Very nice hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly. Check in and check out are seamless. Found used cotton bud under the pillow on my last day😢.

The staff was nice and location was good. That’s it! We picked- and paid extra- for a superior double room, and the room was nothing like the pictures! Everytime we’d sit on the sofa, the seats would slide. The bathroom smelt really bad at times. There was a massive crack on the ceiling and the floor was all stained. The shower head wouldn’t screw properly. But essentially, we thought we’d paid for a nicely decorated spacious room with big windows and it was nothing like that. When we spoke to reception, the lady said “Oh you saw the rooms on the right side, you had one on the left side”. Well, maybe put some pictures of the left side so we know it’s a lottery?

clean and comfortable overall, loved that we got a slightly bigger room (handicap-friendly). Good for a short stay and worth the price.

Pros: great location, AMAZING breakfast - might be one of the best free hotel breakfasts I've ever had (they even have a ginger shot station!) and free bike rental also available

Excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station. The breakfast selection was extensive. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Convenient location, near to central station. Theres mamy eateries around the area. Tivoli is near to hotel. Room had air con, shampoo/conditioner and bodywash. A pity that there isnt any boiler for hot water. Breakfast was good, different variety and service staffs were always very friendly.
