Good hotel and very friendly staff, unfortunately in the summer it gets hot and the hotel doesn’t have any air conditioning, but the staff had some air fans that you cold borrow. The breakfast was nothing special, there wasn’t any “hot food” like scrambled eggs or bacon and the breakfast was in a depressing room.

Good clean rooms, small but effective and has all you need. Shower is really bad though, small and douses your bathroom. It also gets uncomfortably hot and you can't open a window - though in fairness we were there in very hot weather.

Personally felt this is okay for 1 or 2 people stay. I have to admit for the amount I paid, I would have gotten a much luxurious larger room in Malaysia,but,where's the fun then?! Though I was in a room meant for 3 people,it felt really small but cozy. Really good price when you consider prices in Copenhagen. I've stayed there for three nights and if you are not looking for luxury, but simply a place to stay, it's good. Wifi worked, TV also. Breakfast was fine. Close to public transport.

everything is good ! The stuff’s are warm, the location is excellent, the room is cozy. The only things that need to improve is the pillow is too soft that’s make my neck very uncomfortable!

The room is quite spacious with three beds, though the hotel feels a bit dated. A major issue, however, is the shower space in the bathroom; once you pull the shower curtain, it becomes so narrow that it is very easy to accidentally touch the scalding hot faucet. Aside from that, everything else was perfectly fine.

Excellent location just five minutes away from CPH station. However in room toilet’s design can be improved as we were taking to a shower and water would always overflow to the dry area. Beds were very comfy though and many food establishments around the area.

Location in the centre of Copenhagen, just a few hundred metres from Copenhagen center station, easy access to many restaurants and convenience shops, 7-11 is just opposite of this hostel. There is a shared kitchen with full utensils, shared bathrooms are clean but the bedrooms a bit small.

Pretty good stopover, the lift was quirky and the staff service response was brisk.

Although the front desk stated that service was available from 7am to 11pm, there was no one there at 5pm and I couldn't access the lobby where hot water and other warm drinks were available. The location is convenient, close to various subways and attractions. But if there is a small refrigerator in the room, it will be more perfect for travelers staying for a few days. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.

Service only marked down due to their refurbishment which wasn't quite finished, but we knew all along and there were no surprises. Our room was clean and dust free although the corridor smelt of paint. The freshly baked bread for breakfast was delicious. The room had a nice atmosphere, and the hotel was close to the station, but on the other side of Tivoli, so it was nice and quiet.

I stayed recently with my husband for 2 nites. The WiFi is non existent. We were allocated the attic room, maybe cos of that the wifi signal is v bad. The signal keeps dropping that it gets so frustrating we end up using our own data. Informed reception twice but it’s of no use, nothing is being done to rectify the issue. I just adored looking at the water. It was noisy but AirPods took care of that, plus the double glazing. But the water, the changing conditions of light, passing boats made it mesmerising.

Great hotel in city center adjacent to Copenhagen central railway station. Nice room and overall a great service. Breakfast was delicious. If you need to stay in a central location across Tivoli and within a short walking distance from the Walking Street then I can highly recommend staying at Copenhagen Plaza.

After I saw google reviews, I was a bit scared about the bugs, but the appartment was completely clean and in perfect conidition, as a feedback, I would put better pillows, and room 1 it's a bit noisy due to the garage from the home next door. Also the entrance has a machine that create a bit of noise, but the rest was excellent.

The service is great. Pierre is very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel has free storage for our luggage as we arrived early before check in time. Very good place to stay with a welcoming receptionist. They have locker facilities inside the room and even outside the room. Check in is at 15:00hrs and checkout at 11:00hrs. We reached in the morning and the let us leave our luggages into the locker room (we need to have our own lock in case of valuables). I was happy with their service expect one. I stayed in a double room on the 6th floor. The room was clean and quiet. The room was well-equipped (iron, umbrella, ventilator etc.) There is a small self-service buffet for all rooms with plates, cups, tea that is cleaned every day. However, no coffee, thus, bring your own :) Nearby metro, so you can reach many attractions within 30 minutes. Recommended!

The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are very nice. The shower temperature does suck and is inconsistent but this is the only issue I had living there for two months. You can probably consider it more than a two stars place. I shared an apartment for two situated at the ground floor. The place was "big" and nice. It also has a kitchen where you can find tea and coffee to use. The place is ten minutes walking by the osterport train station and you can walk to the city center in just half an hour (but you can find also a bike-rent shop close to the hotel). No problem...
