Scandic Front in Copenhagen

We had a great stay at this hotel. We booked a Superior Room and found it very spacious, spread across two levels. The second floor had a king-size bed, while the lower level had enough space to accommodate an additional bed if needed. There was also a balcony overlooking much of the city, which was a lovely bonus.

The heating worked very well.. coming back to a warm room after being out in the cold was especially appreciated. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its location, with major attractions such as Nyhavn and Amalienborg Palace all within easy walking distance.

The hotel also has a partnership with a nearby parking garage, which is convenient and secure. While parking is on the pricey side, this is understandable given the prime location.

One area for improvement would be the in-room amenities. Although a coffee machine was provided, the coffee pods supplied were of a different size and therefore unusable. Additionally, there was no phone in the room to call for assistance. A bit more attention to these details would go a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience, whether for service or sustainability reasons.

Very helpful staff. The rooms are neat and clean, with excellent beds and a wonderful shower. Breakfast is also great, as is the location. We would love to come back.

This hotel is all about location. You are in a quiet area that have short walks to what I consider important areas of Copenhagen (I used to live here). Breakfast is something that Scandic always delivers well, as does this place (although I was not too happy about the new scrambled egg solution). Service is fine, supportive of your needs. Rooms a small (hence price) and a bit worn down, but fine enough. They are a bit too dark though.

It's was great hotel ,clean and close to the public tourism area

The hygiene is good. The location is good, quiet yet prosperous, about 10 minutes walk to the subway station, very close to the Mermaid Statue, and the New Port is right next to it.
The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was beautiful.
The room was huge, especially the huge shower which was great. The room had two TVs and a reasonable amount of two luggage racks (many hotels only have one). Front desk staff were also very friendly.
The hotel has a store, and there are convenience stores and restaurants opposite.
The hotel has lockers, so you can leave your luggage in the hotel if you arrive early or leave late, which is a good facility.
Due to a late flight, we requested a 3-hour delay in check-out, which was only charged 200 yuan, which was acceptable.
It's a little short, there's no electric kettle, and the water power is weak. The room has a small space for hanging clothes.

Location was good, breakfast was not too bad however the toilet could have been cleaner
