Great location to explore Copenhagen but away from the noisy & crowded tourist center. Plenty of buses, restaurants and coffee shops within a couple of blocks. We stayed here last month. It’s a sweet, well-kept hotel and overall our experience was excellent. The rooms are great; the only quibble is that the bathroom feels unnecessarily large, so the room itself could have been a bit bigger. We also missed having a mini-fridge. Centrally located which is the best feature, everything is easily accessible. The front desk people are generally nice and welcoming and helpful. The rooms on level 6 have height restrictions leaving a large portion of the room virtually unusable. Nice hotel located in a very nice central location. Rooms were nice and clean. Bathroom needed a bit TLC in terms of decoration but spotless clean other than that. Mattresses were not great either, but it seems to me like a common trend in Scandinavian hotels.
